The store seems to only use the self checkout service . No one is ever on the till .. the queues are outrageous. I generally have to wait 10 minutes to pay. It’s not the staff they are friendly and work hard, it needs at least one person on the till.. I can see around ten people all disappointed in the queue with me .

I was over joyed yesterday when I went into K H for my shop to see a attend serving on the till OK only one but we need the tills back with someone attending the customers what on earth have we come to I'm not on my own with this we really dislike serving Ower selves one more thing how can people earn a living?

An average sized store with a reasonable sized car park (although of you are a nervous driver the approach is scary around a twisty ramp!). Good selection, not a massive superstore, but you could definitely do your weekly shop there and get decent groceries!

I shopped here after a horrible experience at the Maypole branch earlier on. The supervisor was such a kind, professional and warm lady. She was sooo helpful and went above and beyond to assist andmake sure I managed to find everything Ineeded. Thank you

I use the Kings Heath regularly, with no issues, friendly staff and reasonable prices, my only issue as a grandparent, was the child’s fire truck ride that cost £1.50 and lasted about one minute, very overpriced.

Sainsbury's have ended Covid safety measures; it is August 2022. Shop is well stocked. I like what Sainsbury's sell. You can get Organic products as well as 'Free From ' foods for those with food allergies

It's fine, but its a bit inconsistent. They have real issues with stock, very hit and miss what they have on the shelves. Its only self-scan. The opening hours aren't correct as they close up early,

It is bad enough at this branch with noone at the tills. But on top of that to get rude customer service is despicable. The staff is very unprofessional. And incompetent.

Didnt get the bread i like from the bigger sainsburys.. fresh flowers didnt have much off a selection and did not have any steamed veg .. quite disapointed. really

Abdoulie was very kind to us and helped load some shopping into our trolley great staff would reccommend
