Worst service ever!!!!! When I buy food at the food section, the service is too slow. When I paid for the food, I gave the cashier RM 100 in bills and just accepted the balance without checking since I was already in a hurry. When I noticed at the home, they gave me the wrong balance and even jotted down the wrong amount that I gave them on the receipt, which was RM50 instead of RM100. I go back to complain the next day about the wrong amount of balance given and also the wrong amount jotted on the bill. They keep passing the staff to another person, until the last person keeps saying, "I was on leave yesterday, and based on the report, the end-of-day money calculation is correct, and there is no balance." Of course, there is no balance since the amount entered in your system is RM50 instead of the RM100 that I just paid you. I even asked them to check the CCTV to see if they could confirm the amount of money given to the cashier, but they kept saying that PIC was not there to entertain me!!!!!! The cashier who handled the wrong payment was just really rude and just told me directly that the receipt already showed RM50 paid to them and the balance given to me was the correct one, which is RM22. THAT IS MY QUESTION ACTUALLY!!!!!!!! Why does the amount state that there is RM50 instead of RM100? I don't even get my money back, and you didn't even take the initiative to check the CCTV, even though I already asked you to check it multiple times!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came around the non-peak hour 3-4 ish This is the first time i heard from a supermarket that customers not allowed to bring trolley down to the parking lot. As i was carrying heavy stuff i would need to put my stuff. I even offered to bring back up once i was done loading into my car.Idk which security company that the supermarket hire. The guard pulled my trolley (with my stuff inside) back to the shop even i was a paying customer. I requested to looked for the store manager to inquiry about this but no one turned up. Instead the staffs was just chatting at the back on who going to settle this. In the end the staff followed me to the parking lot just to take back the trolley. Secondly, the customer service is really poor. I have encounter it mutiple times especially at the cashier where i was even told off once. Not sure how the manager train their staff and doesn't turn up at the scene. Pls pls whoever is the higher up for this company take a look in this to improve. Not so convenient after all. Even aeon supermarket/jaya grocer at midvalley allow to bring trolley from midvalley to garden side lol.They have staff to collect during non-peak hours. Dont tell me due lack of man power. There were many staff at the time.

A once upmarket supermarket along the same standard as Cold Storage and Jaya Grocer, the range here has shrunk slightly. Many items are not restocked as quickly, and entire staple brands have been gone from the shelves for weeks on end. Nevertheless, it is still an all-in-one facility housing fresh produce and dairy, frozen food, pantry staples, cooking ingredients and kitchen appliances, cutlery and, homeware and cleaning products. There are some imported products (although not extensive) and an alcohol section. Prices of their goods are higher than budget supermarkets like Aeon and Econsave, but are still lower than the alternatives of 24 hour convenience stores like 7 Eleven and KK mart. There front of the store has counters of prepared hot food and packet ready meals, including a small nasi briyani section, dim sum steamer, western meals e.g. pasta and roast chicken, a baked goods counter and fridge for chilled desserts. Food here is not too pricey, and probably the cheapest meal you can get in the mall (food court on 3rd floor included). As the only supermarket for many tourists and workers in the area, beggars cannot be choosy and Sam's Groceria is a reasonable good option to get house supplies or a quick bite to eat.

I just came here around 4pm just to buy some groceries. I’m being humiliated by ur security as he had being rude and refrained me from enter because I was bringing along with my luggage! This is totally ridiculous! What if my luggage was left out of ur store and lost, then ur security would pay for my lost!! Believe that ur security was being racist towards us as I’ve been a regular customer and have been seeing foreign customers came in to ur store with their luggage! It’s funny that some big company like Aeon, they would not treat their customers in such way by refraining them from enter! Furthermore, I felt much ridiculous when ur security lock our backpacks with cable tie per entry just to prevent things from stolen.Then what point for u to installed the security door?! If u all can’t manage properly, then it is better for u to close down ur business at Nu Sentral!

After a quick visit to Kiehl's, my visit to Nu mall won't be complete if no going to the Sam's Groceria and the cafe inside the market. The cook food is pretty good for the price. Enough variations of food items to choose, specifically I love their spicy ayam masak I used to eat, and pay it first and enjoy at the Sam's cafe, with a coffee or teas you order separately, or no need to order if any food brought in the cafe. The bakery items are quite good too. They are happy to heat them up if you ask. Also I always end up buying lots of spices powder and crops and beans,...not to mention I buy fruits either cuts or the whole bags,... A great super market at a very reasonable price now and then.

Supermarket yang ada di NU Mall KL sentral ini cukup banyak pilihan barang dagangan mulai kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari, sayur-sayuran segar, buah-buahan segar, kue kering, roti, aneka cemilan, minuman dalam kemasan, air mineral, dll. bahkan jual nasi & lauk yang siap saji untuk take away lokasi di lantai UG mudah dicari, masuk dari pintu utama belok kiri, saya cari oleh oleh cemilan untuk istri sudah cukup tersedia disini, harga termasuk wajar untuk supermarket yang ada di sebuah mall jika dibandingkan dengan minimart sekitar KL sentral..

Staff are there for deco only. Asked 5 members for help (e.g. to redeem gift). A push to B, B push to C, C push to D etc. All are trained to give 1-second immediate answer "don't know" without stopping for another second to think and help customer. I already pointed to the shelf where the gift is, but staff A To E wouldn't even move a muscle to turn their head or body or brain. Feel free to check CCTV for my wild goose chase. I don't care if they don't smile. They never smile. But please GET THE JOB DONE.

Caution ! This grocery store is very shifty with its product pricing i.e. prices of same products are marked differently - noticed on 2 products. Highlighting clear cut pricing discrepancies to their staff on duty was a total waste of time as clearly no one wanted to neither take ownership nor resolve such issues … both concerns I raised was brushed off as “masalah HQ”, whatever that is supposed to be… Just giving the heads up to potential customers to pay attention to details … hopefully.

Visited on 28/12/2022 @ 10.20am - Food section is super slow. One slow-mo male staff operates the section day and night. The male floor manager will be busy chitchatting with other staff, even though he noticed that there are customers waiting to be attended. He quickly walks away when customers started to complain. The female cashier nearby the food section kept on smiling and looking without offering any help or call for help. Poor service, bad manners and worst place to shop.

Customer service is terrible! 1. Security stopped customer at the entrance, locked the luggage with a face like I am their criminal. 2. Cashier is rude! After scanning, throw goods to customer like trash. Never smile with customer. 3. Vegetable weighing person left and ignore customer. Long queue waiting without and no one came. I hope you management of Sam can improve this and retrain your staff. Go Jaya Lalaport and see how well they train their staff.

The casier, who is tall but big head and short shoulder is always showing unkindness toward the customers. I found that many people feel same thing. People are used to avoid his service.. I don't know why he is not showing the kindness.. like handling the item so careless .. and throwing the receipt to the customer.. The store should deal with this man's behavior and his attitide.. Always uncomfortable because of him.. whenever I go to this store.

Food section is slow, two staff and they are as slow as my grandmother bicycle. It wouldn’t hurt to act fast and stop pondering about looking for inspiration for your next move. It’s simple, scope scan and receive payment, next. This isn’t a gourmet and waiting the line should not take more than 4 mins given that everything is ready to pack. Human force, act fast or robots will take over.

KLセントラルのショッピングモール内スーパーマーケット。近くにインド街があるのでスパイスコーナーがあったり、他のスーパーにはないインドの商品コーナーがあります。 広々としていて店内もきれい。日本人が好みそうな高級スーパーです。 The supermarket in the shopping mall concerted to KL Central station. There is spice corner and Indian product section because Little India is near by. Very spacious and well organized. Japanese maybe like this kinds of luxury supermarket.

Have been shopping there since 2020. My go-to shopping/grocery place for sure. Produces are fresh, cheap and delicious. Hpwever, I have sometimes encountered some rude staffs. Like, they push your purchases quite violently in the bags. No masisve damage done but there could have been. Most staffs are very sweet and helpful, just like most Malaysians.

A good place to shop for groceries in this area. They also sell fast and delicious take away meals for those who are in a hurry. They have a lot of imported items not sold at other places like G7 coffee and chips. Nice to discover a deli here with lots of food choices. Opted for roasted pumpkin, potatoes and chicken salad. Simple and healthy.

Was there. Picked up taufu, while paying I realised it was expired 2 days ago. Told the cashier that its expired and they should not be selling it. He was rude n couldn't care less. Some of the cashiers are very rude there. Should not be selling expired food! No one to report to as they would not refer anyone.

The deli at Sam's is a nice, cheap place to hang out while waiting for your train at kl sentral. Food choices are quite abundant but the pay-and-collect system @ the deli is a little confusing. Drinks are cheap but the atmosphere can get noisy at times. Its extremely popular during lunch hour (12-2pm).

Please do not buy frozen meat from here, they just change the sticker to the current date and sell spoiled meat. I was about to fall ill but thanks to god it smelled horrible after opening the packet and I had to throw it away. That Australian beef will surely give you couple of days visit to the ICU.

i was looking at some items and suddenly a staff called me up.. i was stunned.. i wonder what did he want? i would have called him if i want any help ‍ i don't like it calling me out without any reason just make me feel uncomfortable ️ so i pick an item, paid and left the place.

A decent sized supermarket. Friendly staff. Good for a quick buy. Quite a good selection of grocery items including some imported goods. There is also an affordable cafeteria style section for ready made items. Seems popular during lunch time. All sorta food from sushi to pasta to roast chicken.

It's always a pleasure to shop there. Everything is organized and like u can see what it is and where it is. Hope people finds it more attractive. Love to shoot there. Sometimes offer unconventional offers which is more interesting. BTW all the best to the shoppers see you around.

Not bad... slightly haphazard collection of things and not organized at all. But better than nothing. Very strange they only have full cream milk not lowfat. Perhaps everything was out of stock.

My wife and I bought a lot of chocolates here on New Year's Day 2019. The shopping environment is pleasing and choices are plenty. That it closes at 11:00 also gives it an edge!

As customers, we are spoilt for choice of food for meals. Kudos to the one who is running this. Waiters are polite, and responsive. Only thing is the food is average.

입구에 들어서자마자 유리 진열장 안의 바퀴벌레 발견.. 반오픈되어있는 형식이었는데 음식쪽에 기어다니는 바퀴벌레를 보고 경악.. 상품은 대부분 다른 마트보다 가격이 높은편.. 여직원분은 그나마 서비스가 좋지만 남자분들은 정말 여기서 왜 일하나 싶을정도에요.. 다른분들께 도움이 되길바래요

The store is always well-stocked, and I rarely encounter out-of-stock items. The staff is also quick to restock items when they do run low.
