I would give it a 5 star but there are a few things I do not agree with the pastor in this church. First, I do not agree that he should delegate a woman to teach an adult male (1 Tim 2:12). He defends by saying 1Corin 11:1-16. Problem with this comment is that the woman he delegates to teach bible classes (including men) does not have their head covered (to show that they are subject to male leadership). Furthermore, one of the deacon tries to justify that Deborah (in OT) was a judge and use several other female names (in the old and new testaments). However, God chose those females to show that God loves both males and females and it is not to be twisted around to compromise 1Tim 2:12 because a woman was created to help out the male. A female is easier to be deceived (as evident in Eve) and weaker of the two gender. It would be correct if the pastor delegate the female to lead another female because it is not breaking the 1Tim 2:12 authority structure. As a whole, I give this a 4 star since every other Chinese/mandarin speaking church allow females to have either an official title or headship or co-headship. What made me angry with the pastor is when he tries to justifies his action to delegate a female to conduct bible study and a temporary filling in for the main sermon speaker when he said that every other church is doing it. God does not like his people to follow the ways of the world (1John 2:15-21). This church has not yet appointed a female pastor or co-pastor yet but I fear that may come one day. When that day happen I will abandon this church permanently because I do not want to be part of apostasy as seen in majority of false Christian churches today (as prophesized). Compromising with God's word we all had done from time to time but not turning from such only show a lack of love for Jesus Christ (John 14:15). Any place that calls itself a church and allows or defends homosexuality should be NO STAR (But forced to give one star because there is no selection for no star) since they do not believe in the Jesus Christ in the bible but create their own version of Jesus. Churches with a main or co-pastor as a female I will never give it higher than a 2 star. Churches that does not emphasize on how to become more Christ like would I not give higher than 3 star. I really wanted to give this a 5 star but I just can not in my own moral conscious.

S.F. Mandarin Baptist Church has unique warmth and a hearty embrace to everyone who enters the church. You know the minute you walk in that this is a house built on love by people who love all without conditions. You also know, rather quickly, that this is a HOME for sinners working toward betterment. We are all sinners and this church makes it a point to welcome ALL with open arms. Pastor's messages are relatable and life giving. The sermons we hear help us to see that in the midst of reality of life (good and bad), Christ meets us there and that God intends to use us for His greater plan. There's a sense of belonging and a community that wants everyone to feel they are loved, valued, known, and acknowledged. This is an amazing church family. ALL are welcome! I give it 5 stars!

Although I have not attended in person, I have watched several services on YouTube. Church leaders are very passionate. English services provide scripture-based sermons. Enthusiastic pastor.

Great place to worship and learn God's words with the worship team and friendly church members/friends. . Wonderful Sermons with Biblical Truths and Prayer Meetings

This is a loving church that enjoys fellowship and praising God. Good biblical preaching and uplifting music.
