Santacruz Station: It has 6 platforms. Platform # 1:- Harbour line platform, trains go towards Andheri (only slow trains, fast trains don't stop here) Platform # 2:- Harbour line platform, trains either go towards CST/PANVEL/CHURCHGATE originating from Andheri (only slow trains, fast trains don't stop here) Platform # 3:- Western line platform, trains go towards Andheri, Borivali and Virar (only slow trains, fast trains don't stop here) Platform # 4:- Western line platform, trains go towards Bandra, Dadar and Churchgate (only slow trains, fast trains don't stop here) Platform # 1 and 2 have 2 snacks stall, no washrooms on these 2 platforms Platform # 3 and 4 have 3 snacks stalls, 1 juice stall and 1 news paper stall and one washroom for both Gents and ladies at the end of Platform 3 and 4 towards Churchgate side. Quality of washroom is not at all good. It stinks Platform # 5 and 6:- Currently not being used for halting trains and doesn't have any stalls or washroom. Santacruz Station has 4 bridges:- 1 public bridge connected with Skywalk on both east and west. And connected with platform 3 & 4 Middle bridge connected with Skywalk only in west. Connected with platform 3 & 4 Harbour bridge #1 which is also connected with Skywalk in West. Connected with all the 4 platforms. Santacruz East is very crowded. The way out from the station - the main entrance is blocked by rickshaws looking for share passengers. The BEST Bus depot is badly managed and you have to run between buses not sure which one will leave for your destination. Because of the Kalina University, there is a large crowd in the place.

One of the oldest stations in Mumbai. Most of the time rush here. Well maintained station with refreshment and washroom facilities. If you want to go Mumbai University or kalina military camp, or Juhu chowpaty you can get down here. Juhu Chowpaty is just 15mins away if you take bus 231 - costs just 5 rupees.

I travel daily from Santa Cruz..one of the biggest thing I don't like is indicators on platform number 3 has been removed recently..another thing there are no escalators to enter or exit the platform 3 and 4 which has most number of commuters...

This place is upmarket in looks when it comes to an Udipi restaurant near any railway station. But the food is average. Do not expect a great meal but to suit your hunger while shopping or returning home from work, it serves the purpose.

Small station and it's a very busy station if you have to go 9 am there is more crowd for trains. It's very difficult for new people to get in train in this timing. I also have faced same issue while going to job.

Very good shopping stop. You name it and it's available. Right from Seasons store, Friendship store and many others providing bridal dresses to Tribhuvandas Bhimji jewellers for ornaments.

No excelator in the east only in west. Auto rickshaw drivers very rude, will say no. They don't have proper auto queue management. Even at best stops. So overall a big disaster

New bridge directly drop you in he market. There is work going on near bis depot so for next 2 months you may take the new bridge if travelling further from Autorickshaw …

This is a good place to live . Market area is nearby . All daily needs and stuff can get easily available . Station is nearby Gym and garden is also present in nearby area

Still it requires some development, both station are occupied by rikshaw. Too much crowded by rikshaw unable to get ways for walking due to roadside hawakers.

Nice station where only slow local trains stops. This station connects many important places like Juhu Chaupati, Kurla station with frequent bus service.

:) 3.7 kms is distance between Airport & Santa'Cruz ,almost 2 kms more then Vile-parle railway station & Airport . Highway Traffic is again a issue .

I love this place because you can go any where I mumbai in same time. You got everything what you want , good schools , mall or market.

Didn't want to go there, had to because i couldn't get out at vile Parle. Trains were late and the platform was horrid too.
