Once again I show up after the posted opening time and the gate is locked. I was there today at 8:30am and then came back at 9am and still the gate is locked and no one is in the office. Left multiple messages and used the call back feature and still nothing!!! Now I'm across the street at Giant Tiger waisting time. Had to postpone my pickup in Gatineau bc of this. 9:20 - Multiple people have come and gone from this facility and I rented a vehicle for today aswell.

Don't waste your money here. They're never opened when they say they are. I even got locked in once because the guy left early and didn't bother checking people were still inside the gates. Pay the extra and go to a reputable place that will honor their contract (ie Dymon)

Have had a unit here for many years. Price is excellent, management is pleasant but hours could be longer in the day. Perhaps a card lock system where I could access the unit when convenient to me.

Checked online to see if open and drove all the way there to a open sign but a locked door and a sign saying to call a number. There was no answer and absolutely no service.

Well cared for facility.. great security cameras covering everything.. and in floor heating in many units great.. all at much better pricing than others

Great access to the lockers and super clean facility. Highly recommend. Especially great for movers, moving people in and out of lockers

Terrible costumer service! The man I spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all! I would never recommend this place!
