One of the best experiences at a U-Haul facility. The workers take car sanitization extremely seriously. Picked up the rental with no problems and immediately after drop-off, the workers began sanitizing the vehicle. My preferred U-Haul facility going forward.

The most important thing is to make the reservation in advance, they have a parking space, the service is good but it usually takes a while, inside the place there are a lot of items that will help you with your move, they are also cheap ,

The reservation was ready, truck was broken the ignition took me a while to start, the dolly was broken and when I realized was too far to come back. People were efficient if you had a reservation, while I was there the female associate

Poor costumer service, Uhaul quick to get your reservation but unable to confirm parking space, once there (picking up rented truck), I was asked to move my car out of the lot, limited costumer parking and some spots taken by their own
