I'm not too fond of the area but the station is as decent as it gets. Trains can be frequent heading to the likes of Victoria and Croydon and at least one of the platforms has step free access. Shelter and seating are adequate though you'll get more frequent trains to London at East Croydon rather than here.

Very basic Train Station but still it's fit for purpose. Has cover against the elements and fairly adequate seating with a reasonable number of London trains passing through the Station. Not much (if any) observed in the way of food and

The fact that this is the closest station to CPFC, they really could offer a bit more. Not even a vending machine in sight which is rubbish especially since the closest shops are about a 1/4 mile away

Very basic train station, nothing special or particularly bad. The Southern service however is much below my expectations being late every single day, every hour, whenever I come.

Well kept station, helpful staff. The station has everything you need in a station, if you require a bite to eat or a coffee you may need to use the cafe outside on Selhurst RD.

Lady here was very helpful. There was a rude woman cursing and making unfair demands. This female member of staff handled it appropriately, whilst upholding her work ethic.

Used this train station for three months when I was on a temporary accommodation. The station is good and has good service to Clapham junction.

Very neat and decent. But it is a Southern station so the minimum charge is £2.40. but due to the COVID 19 there the station is less busy

Not wheelchair accessible platforms, only platform 1 has a ramp. Staff are helpful but its not staffed 24/7

Good accessibility for wheelchairs getting there but none on the wayback due to two different platforms.

Waiting lounge on platform 1 was clean and warm (i.e. I sat right under the working heater).

Good train service but there information service not working. Place could do with a sweep.
