I had the worst shopping experience in my entire life. Bought a mangalsutra for my wife which was lil short so immidiately went the next day to get it changed. They told the same design was not there for longer length n that we have to place an order for it.We did so and gave all the required specifications n they told vl get it in 20 days. But we got it after over a month and the length was even shorter. The manager assured us that they have escalated the issue and we will get the correct one within another week. But when we went after 10 days the length was 4 inches longer than our requirement. They asked us to take something else and we ended up buying earrings of lesser weight but still paid RS.651 more. Neither they apologized for not meeting the required specifications nor they gave us any special discount. Vl never suggest Senco to anyone CZ they are highly unprofessional.

So this was my first (and last) purchase at Senco. I left all the jewellery stores around and took a drive from JP Nagar to Kormangala in search of the best offer. I wanted to buy some jewellery (under 15K) as a gift, but the staff didn't seem interested in helping me and didn't show me any items that fit my price range (maybe 15K is a small amount for them). They do not even have the basic manners to ask the customers to sit and shop. Even the employees were seated and conversing with me. I ultimately spent 18K on jewellery because I needed to give it as a present the following day. Please learn how to behave with customers from GRT and Joyalukkas. Worst behaviour and lack of interest from the staff. Even the toilet cleaning lady was behaving weirdly.

Worst and Cheat jewellery shop in Bangalore. -Limited Designs -High on Making Charges -Deducts 3% on gold rates plus making charges. (Kalyan Jewellers-1%) -Deducts 20% on diamond (Tanishq gives appreciation) -For selling items purchased from Senco, payment not received. It's been 14 days now. (Tanishq and Kalyan takes 1-2 days) -They don't accept any gold or other items without their bills/invoices (Kalyan and Tanishq don't ask for bills, as they can recognise their brand symbol crafted on their sold items) -They don't have any data in their system related to any items sold to you (Tanishq can simply share all details with your registered mobile number) Hope this helps Senco guys improve.

This Tuesday I called up senco gold Koramangala branch to order a gold ornament for my wife on her birthday. I told them to provide the photos of the ornament design, the sales person was kind enough and prompt to provide me all the photo. Once I selected the billed it quickly there was multiple option for payment. Since I was outside Bangalore and i wanted to suprise my wife i requested them to deliver it to my house. The process of delivery was really nice, the person who went to deliver the jewellery item he also carried a birthday cake for my wife. It was quite a pleasant surprise for her. I am so happy shopping with senco gold Koramangala branch, i really appreciate their hard work.

This place is good .. good enough collection for off season also. The only concern is there are 2 female staffs near the reception .. when asked for help to adjust a necklace piece for my friend .. they just came and went .. we were looking for some one who can help again with another piece and she was not there .. again started gossiping with the other lady. And the time difference between these two event was hardly 15 mins ..they cant wait atleast to look for if the customer needs any help .Other than that other staffs were very good , helping with proper understanding of prices and making charges and facilities or services they provide. Overall a good experience

It is one of the most sought after stores to buy gold for Bengalis in Bangalore. This store keeps a good range and collection of designs. Although the most recent time I went here there didn't seem to be a design which I liked and that led me not to buy from here but the adjacent Reliance Jewel. I hope the next time they would keep a better collection which I end up liking. I would suggest for the upper management to think about opening a store somewhere in north Bangalore as the store in Koramangla is quite far away for North Bangaloreans.

Senco is good, but this branch is not well organized. I ordered a 22k gold ring and the order was quite messed up while delivery. The branch manager sorted everything in the end. The stuff are confused, don't know the basics of gold transactions with customer and unable to speak in English/Hindi for very difficult to interact for Bengali customers. Praveen was constantly speaking when we were discussing among us about designs or amount. Better visit the Pheonix branch. We had seamless and excellent experience there, and loved the gold designs.

Had the worst experience here at Koramangala store. They lure you into opening schemes and then when you are not able to continue with the scheme due to personal reasons or whatsoever they start manipulating you into buying anything and their behaviour is just awful. The store manager will not help you with anything and staffs are the worst. My kid wanted water as we had to climb up stairs as their lift is never in a working condition, they didn’t even give water to me or my kid. It’s the worst high standard jeweller around Bangalore!

If you are looking for a Bengali touch authentic jewelry then this is your go to place. I have been buying things from here since childhood. My marriage shopping was done from here too. Recently took a full noa from here. Best part if the exchange rates. They are genuine and they give the best rates for exchange adding a video of how good is melted. They have many designs for Bala, chur, mantasha, chik, diamond jewelery , rings, noa, daily wear Bangles, necklace and contemporary designs as well.

Well located and well maintained showroom. If you are looking for some authentic Bengali Design jewellery, then they have a pretty decent collection. Making charge is reasonable. Quality of Gold is good. In Diamonds, the collection is pretty less for solitaires. For exchange and buying gold they use the standard procedures using latest technology, infront of you maintaining full transparency. Don't compare it with their stores in Kolkata. They have offers every now and then which might help you.

Designs are good but worst customer service. The sales person responsible for billing donot even have basic manners. In our case they made a typing mistake in name of the purchaser (even though the name was properly mentioned by us in capital letters) and when we tried to confront it instead of being apologetic the sales person started shouting on us on the top of their voice. Hopefully this was our last purchase in that store.

Highly recommended.. I had to buy a diamond ring so i went there.. Staffs were very friendly. They had lot of options in diamond rings.. They told I can order any ornaments from there catalog and we can collect from them within one month. Apart from rings they have good collection of gold as well.. Like gold chains, sets, rings.. They will give diamond product with diamond cut certificate.

Quite a bad experience. When you call them up before going to their showroom, they will say "yes, everything is available" but in reality it's not!! When you will ask the same they will deny with a straight face!!! If you ask them to show a particular piece of jewelry, they will show you just one (1) and will expect you to choose that outright. Utter nonsense. Never going back.

This is a full cheating shop. I compared the gold rate from this shop vs others like malabar, bheema etc. and found the rate is at least 2% more in this shop. The person at the counter explained that the rates are deliberately higher in Karnataka and they're keeping rates low in West Bengal. This sounded to me illogical but the person didn't have any other explanation...

I believe the jewellaey is ok. They have collection but need to do the finishing properly especially for earrings. I have been visiting the place regularly but dont find much new collections. However, I have seen good chain designs. Maybe its better if you provide them with your choice of design to be made. I think thats way much better.

Good, but needs to improve in handling customers. Because they don't give information clearly, we bought a platinum ring when we wanted to exchange it they started asking too much information such as a separate card for diamond on ring and platinum. To get it exchanged almost 1 month we had to wait and visit 2 times to store.

The staff was extremely helpful. Sudhir and Hajira were the ones who assisted me and didn't leave out any stops to make sure I received what I came for. Exchanged some old gold for newer designs and they made the process extremely easy. There was some ongoing offers as well, which gave me a good value.

I shopped my wedding jewellery from Senco, Koramangala. Ms. Chandana was very patient and understood my requirements bit by bit and suggested designs. I felt confident and walked out happily content. I would recommend everyone to visit if you prefer a mix of unique, modern and traditional designs.

If you want only gold ornaments this is the place to be. Designs are good and have quite a few options but again it is subjective. Parking limitations are there but one can always park in the bylanes needs some scouting. In terms of discount during offers the final discount is very very marginal.

Good collection. Pola bangles are the mainstay of this shop. Only issue is that they don't have in-house kaarigar for repairs and other custom works. They compulsorily need to send the item to Kolkata HQ and it takes a month at the least. But of course those who can wait, it is worth the wait.

Very nice collection but very bad staff. Even after buying a lot of items from them, found 1 display box had a crack on top, conveniently hidden by decorative ribbon. When called and asked for replacement, they didnt bother to replace the box. Very very rude even to repeat customers.

Collections are very limited compared to their competitors, they insist you to download there mobile app and see designs from there to order which is not very easy in terms of buying jewelry atleast. Staffs can be more helpful and courteous towards customers.
