So the food is pretty good. Breakfast served all day and prices are comparable to post-pandemic times. Service is top notch and the speed at which these cooks put out the food is nothing short of phenomenal. And I would swear their desserts are all baked daily. But, beware of their auto-gratuity on orders $50 or more regardless of party size. We were not notified of this and had to ask about it at the register. I still do not know how much my tip amount was but I figured it to be around 21%. If auto-gratuity doesn't bother you, then visit here! But just be warned ahead of time so you don't receive a shock like I did. Sero's, if you read this, PLEASE, for the love of God, POST this policy on your door, add it to every menu, have every waiter and waitress mention it to each patron, and post it on your plexiglass divider at the register. It is policy like this that leaves a bad taste in customer's mouths if they are sticker-shocked and not made aware of what they are paying for, especially when a patron may have left more if it had been up to them.

Well it was my first time visiting this establishment and I must say it's was really amazing service was at it's best I can say the best customer service I've ever seen for a dine in restaurant I was seated right now which could sometimes be a hassle I didn't have to wait long for the waiter I didn't know what was the best choices when it came to the food but I went ahead and ordered the pecan waffle with scrambled eggs & 3 pork sausage I would have preferred beef but wouldn't available but it's not to major and alongside a nice cold cup of apple juice.The pecan waffle was very good the scrambled eggs was delicious as well but the pork sausage kinda hint of italian sausage I really would like some fresh fruit but waiter did let me know why they wasn't serving the item but nevertheless I enjoyed the atmosphere a very nice family oriented place to come to eat and enjoy a friendly conversation I enjoyed every minute dining here so when I'm here anytime soon I'll definitely come back again your truly Kodi Marcel

I visited Seros for the 1st time today. I go to barber college with the owner's son Joe. I told Joe I planned to visit and eat at the restaurant after taking my State Board Exam. Well, it was as great of an experience as I could ever have asked for. I was seated quickly and given time to look over the menu. My waitress was super friendly and helpful with my selection. After ordering my food, it arrived in mere minutes. I couldn't believe it! With the food, came a personal tableside visit from the owners to welcome me as my waitress had told them I attended school with their son. They were super warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. I will be back again very soon. I'm craving it already. I stopped eating long enough to take a picture of my Mediterranean Gyro Wrap, French fries and a Peach topped crepe with whipped cream. Absolutely incredibly delicious food and fantastic service. I can see why the parking lot stays full around meal times. The word is out and their reputation speaks for itself. #SerosForLife.

They are on top of everything with your order and when you order. Very friendly and you feel very welcomed there and you are treated like family, the employee's all work together. You can see that everyone and everybody is truly enjoying themselves and truly enjoying there orders. Very nice selection on there menu and it's nicely done and there prices are great and very reasonable. And they will always ask you is everything okay with your order and if something isn't right about your order, they are on top of getting it straightened out. The food is nice and fresh and hot!

I had relatively high expectations, and Sero's unfortunately did not come close to meeting them. I will say, the place looks lovely on the inside. We were sat quickly, but despite the restaurant being pretty empty, it took quite some time before a server came up to simply say "What are you all drinking?" The order did come out correctly. Their chicken lemon rice soup was creamy and relatively tasty, although there was no lemon hint. I would happily eat that again. However, the pork chops I ordered were tough and fatty, and a sandwich another guest ordered had hardly any meat. One other in our group said their food was ok at best, and a fourth enjoyed his food. I would not plan on going back to Sero's.

Their menu consists of pretty average American diner food- burgers, fries, pasta, chicken, but they also tilt Greek inspired (that means feta) on a few variations, as well as have things like pitas and gyros on the menu, and I do love a good gyro platter. In a couple of visits, the diner's not been too busy, by my experience, so there hasn't been wait to sit or much time to be served an order. The waitstaff is welcoming, plenty attentive to your order, and quick to top up drinks, as well. To be honest, their food doesn't stand out as anything spectacular, but it's decent and the price is alright. Stop in for a gyro sometime and relax.

Been dining here for 25 years since I moved here from Chicago. This is the only restaurant in Indiana since they won. I've never had a problem with any service or food. When I walked in it became very apparent to me that people dining weren’t used to seeing a woman like me. I walked in and said ‘hello’ was given a once over by a waitress and then she said hello and walked off. Someone else seated me. I was quickly greeted by an extremely friendly waitress that made me feel at ease. She took my order and kept checking on me to make sure things were to my liking. The food was yummy. I ordered the Greek breakfast and I’m glad I did. I’m not from the area, so the locals were very interested in me, but I still felt comfortable and I enjoyed my meal.

Enjoyed our visit. Definitely an interesting setting and vibe to the place. Service was good and very cool old school daily specials in writing. My partner ordered the pork chops and I had a taste, very tasty. The catfish were perfectly breaded and presented. Will definitely be back for another round. The only disappointing component to our meal was the rush we felt as they closed at 9:00 pm. We arrived a bit after 8 but soon after the entire restaurant was in close up mode. Would recommend getting there way before unless vacuums, mops and chairs on tables not a distraction. Good food for the price. Definitely give Sero’s a stop in.

The food was not great. 2 orders was wrong from the menu. The prices was 3 dollars more than what it was listed in the menu. Had to wait for refills. Ordered Boston cream pies that should have been thrown out. They was stale. Plus there was hair in my brothers food. Than paid bill but could not leave a tip didn't have enough money. Manager came out and questioned us about the service and no tip. Told us we was not welcome back. We have been going there for 25 years and never have we had this kind of service there.

A few members in our choir at church usually dine at Sero’s Family Restaurant every Sunday after service. Usually 5-6 at our table. Typically, everything I've ever had at Seros is very good to excellent, that al changed today, we were in the mood for their awesome 1/2 pound hamburgers (which we've had there often...and lo and behold, they have substituted 1/4 pound patties...they're now no thicker than a McDonald's 1/4 pounder. News flash, it's no longer worth $11.00 Before, when they were twice as thick, I was willing to pay $11.00. Too bad...I won't order the burgers again. Very disappointed...

Awesome service and the chicken fried steak was great. The dessert display is tempting for anyone with a sweet tooth. The place has a nice and cozy diner atmosphere and parking is plentiful.

The food was good. My only concern is that I upgraded to onion rings from fries. Didn't know it was an extra $3.99 to do so. When I mentioned it at checkout the cashier said it's stated on the menu. I really think the server should have mentioned it. That's quite a lot especially when paying for 4. Next time I'll be more careful and ask what the upcharge is.

This was a nice little place. The servers Lydia and Melissa were great. The food was ok. I wanted to go for breakfast but we didn't get to go until after 7PM so I ordered the Perch special. My family and I have been coming to Sero’s since they opened. Food and service are always top notch. The owner is there every day to say hello! This is a great family business to continue to support.

Great food, get the gyro with fries! wish they were open a little later because I always seem to want it late night.

A lot of variety! I got the Meatloaf Manhattan and it was very delicious. The staff were also extremely kind and personal. Definitely put the “family” in family restaurant. More
