I rarely call people out by name, but someone by the name of Ivan or Evan who works here deserves to be called out for his aloof and careless attitude. I brought someone here so they could get their paperwork processed, and as soon as I approached the desk, I noticed Ivan, someone who I've seen a few times before and KNOW he speaks another language. I kindly asked him if he could speak the other language so the person with me could understand as well, but he immediately refused, stating that he only speaks English there, which was a blatant lie as I have family and friends who know and have spoken to him before in another language. Then he looks over the paperwork and in a loud voice says "These can't be processed because of a scribble here". I told him that another RMS agent had already approved it, and the only thing left was the photo to be taken, to which he rudely responded that he still can't process it because of the tiny scribble made by the doctor. He then prints out another paper and tells us to get it refilled again. The scribble was a yes or no answer mistake made by the doctor regarding the person's diabetes, which the doctor firstly ticked as yes, then corrected it to no. This had absolutely no affect on the form, the process, the license, the person's ability to drive, or anything really. He could've easily asked us to verify if the person had diabetes or not, but he just wanted to seem important and intelligent by calling it out in a loud voice and forcing us to do it all over again. Absolute clown.

They are all the rudest people and liars, he said I didn’t do any head checks even though I was doing them every 3 seconds but he was too focused on girls on the side of the road or looking at other people to notice. Disgusting and I’ll never go back to that place.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst bunch of employees especially a guy named Ewan who interrupts and tries to put blame on us. I have gone here twice and twice they said I don't have the appropriate documents and they are trying to protect my identity, what rubbish. This place is so unhelpful so I decided to go to the one in Liverpool and they were so helpful. It's astonishing that these people work under the same company yet the place at Liverpool seem to get the job done and Wetherill Park branch can't. I don't know who employs these people but these are a bunch of rude, arrogant and unhelpful bunch that needs to go.

Worst service centre in Sydney. If you are planning for driving test, choose another centre. They just need a reason to keep you away from driver's license. I passed DKT from Merryland and appeared here twice for road driving test using my overseas license from Oman without verification. When I went for 3rd attempt, they asked for verification and didn't took my test. Thanks God, that turned me to switch to Edmondson Park service NSW and passed in my 1st attempt and they didn't ask for verification. Cann't go without a star. If I could!

Please make sure to update your systems. we have visited this service centre twice to get the Driving test done, team advised our overseas license data not found in your system, forced us to go to embassy for letter n pay extra charges. Luckily we went to another service centre very next day and they found the data. Two times you have wasted our time. I can imagine now why this service centre got this rating 2.7. Please improve your service standards, its only the way you can help our community.

Apart from the wait ques (which are understandable for the amount of people), staff have always been friendly, understanding and simplified what was needed with politeness and professionalism. Always answered my questions with politeness and pointed me to where I needed to go if lost. Lots of parking available around the area as well, from directly to the parking lot (Believe the first 2-3 hours are free if I recall correctly) or around side streets if all parking is taken.

Thank you Zahra for your help ! Had issues with registering my bike in NSW from Vic and the lady at Blacktown was rude abd didn't want to hear what I had to say and was 0 help. Totally different here, Zahra listened to what mt issues were and got assistance from the manager and we were able to register my bike that day. Thanks for listening and helping me get it sorted.

The lady at check in was very rude and spoke in a degrading way. She came over twice to repeat instructions as though I didn’t understand her. Both times her tone sounding more degrading each time and harsh. Honestly couldn’t help the fact the fact that the lady she referred me to was already with another customer and I was waiting for my turn.

Staff are nice but service was extremely slow, 50 minutes of waiting to cancel car registration due to vehicle being stolen. Process took 2 minutes but nearly an hour worth of wait. This place should do better given all the outrageous fees we pay for driving our vehicles. 50 minute wait is simply unacceptable.

did my hazard prevention test here the computers don't register your inputs when you tap the screen a lot of the time and a lot of attitude desk staff members. fix your slow computers and and the the attitude from your staff so many people standing around talking and a jam packed room don't come here ever

Samantha helped me process a complex situation. She took her time with me and made sure I was clear and comfortable with what I had to do. Also super friendly and caring. I waited 30min to be served but was happy because of how kind and helpful Sam was. Exceptional customer service. Thank you :)

Bad service. No point complaining nothing will change. Too many chiefs less Indians meaning all staff acting as if they are managers and they talk down to customers. Half of the staff in call centre and in the branches don’t know their job

I came and did my driving test here three times, I get really anxious in these scenarios. Vlademer was by far the best instructor, so patient and clear. Wonderful bloke, he made the experience a lot more comfortable, 5 stars for him.
