I came last night/morning on 26/11/2023 at around 2:45am to get some drinks. I requested two items and the clerk tried to double charge me!! I really felt this was deliberate, because I had to correct the man twice before paying by card. Is this what your employees do SHELL?!, taking advantage of people they assume are intoxicated. If I am overreacting then your employees need more training and/or supervision. Regardless I will not be coming back to this shady practice, because the whole experience felt extremely wicked and vile!! ___________________________________________ Cause of the fact I am unable to respond on Google, I will adjusted my review.. to answer to your request , No, I will not provide you with my personal details!! I will not mail you, I have informed you already about my experience and you are more than capable to check everything with your CCTV, and also you can check this with the adjustments made in your system regarding payments made around that time!!

Hello. I went to buy fuel today like every week. A strange story happened to me. I waited for about a minute at the fuel pump and I didn't know what was happening, I saw that the staff was looking at me strangely from behind the glass. I decided that it probably wasn't working and I moved the vehicle to another pump. Suddenly I hear some shouting from "very nice" station employee named Hardeep comes up to me and asks if I saw that one fuel gun was not in its place and I told him how could I know that? I told him that they were both looking at me and didn't react, and he explained to me that they were watching the car behind me Later, he approached the client from the other car and smiled strangely while looking at me. Question: should a customer who pays a lot of money be spoiled for such a reason? He's attitude was out of comments. Thank you Shell I will be find different station ⛽

I would give 5 star, but its been twice where i have experianced awful and unpleasent service from one of the staff (lady with short black hair). First time when she was 'telling off' another staff member which i thought was disrespectful and embarassing to do it in front of customers, just because she was new and made a mistake. She has been rude to customers too, very abrupt and her attitude comes across like shes forced to work there.

I experienced amazing customer service when I visited. The man at the till was so friendly and communicated very well. He put a smile on my face. This petrol station is general, meaning there's nothing unique. It's simple to use. Of course, prices remain extremely high because of the cost of living crisis, but your not going to find cheap fuel anywhere. So overall, it's a general petrol station. But I got very friendly service.

Friendly helpful staff, disability assistance means I can notify staff I need fuel via the app before going so when I arrive I just use the app to tell them which pump in at and someone comes out to help me fill up and take payment. Fantastic service, well worth paying a few pennies per liter more for fuel. Clean, well stocked store and multiple other services available.

Pump before start pumping any fuel charges me f...... 7£staff told me it's cold and air stop pomp.... They still force me to pay if pump is not working properly with stupid excuses that pomp is checked monthly. as well staff not polite, unprofessional and not helpful. When I ask were can make complain they told me they don't know. Avoid this station!!

Needs improvement one lady working there, looks at you like she's doing you a favour when your filling up not sure if she owns the place or just a worker? needs training to work on her customer service she needs help asap could be going through midlife crisis. Woman needs to understand the customer's pay her wages.

Filled up my car and went to pay the other day. The customer service was appalling by the young Indian lady. No greeting when it came to paying. Looks I got was like she was doing me a favour. Perhaps she's needs to learn customer service skills from Ken who's is has exceptional customer service skills.

Had bad experience for me this time from this fuel station, the customer assistant Mr.Juber shown his behaviour when I requested to swipe club card he refused and swearing at me then said this your duty mine is jut collect the money was replay. Surprised awfully customer service in my life.

These people keep expired sandwiches on the shelf went there to get a sandwich for the first time and they had just 2 sandwiches which were expired asked then if they had other sandwiches they said no

Customer service could be better from one of the guys there. Unresponsive when greeting and when paying, treating a customer as if they’re unwanted, probably due to the colour of my skin.

Pricey fuel and a lot of pumps are out of order at the same time, over the weekends there can be large queues.

Top quality fuel and the people working there are sound. Prices are competitive for the quality of the fuel.
