Not only were there no shoes there that I liked, the employees didn't greet me when I walked in. And they weren't even busy. I tried on 3 pairs of shoes before one of the ladies came over to me, lazily asking me if I needed any help. I showed her the Nikes that I kinda liked, and she rudely told me that they didn't have my size. Along with the next 3 pairs of shoes. This is my 2nd or maybe even 3rd time going to this particular store, only because it's by my house, and I will not be back. Their shoes just aren't appealing at all!!!??? Maybe I will go to another Shoe City and see what's up. ( or maybe not lol)

WOW.. What happen to being glad to see a customer walk into your store? Went here to buy some shoes for work. I walked in and the lady working there was standing off to the side. She didn't come over to me. I had to stop and loo around to find her sanding off to the side as if I was bothering her. I asked about the shoe I was looking for. She walked me over to where the shoe was and walk away. Then the shoe was tight and they didn't have a larger size. So again I had to find her instead of her helping me. I won't be back to this store again. What happen to customer service?

Good shoe store with solid deals though not as many for larger size feet and women's shoes. They have a good selection for avergae to small size feet... size 11 and below for adults and great options for youth. They have really good shoe accessories, miscellaneous items (backpacks) and clothing. The sales associates are personable and there is street as well as parking lot parking. Unfortunately I haven't had much lucky finding things for myself here, great deals or great quality in shoes.

So I just arrived to this city and needed a shoe so bad, looked at this place and it looks good so just decided to walk in and purchase a shoes. The owner/manager was an indian lady that didn't even say any welcoming word? And actually staring at me in a weird way. The employees saw me almost lost and they didn't help, after all this lady pissed me off and she wasn't any professional and giving these disrespectful looks, I even decided to make my first review against them. NOT GOING BACK.

I went to the store to buy a pair of Jordans. The prices are very reasonable and the shoes are in very good quality. After buying my shoes they let me spin a wheel to get a discount on shoes or free shoes and I got $20 off my next purchase and got a free pair of $20 shoes. I highly recommend this place if you're on a budget because they have shoes of all prices and all sizes. I'd go back there to buy shoes if I were to go shoe shopping again

I wish I could remember her name but the woman on the sales floor was very helpful with suggestions and experience with the different types of shoes. Unfortunately the store did not have the size of shoe I needed but she let me know of a nearby Sketchers store that would likely have it.

They have a wide variety of shoes! The gentleman that work there, were very helpful, and polite. Prices were pretty fair. Finally bought myself a new pair of black Converse! They look good, feel good, and the price was right! I will definitely be trying to come back in the future!

This location is just alright the shoes that are on clearance in the back are from their sidewalk sale if you want Chucks that are supposed to be white turned yellow from Sun bleaching at regular price or little to no discount and standoffish staff then that's the place to go...

this place was so awful. that Indian lady was so NOT professional. she didn’t help out. she yelled at me because I needed a bigger size?? unbelievable. she kept giving me attitude. she didn’t even bother helping me finding my size. rlly hope she gets fired

I absolutely LOVE Shoe City!!! The customer service is superb. I had an issue with one of the shoes, and the assistant manager "Sreela" was extremely gracious in helping me find the right pair and giving me an even exchange!!! I'll definitely be back!!!

Lots of shoes, back packs, socks and some hats. There is a used shoe section in the back. Everytime you buy something you get to spin a wheel to win discounts or free shoes. They have cheap shoes and regular expensive shoes. There is free parking.

This is my go to place when i wanna shop for shoes around hollywood at a good deal , best styles , and you just cant argue with 50% off the 2nd pair. They got all the name brands .both men and females always find a pair of shoes here for sure.

Really cool place. You get to spin a wheel for prizes after every purchase. The man that worked there was super helpful even though they didn’t have my size. Btw, they don’t carry over a size 10.5 in men’s converse lol

Great selection of shoes got my work shoes like 1 year ago and still lasting on the plus side i got a pair for free they have this rafle or wheel of fortune kind of thing if you get lucky you get a pair for free

Good. They have a selection of Nike's in wide for men and women. Lots of selections of shoes for $30 to $60 as well as Slip resistant shoes. Very affordable selection and polite workers.

Expecting to buy just a white shoe, goes out with a new bag! I am not a lucky person, but I won a $10 discount on their spin the wheel! I need more luck for the free shoes next time!

Closest place to buy vans for my grandson. Pretty decent selection. They may not get the newest 1st, but they will eventually have everything you need.
