Caution !!!!! Visit this shop on your own risk !!! I purchased alloy cycle panniers from This shop on 14th Nov 2021 which cost me 1300 rupees, after a month I saw the panniers was getting break & I immediately visited to shop to show the condition & quality of the product to shop owner. But he denying to everything that I'm trying to explain him even worst part is that he is not ready to listen Just telling that it is your fault that you put more weight on that that's why it is getting break. My intention was only to informed about the product to owner. But he was not ready to understand the problem. So how we can expect the sservice when he is not ready to listen to customer. Note - please don't buy anything from this you might get feel looted after purchased. Guiding to buy wrong products what they wanted to sell. Please note I hardly put 6-7 kg on that panniers at once only after that I never used for carrying anything on that.

Pathetic and cheat Dealer.... I bought a cycle to gift a kid on her Birthday. When we gifted that cycle the chain kept coming out when checked the chassis was Band.... We informed cycle shop owner and asked to exchange with another (as it was not at all used even cover is not removed) he denied on the spot and started to argue on repair which he could have done after a month or two if we approach after so long. Cycle was bought on 1st day of the evening and gifted on 2nd day Evening but on 3rd day when child tried to use it we saw chain was out and after continuous effort it didn't worked. That's when we contacted and had to listen his unprofessional approach (talks). And when we repaired this cycle from other shop( child lives in western suburbs) they said price Is Rs.2200/- and he sold it for Rs.2800/- even we are cheated on a Cycle Price as well...

Very bad quality. Let me share my experience I bought a 6 gear cycle on 20th Feb, 2022 afte the assembly I asked if the gear problem had been fixed (during assembly the gear was giving problems lake not switching)the chain also was kind of wacky. I asked the worker to check again as it still seemed to have the problem but he said no and ignored me I told the worker to put a bell and bottel stand but he denied and said do the payment first again and again after the payment there is no value for the customer. Today is 22nd Feb, 2022 when I am posting this review. The price is also a little expensive the worker also just assembled the cycle and only checked the brakes and nothing else also were rude. The owner always points to the more expensive ont cycle just to get extra money. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Gives really bad service. No value for customer after money is paid. Really bad attitude in the owner dilip. Please dont pay before job is done. I do not recommend anyone to add gears from here or do maintenance check please do not visit. Very very bad experience. Just got a new cycle and added gears to it didnt fix a 2 ninute problem for 2 weeks and still gear doesnt go to 1st gear. Also he has added his own name dilip phadtre an d given himself 5 stars . He doesnt even deserve 1 star. Literallly will make you go nuts if u do any kind of business with him . Dont buy cycles from him or any equipment or do maintenance from here. Reallly rude and arrogant person.

Not buy from sanjay cycles. They colored and decorate old local cycle and sale that cycle with Hero logo with full Brand price. They are playing with people emotions. We buy cycle from this shop for my daughters birthday Rs. 7000/-. 7000/- is very big amount for us. Within 20 day cycle handle brake and when we go their for repairing we saw that all parts are full of rusted inside. But still he denied to accept that this is old cycle. Very cheep people they are. Even they dont give us bill also. If anybody have to know about customer complain process in court please let me know...

This place was ok-ish. They are all nice and helpful till you make the payment, after that you don't mean anything to them. They promised me to help me load the cycle in the auto. But after i made the payment they didn't even bother to help. They told me a bell cant be fit onto the handle bar as there's no space. FYI, now I have fitted a cyclo-computer, led light, bell and a phone mount on the same handlebar. The only good thing about the place was their price. They are definitely lower than what is quoted online.

I hate this shop as I think they are greedy of money they try to take more money from last time when I visited I had shock up problem the labour working there asked almost 1000 rs for exchange but only oiling was needed which used to be free at any other cycle shop total money waste as they charge more money and the labour too cheats them coz when I give the money labour takes and keeps in his pocket and never seen him giving to his Owner.

Dealer is very smart and based on customer he provide his cycle. Choose what is best for your requirements. 2)i bought cycle for 6500 while loading from auto break broke into two piece after 1 hr of purchase. Quality show that very very poor. 3)mis guided by the owner my father had deal for something else he offered something else. 4 )Note - Bell, light & lock come along with cycle but they will charge if you are not aware.careful

The worst experience ever. I wanted the bus at 1 , which was also clearly written on the book. But Mr Sanjay tells me that I thought you wanted the bus at 3. And on top of that, the driver whom he was sending was very rude when I spoke to him on the phone, and Mr Sanjay here tells me (apne ko unki jarurat hai, unko nahi).It's been more than an hour, we are still waiting for the bus.

You have to be careful of what he is changing. I bought a cycle insurance where the policy said premium of 900 and he charged me 1200. I hope I get service of the cycle if I may need it. Had been here again but this time the service was too bad, he is arrogant. I will ensure that I don't send you clients in future.

One of the worst service I asked them to put gear on the cycle and the day i took the delivery the shifter stoped working.again the next day I went there to show my cycle gear their they did it . But again when i bought it back it again stopped working.it is nothing but a fraud

As many have commented before me, absolutely terrible customer service. Once you paid the money, and if the cycle has any problem, then you are in for a ride. Owner is extremely rude and will always keep giving excuses. I am stuck with my purchase. Never going back

The owner is one of the worst man whom i had met. This guy is not less than a thug and would do what ever he wants to earn money by charging exorbitant to the customer and the service is the worst. He does not have respect to talk to the customers.

Bought a new cycle the chain comes off, brakes dont work, had issues 4 times within 5 days of buying the cycle, they didn't even provide service for a brand new cycle. DO NOT BUY A CYCLE FROM HERE. WORST CYCLE SHOP.

Poor customer service. Charges are too high...tube replacement was charged at 350. within a day it went bust and again charged 350 for the same.such a loot. Highly unprofessional attitude of Dilip for customers

Very old shop ... more than 50 years old. One can get bycyles at cheaper rates. Even the cycle accessories are available at better rates. But service is average.
