Called to book in a date to inspect the damage on my car, was told they don't do bookings for inspections and that I can just bring it in any time as it is a 10 minute process and all they need to do is take photos of the car. So I brought my car in for the inspection and was told that SGIC customers specifically need to make appointments for inspections and that they have no inspection availability until 5th of May (a month later). Bad communication, service was also a bit dismissive and not that friendly. Called another repairer down the road and they said they will have no problem getting me for photos in any time and that there's no issues with SGIC customer inspections.

Very poor coordination and follow up. I drop off the car after inspection and as per their instructions after more than a month notice. Then Kept my car for repair for 10days and didn’t even started the work. When I called for follow up they didn’t give me any information and told me that they will contact me with the details. But didn’t, then again I contacted them next day and they told me they are have to order parts and they don’t know when they can start or finish work. The car is drivable and not big damage and I was renting a car all these time. It costed me a lot of money and time. Very bad customer service.

Silver’s were initially VERY VERY helpful. Our car was drivable but had a smashed light cover which was fixed straight away so our car didn’t get defaulted. They had extremely hard time finding a panel to replace the dented one. The job itself was difficult to fix. Silvers did a fantastic job when it was eventually fixed. My only complaint was the lack of communication during the 5months after their quote was accepted & it took 1 week longer than they expected once we dropped it in. Overall a fantastic job which Is why I assume they are flat out. Thanks to the Silver team.

I just wanted to say Thank you to the Silvers team of staff from the moment I walked in to the main office I knew I was in good hands, Joyce was very helpful and is an absolute multi tasking queen, Her husband Tony was very thorough in the assessment process of my vehicle and Danielle is a superstar in customer service. Any one in need of Automotive Repairs that has an open choice of repairers should definitely use this business. I was extremely happy with the entire process and my car now looks good as new.

The quality of work is great. The staff are friendly. Communication is poor. Car was booked 4 weeks in advance, allowing for parts to arrive. Should there be a delay I would be notified and I'm assuming rescheduled??? Car dropped for a one week job. In total without my car for a total of 4 weeks. The communication was non existent. I wasn't informed prior of delays. At the end of each week I was phoning to get status updates. Disappointed with the lack of communication/customer service

Just a little prelim, I only bother to leave reviews if I'm really really happy with something. I was linked with these guys by my insurer. As someone who always feels on the back foot with anything concerning $$$ and cars, I was stoked that these guys were easy to deal with, organised and straight up, and they did an awesome job on the car. I hope I don't need collision repairer (!) but if I do I'll definitely come back to these guys!

A fantastic business - friendly staff who were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. My car looked brand new when I collected it. I'm not making any remark about their work because I don't know if they are good or not. But the street is absolutely jam-packed with their cars every day. The council needs to do something about it because it's ridiculous. If you can't fit the vehicles within the business, you shouldn't be allowed to take up nearly the whole street!

Honestly if you want knowledgeable and friendly staff then come here! They repair within very reasonable times and high quality work. Your car also gets washed and detailed at the end they made mine look brand spanking new! Highly recommend especially for RAA customers. Very happy with customer service and quality of work.
