Unwilling to work on or investigate a car because it is still under warranty. The reason given is that it is a warranty issue and they don't really to get involved. They said that because Mercedes had said nothing was wrong they couldn't do anymore. Doesn't really show that they have much confidence in their own abilities. I said I would take responsibility for this and needed some help because Mercedes would not remedy a fault I've been having with the car. Regardless, the law states that warranty is not void if independent garages work on a vehicle as long as they follow standard manufacturers procedures and use genuine parts. I assume that this garage carries out services on vehicles that are still under warranty and that in doing so they do not void the warranty. If they do think that are going to void the warranty are they warning the owner? Perhaps the reason for refusal is that non standard parts and procedures are in place at this garage. I'll let you draw your own conclusions however I found this garage somewhat unhelpful especially when I required someone to assist me with this issue I've been having.

A mixed experience. They did numerous jobs on our car; shocks, springs, MOT, engine cooling issue,. Mostly all ok. Initially the quote seemed OK although the breakdown of the bill revealed very cheap parts prices and relatively high hourly labour costs. The final price came in a shade cheaper and I was impressed how much they got done in the little time we were billed for. Later, I had to get the wheel off because a shock dust cover was not fixed correctly and noticed that the reason they'd managed to do the shocks so quickly is because rather than removing the wheel arch liner to access the top mount bolts they'd just cut a chunk out of the liner. Literally cutting corners to do a job quickly. I would have gone back and spoken to them but I've moved away from the Leeds.

I used this garage a little while ago. To cut a long story short, a part they fitted failed and they tried to claim it was something else that was broken (I know enough about how engines work to know he was talking complete rubbish) and when asked to explain why he thought what he thought, he wouldn't/couldn't give an answer, told me that I should just take my car elsewhere, and locked himself in his office and refused to talk to me anymore. I ended up with a broken car and out of pocket - ended up getting the part (the one they replaced, which failed) fitted again at my cost at another garage to sort the problem. This was the owner himself; very little mechanical knowledge and extremely poor customer service/people skills.

Seemed friendly enough for a simple wheel alignment. Got car back and it felt good. A few months later my regular mechanic was doing a service and asked me what had happened to it. As I'm a gentle driver and the only driver I replied - nothing. He said the discs and brakes looked like some had been racing the car. I can only assume this garage did something during the wheel alignment which nearly destroyed the brakes/discs. So before you go to them, make sure you know what they are doing to your car, in full and beware. Needless to say they've completely lost my business and everyone I come into contact with.

Difficult to review. I have had my can and van in to this garage a couple of times. Initially to have the air con regassed which they did however, the air con developed a further fault and they couldn't look at it for over a week. Took my work van in for a sensor fault that was diagnosed as a turbo which they refused to replace as the van had allegedly done too many miles. I found the garage very expensive on labour for what they actually did. Unfortunately i wont be using them again. Also, they have no realisation of time (apart from billing) and i had to keep ringing them for updates.

I sent the garage some photos of my car asking if they can provide a ball park figure quote for some accident damage so I didn't have to drive it there and waste anyone's time. They said they'd need to see the car in person. I decided to drive to the garage so they could see the car. When I got there they were very unhelpful and said they don't want to get involved with it. I found a garage in Bradford very helpful and willing to help. Booked in with them. Again, very very unhelpful garage considering their level of experience.

I've only been here twice so far due to being new to the area, one for an oil pressure leak and one for a handbrake replacement. Both times their prices and service were brilliant. The handbrake job was done in less than 24 hours and the oil pressure leak was seen to as soon as soon as they could (first thing 2 days later). Both times they inspected it beforehand and showed / described the issue to me in layman's terms. Will definitely be back, great team all round.

Brought my car here for it's MOT having recently had repairs done, told me exactly what needed doing and had the work completed same day with a free clean also! Great service and will definitely be coming here again. Came again September 2017 after being quoted £600 by Motor Marque for a fix that the guys at Simon Green completed for £147. Gobsmacked to be honest, relieved to have found a genuinely decent local repair garage.

Had a problem with my Mazda 2 on the way back from work on the Thursday evening, gave these guys a call first thing in the morning on the Friday, dropped the car off and it was sorted within 3 hours. I can honestly say it's been the most hassle free experience I've ever had when it comes to car problems, couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Used this garage for the first time recently and was really impressed. Fitted us in after a breakdown (broken clutch) on a Friday afternoon and got the car turned round in a couple of days. Reasonably priced and even cleaned the car as part of the emergency fix. Top service.

I booked a valet at the last minute. My car had been subjected to a muddy wet cocker spaniel for the the last 18 months - it was disgusting. I cannot believe I picked up the same car it was amazing, a joy to drive. Harry will just have to run along behind
