Arrived at 8:40pm with my partner after reading the venue closed at 9:30pm online. Was sat with no warning of closing early etc. Ordered by 8:45pm and received our meals very quickly(great ). After only a few moments enjoying our meals together we were informed that the venue was closing "early" and had a bill shoved in between us. This was now 8:55pm. We would not have chosen to eat here if we had to leave by 9pm. Immediately all the kitchen staff etc started dragging tables and chairs around and stacking (slamming) them right next to us. I have worked in the food and Bev industry for a very long time and I understand wanting to leave early on a Sunday, but not giving prior warning to guests as they seat and then telling them to leave literally 5 minute's after receiving their meals is ridiculous. Obviously we still had full plates. Luckily I managed to grab someone's attention as they frantically packed the venue up, and asked if we could have some take away containers. Next time you give someone no time to eat at least bring some containers, if you couldn't find space on the table for the bill to be placed nicely you probably noticed the full plates. Could be good if you went during hours that better suit the staff working at the time. Don't rely on consistent service/quality after 8:30pm on a Sunday. If you close "early" every Sunday then change your online details and don't sit anyone without warning at 8:45.

Totally disappointing. We ordered Hue spicy noodle soup, pointed out on the menu for the waiter and he repeated it correctly. He then brought out a bowl and said “Here is Pho”. Literally seeing Pho in front of us but worrying that we might have misheard it, we double checked with the kitchen. They admitted that we have wrongly made our orders. Anyway, 5 mins later, we got our Hue spicy noodle soup ready- and it is literally the noodles and beef from the previous bowl with a different soup covering it. Ok, there might be miscommunication between the waiter and kitchen, but come on, you don’t fix your mistake by pouring a different soup on the same bowl of noodles and meat, and pretended like nothing happened. Was really hungry and in hurry for our flights, we ate but left almost the full bowl at the end, paid for all and gave our feedback directly to the shop. Unacceptably, there was no apology from staff and only the ignorance from the owner. What a shame!

Came here as a group of four and we were all very happy. Our waitress was super friendly and bubbly. There are almost 100 items on the menu and she impressed us by pointing out how she has memorised every item, its number and its price! I personally went with the DIY rice paper rolls and they were a lot of fun as well as delicious. I was able to customise 5-6 separate rolls with various meats and veggies. My only suggestion would be to include two different sauce for even further customisation. The various stir fries the others had were all very nice and were also nice big serves. They had a great balance of meat, sauce, rice and a mixture of veggies. Some places just seem to give you a bowl full of rice, sauce and onions. Plus it's BYO and there's a bottle shop about 50m away. We had a great night out and regretted not coming back.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant I would rate 0 and not recommend to anyone you know, I have been a loyal customer to sings for quite sometime, but tonight the girl gave us the wrong takeaway order and didn't apologise when We had to drive back to the store. My soup was lumpy and looked like something out of a can with only half the normal amount. After calling up to question the soup and smaller than usual serving, the lady started arguing with me that I was in the wrong and that the soup is normally like that. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone disappointing service and disappointing food. I expect a lot more considering we had to drive back once and our food was horrible the second time and half of it was cold and we didn't get a refund, let alone an apology! Like the food I was left cold and disappointed!

I get the sense (from reviews) that Sing's is the 'in' joint - and yet it missed and in more than a few places. The food was pretty good - but not much more than that and not great. The staff very busy (maybe need more??) and time after time it seemed they chose to/could not see my long arm held high (I am 190 cm) looking for them to get what had been requested earlier. Patrons packed in on long tables made it very hard to communicate with waiters. The food came fast and was enjoyable. Joints like this face a decision. Do more (bigger floorspace) with less (tables) or stay as neither this nor that. There is the chance of something really good here - but not yet.

Love love this long term Establishment. Staff are friendly and helpful - most ESPECIALLY Angela - whose DELIGHTFUL smile is both contagious, and always welcoming . My go-to FAVOURITE is #81 Red Curry Duck . Affordable ✅ Generous Serving ✅ DELICIOUS . BYO option is great ... ENJOY a Couple relaxed glasses BUBBLES (BWS next door) ...wobble few mins walk home ... Sing's Kitchen serves amazing quality food at good prices, and has an extensive menu. (Seriously, i swear they have 100+ different dishes) The only reason I am rating it 4 stars and not 5 is because of appearance and outward aesthetic. There aren't nice tables and chairs, and nothing looks super comfortable or nice. That's really the only thing that could be improved on as an eat-in experience. If you're just grabbing a takeaway though, Sing's would have to be 5 stars for sure. --------- Edit: After having Sings a few more times im changing to 5 stars because the food is that good.

Vegan and Gluten Free Options This is a really cool, down to earth eatery. There is lots on the menu to choose from and the waitress was very helpful with my vegan and gluten free needs. I ordered the laksa with tofu and unlike many other places, there was a really good amount of tofu and vegetables in the soup. It also had a good amount of spice. My partner ordered the Pad Thai (vegan option) which was nice, not really sweet like some places and had a good amount of tofu and vegetables in it as well. We will definitely be back. I'm keen to try more things on their menu!

2.5 stars. ate here a number of yrs ago and it pretty average overall. not nice. sloppy and swillish some of it!! one or 2 just reasonable dishes, we wanted to take home. staff and owner said they cant do it themselves, against the law or some dribble and brought all the containers out to our table and made us do it ourselves, scoop leftovers into the containers in front of everyone. ridiculously unprofessional. dont know if new owners or if they still do this. was enough to put us off for life. plus food wasn't really even worth taking home. not sure why we asked

  • Brent R

Lived in Brisbane 20 years.. much of that time in Paddington - and for many many years Sings was amazing. Always fresh, vibrant vegetables and good quality produce. Last 2 times, vegetables were clearly b-grade! Very little apart zucchinis or carrots, and vegetables clearly were not fresh. Not sure if new owner or mangement has changed, but what was once great now sits in the ashes of what was once of a clean, good eatery. Time to find a new restaurant and takeaway Been back since, and it was ok - so upgraded rating. Good work! :)

  • jon percival

Was in a group of nine last night. Entrees were good and delivered in quick time. Only downhill from there. Mains came in dribs and drabs and two courses came about 1 hour after ordering and twice asking staff to deliver. One was crab salad which was tasteless, and the other papaya salad. When it FINALLY did come there was no PAPAYA in it, not even papaw! TOFU had been substituted. When queried, the desk staff went off to the kitchen to 'investigate' and NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Totally poor performance. Won't go here ever again.

  • leilane Florindo

It used to be an amazing place, perfect combo I would say: good food, quick and excellent price. Customer service was never their “ forte” but all the rest would compensate. The past few months something changed completely, since the lovely older lady that used to be at the till left everything else started to go so wrong. Price still the same, but the food dropped in quality, service is even worse and it is always confusing to place orders over the phone. I hope they use our feedback to get back to what they used to be like.

  • Jacqui Wilkins

Placed an order through Uber Eats to pick up. Got a notification that it was ready to be picked up so we walked down to get it. The guy behind the counter told us that it was just being prepared. We waited another 10 minutes. Again they said they were just bagging it. 30 minutes later we are still being told the same thing. Finally got our order home and it’s missing a dish. Food was nice but given the service I would never go back. There’s better places to eat in the area that have better food and service quality.

  • Paul Raynis

I grew up in New Jersey (U.S.) and frequented ChinaTown in NYC... Sing's brings all the beautiful chaos and affordable deliciousness of a big-city restaurant, but in the "calmingly buzzing" surrounds of Rosalie.... great prices (and BIG servings -- don't over-order!), very simple decor... there's a reason for the steady line of take-away customers and lots of eat-ins even on a Wednesday night. Even the odd little order window at the back of the restaurant is a perfect fit. It's all about the food, and the value.

Nice food with good flavours for the price. Portions were on the bigger side. It was great that the rice was complimentary to the dish. Service was prompt with food coming to the table very quickly. We will be back to try more dishes soon and would recommend for an easy, convenient, relatively cheap dinner.

This place is one of my favourite Asian food restaurants in Brisbane because of its fun and authentic vibe. It’s almost always busy and in an ideal location in Brisbane. Parking can be difficult to find when it’s busy. The is good quality Asian food. IMO the dishes have gotten sweeter in recent years and could mean that the restaurant is putting more sugar in their food. The Panang used to be best in Brisbane but now is a little too sweet.

  • Donna Reidlinger

Went to a movie and was looking for somewhere to debrief afterwards. It was nine o’clock and we asked if the kitchen was closing and were assured they didn’t close until 10. Food was ok, a bit pedestrian but we didn’t have high expectations anyway, so far so good. Then they started stacking chairs and tables, and then at 9:45 they asked everyone to leave (3 tables), don’t finish your drinks, just go. Ok we are gone.

  • Sean Igoe

Very rude. My self and my partner were refused service at 915pm. Being told they shut at 930pm. Even though Google states they shut at 10pm. I also heard the Uber orders going off. I find it ridiculously unprofessional how we were spoken to and how we were dealt with. How they couldn't offer us food, even takeaway is nosense. Especially as they had three other couples earring and one waiting for food. Never again .

  • Melanie Carberry

Disappointed with my takeaway for dinner tonight. Thai Fish cakes were tough and chewy, salt and spiced calamari was chewy and had minimal salt or spice. But the chicken chow mein had absolutely no flavor! I had 3 or 4 mouthfuls and that was enough. I had lunch there a fortnight ago and the calamari was good, coconut prawns were also good. I have a 3 strike policy so will give it one more shot.

  • Deen A

Disappointed...my takeaway fish in lemongrass and coconut was frozen fish thrown into the dish so it was watered down and had no flavour except for a watery fishy flavour YUK!. I threw it out. Satay chicken was overcooked and stringy the sauce was nice but no better than what you could make at home. Peppercorn duck was nice once you found some duck...come on! it was a $20 dish..disappointing

  • Mitch B

Ordered garlic & green peppercorn soft shell crab & red curry with duck + 2x coconut rice. The crab was delicious, we rate that. The duck curry was too sweet (too much sugar) & the flavours were unexceptional (plus it was just pre-sliced smoked duck ☹️). The coconut rice was tasty but measly servings. Overall, we felt disappointed & ripped off. We do not recommend this restaurant.

  • Woody Hill

Super fast service and consistently delicious food. The menu has a lot of options with great starters and great light or meaty meals. The portions are always generous and good value. It is a small 0lace that can be packed sometimes do as long as you don't mind sitting close to others it is fine to dine in. Otherwise it makes for a good value and really fast takeaway place.

  • Harry Sinanian

Super busy last night and they managed service really well. Booked in advance and table was reserved. Always good, servings well sized, super tasty Duck Salad and Young Chow Fried rice hard to beat. Always a good eat out for all-round Asian cuisine. Highly recommend it, take away available and best book in advance for dining in. Great service, fast and friendly.

  • Dan-E Lawless

Hit and miss. Had the most delicious Massaman I've ever had, but the potato's were so undercooked they were almost raw. Special fried rice is amazing and use fresh and cleaned tiger prawns, not those awful frozen prawns. The ginger fish is also amazing. I can forgive the raw potatoes because everything else I've gotten from here has been very good.

  • Garry Mcallen

A terrific Asian restaurant. Every time I have been here I've had different dishes and they never fail to surprise and impress. This has become my favourite Asian food place. My friend is Asian and she is fussy around Asian food but loves it here! I think that is top reccomendation!

The crispy king prawns with black bean is mouth watering. We've been many times, my other half always got this chefs recommendation. I figured I'd try it and now we both get it every time. Great value, as I can rarely finish the plate. Look for it under the chefs recommendation, third option down I think. Can't wait to go back.

The main waiter was pretty abrupt and rude through the entire night. My entree was given to another table then rushed under cooked after i had already received my main with nothing said. Not the end of the world but pretty consistent with the rest of the expirience. Whilst not expensive, a bit overpriced for what you get.

I live in Sunnybank Hills and I'm ashamed for my own suburb with how god-damned good this food is. Ordered the staple food - Pad Thai - Green Curry and satay sticks. Chicken has got delicious charred flavouring and super smooth and delicious. One of the best thai's I've had, also in price. Be proud my dudes.

Love coming here. My go to Asian dinner with family, friends or alone. It can get busy most nights of the week tho, so be prepared to wait or go early. They open at 5 which is great for when you have young children that need to eat early. Feed them a mini bowl of wonton soup. Healthy and delicious.

So much to choose from most of the dishes are great and reasonably priced. It's casual, BYO, very busy during peak times; you will need to book if more than two people. They have an outside footpath section so you can book a table there if you've got a dog like us and you want to take with you.

Dinner with a lot of family here the other night. About 20 of us. Lots of food per serve, and amazing quality. Had to ask for more water a couple of times, and one mix up with the ordering - but not unreasonable given the size of our group. Will go again if I'm in the area.

This is my most frequented restaurant of all time. Insane value for money with the portion sizes they dish out. Best dishes are the pad thai and green curry. Go early to get a seat if you've got a group - it gets busy and parking can be tricky in Rosalie. Also, BYO wine!

  • Dan Grant

Always good. I maybe had 2 beef Massaman that wasn’t the best ever but it is usually a go to. The Pad Thai is consistently good, and so is the sweet and sour chicken (good proper chicken). The curry puffs will change your life.

Amazing quality food. One of the best Vietnamese vermicelli salad bowls I’ve had and the taro spring rolls are to die for!! The only downside is that the staff always seem really quite grumpy and unfeeling. Cheer up people, you’ve got amazing food to serve!

Can't order prawn crackers via uber eats app. When we call and request that prawn crackers are added to our uber eats order we're told they've been added and then we don't receive them. Disappointed multiple times now. Please update your uber eats menu.

  • Richard Sargent

Sings offers a great variety of Asian dishes at good prices and the food is always really good. Nothing fancy, just good food at a good price. As result it can get busy, especially on a Friday night, so it's worth booking a table if you're eating in.

  • Kristy Robinson

sing’s is always popular. they have a big menu with lots of vegetarian options. I got the vegetarian laksa which was yum and a good size. the prices are reasonable too. parking around this area isn’t always easy so leave some extra time just in case.

  • Kim McKillop

Will never go here again! The food quality and service have dropped incredibly. They are too busy filling Uber Eats orders to get orders correct let alone provide a tasty meal. I would give no stars if the app allowed it. Very, very disappointed.

I have been to this restaurant several times. Yesterday I ordered his chef recommended dish "Tamarind soft shell crab". This dishes was really salty and terrible. I think I will not go back again. The worst dish I have had this year.

  • Bob Bob

Get crowded all the time. The food so taste and valuable- huge of the meal most in the town. Parking is a bit hard but anyway how do they know which restaurant I wanna go? what do you want more from them. For sure we will be back.

  • Catherine Schuetze

Came here because of the extensive vegetarian menu advertised. On questioning them, most of the vegetarian menu has fish sauce in it, so it isn't vegetarian after all. Friendly staff buy only 3 stars for false advertising.

  • Nick Connolly

Sing's is one of the best dining spots for West Brisbane locals. The menu has something for everyone and the service/food delivery time is always good. I would recommend the Black Peppercorn Soft Shell Crab. BYO as well.

  • Melanie Sharpe

Favourite place for takeout. When they close over the Christmas break, we all have to learn how to cook. Fresh veggies and meat in all their authentic dishes. Awesome sized serves, great prices, excellent speedy service

  • Grace Reeves

Cannot rave enough about this place. Amazing food consistently, no matter what you order. Follow order instructions to a T. We don’t go anywhere else anymore because these guys are so good. Would give 10 stars if able.
