All I have to say is that from this point on, I will be using Sixt rental car as my primary choice for car rental. Elliana in Medellin was amazing . I went through a few inconveniences and her ability on problem-solving was impressive. I forgot the manager’s name but he was also very kind and helpful helping me pick the right vehicle. Then I go to Bogotá referred by Elena and introduce me to Carlos. He was nothing but effective , very kind and delivered fast service. he had all the qualities of luxury service. I rented a car for a total of one month between both cities, and I thank these people for their premium service that I received.

The current office does not yet appear correctly on Google Maps, however, once I found it all else was easy. I reserved the car in person for the upcoming Sunday, whatsapp'd w the counterperson to confirm my pickup time Sunday, confirmed again Sunday am and all was good. She made sure the plate number allowed us to return the car on Monday (medellin has driving restrictions in place). The return was easy as well. Great value for the car and ease of pick up and drop off.

not luxury! very bad, because they dont have any nice cars, none! they offer a nisan versa which is bad car and they charge more for that nissan than other rental agencies. the staff was not helpful. this is the only bad sixt experiance I had. I have used sixt in germany, usa, miami, paris, milano, always good. but this is not a sixt! they only offer cheap cars.. for the price of luxury. do not recommend! sixt coorporate need to investigate to see what is going on here!

I’ve rented a car from Bogota with drop off in Medellin. The service at both pick up and drop off was very friendly and caring. Much to my surprise the same person was there at drop off and pick up, John Rendon. He asked we great interest to our journey (including how the kids liked Colombia). Overall really happy with the service and the car!

CUIDADO! NO HAY PERSONAL QUE TE ENTREGUE NI RECIBA EL CARRO PERSONALMENTE, DESPUES NOS COBRARON 950 EUROS POR UN RAYON QUE YA TENÍA, INCLUSO LE TOMAMOS FOTO AL SACARLO DEL PARQUEADERO Y DICEN QUE NO ES VALIDA, SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!!
