My desire to ease the tasks for my wife and family at the day the Lord calls me home included pre-planning and funding final arrangements. I chose cremation over traditional funeral because my family is far-flung around the USA and I do not need a physical resting place. I was pleased to meet with several companies' reps to learn about this type of planning. I chose Smart Creation and their agent Rebecca Ackerman to finalize my arrangements. She was courteous, very clear on program particulars, and patiently allowed me to consider with my wife. After about three months I decided to enact the plan with her, and it is now in effect after just one and a half days to tailor my contract to all my preferences. I am at peace with this plan and the support Rebecca and Smart Cremation Will provide at my life's conclusion.

where do i start----i have been researching --cremation precedures etc. for close to 10 years---------trying to find the best fit for me, and i found it with ---smart cremation---plus the price was so right ----i was a little bit hesitant going to this seminar- meeting etc. since i have been to others until i met jennifer markham----she anawered all my questions(and believe me i asked a lot of questions), the one thing that sold me, she was not pushy----was sincere and cared---there were four of us at this session---i took a couple of days thinking everything over, discuss ed with family, checked with better business bureau with a a+ rating, checked reviews etc. jennifer was very professional. i now have a peace of mind and eliminates emotional decision making for my family-----thank you jennifer jackie f

I feel that my time was well spent at the meeting tonight. It was informative and I learned a lot about dos and don’ts of cremation. It was well presented. I feel I made the right decision in going with the plan as now that’s off my mind and my children won’t have an emotional decision to make. The only thing I did not get was the total amount charged to my credit card. I feel that the base price was fair. I hope that if I or my children have any questions that the phone number listed on the price list page will get me to someone who will kindly answer any of our questions. Rachel was patient, understanding, gentle, and kind to help us through technology issues. She was also considerate of our feelings. Contact number was appreciated. Justine left a clear, caring message to let us know to expect a call from Julie regarding delivery. I did not need to call back, but it was comforting that a contact number was available. Julie was very accommodating and punctual regarding delivery time. She was very respectful and empathetic. We exchanged memories regarding the loss if our mothers.

We went to the presentation this afternoon. Jennifer Markham, the area sales advisor was friendly, informative and helpful. We walked away with a feeling of relief that we were able to have these services lined up when that day finally comes. The mtg. was at Jimmy K's restaurant in their back room. We were joined by other interested parties as well. It was casual and actually a fun experience, considering what we were going there for.. We got educated, yet we had laughs too. It was well worth the time going.

Amanda was wonderful to deal with , especially during such a difficult time. She was kind and compassionate but also professional.Dealing out of country could have made dealing with end of life arrangements even more of a challenge but smart cremations made the whole process easy as they took care of all the details once we gave notice of my dads passing . Mark was great. Very concise and informative. Smart Cremation has a strong straightforward plan at a very good price. No extra charges, everything is included and the price is still better than the base price of the rest. Everything is done by your wishes for your family after the call to Smart Cremation. You can be anywhere in the world traveling and your decisions will apply. I am so thankful I went to their seminar.

Thorough presentation of history and advanced preparation for death. I suggest 3 things: Fiduciary responsibility of whoever holds funds until needed. For those who want the plan, go over the documents that will be signed to effectuate the the plan. I felt a real "bums rush" with the Docusign on Markum's tablet. HUGE MISTAKE ---Pick a location that is "handicap friendly". This place was not.

My husband and I had the opportunity to attend a seminar on Smart Cremation. Our host “Mark” made the subject of cremation, interesting, informative and necessary. Jennifer is the best, even if I wasn't going to get cremated, I probably would, just because she was so outgoing and made me feel very comfortable talking about my concerns, and It was easy to open up to her. A great company with a great service that is staffed with pleasant people who can answer any questions you might have. Rebecca Ackerman handled my purchase with intelligence and a gentle, polite approach to this delicate subject. I have used SMART CREMATIONS before and they are a solid, trustworthy organization staffed with caring people and at a great price. Highly recommend.

Everything went pretty much as expected. They wanted me to read/sign documents on my phone but you can’t see the full screen so the documents seemed inaccurate. I then received them in the mail (9pgs); one page allows them to mail the remains and says nothing about the other option- free delivery- so be careful and don’t sign it if you want the remains delivered to you.

Everything was pretty good. Until my husband’s ashes were brought to me. The person delivering the ashes was very unprofessional. She reeked of cigarette smoke, could have passed for a homeless person on the street the way she was dressed. She did give me the option of leaving the room while she filled the urn. I will give her credit for that. She showed no compassion.

Rebecca Ackerman was extremely helpful and explained everything about the benefits of the purchase of the package. She was very available and patient with the on-line paperwork for us to sign and detailed every part of the purchase agreement. Rebecca was so personal and I felt complete trust with her in adding this important element to out estate plan.

Mark was very informative. He answered all questions clearly and was up front in the pricing of his service offering. Unfortunately I will not be around to give smart cremations a comprehensive review of their service offerings. However at this posting I can say that people are dying to use this company.

Everything was handled with professionalism and empathy. They certainly made this heartbreaking process easier. This was the second time we used their service, the first time 2 yrs ago for my father and this time for my mother. They were wonderful and even drove 45 min to deliver my mothers ashes to me.

Very helpful thru the stressful process. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with, when we bought the policy we were told you would pick up and deliver Urns to any location. But when this death happened, we were told we didn’t live in the Area for this service. Disappointed in that.
