I personally wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone. I had Invisalign then and my result are okay but it’s the service I have an issue with. They had my name written down incorrectly all throughout. The dentist recommended me to get Invisalign both in my upper and lower arch when I know my upper arch is absolutely fine. I feel the dentist looks down on me all throughout my treatments, especially when you question anything. I had way to many appointments as he kept making mistakes I.e not taking the initial impressions correctly and me having to re-attend twice due to that. He also promised me teeth whitening for my upper and lower arch but on my final consultation said we only whiten the teeth that we fix. I had way too many appointments that never lasted more than 4 minutes. I was advised I would need Invisalign for 6 months but nearly a year later and I have only just started my retainers suggesting the dentist isn’t exactly aware of the procedure. You’ll also be told that you receive free teeth whitening but it is at home whitening kit that you have to do yourself and I quote according to the dentist “will stain your teeth”. All in all, if you are looking to get Invisalign i would suggest going elsewhere. I don’t usually leave reviews but I actually found the service laughable so I had to. Lastly, the dentist is money -hungry that will keep trying to charge you more for things, so many hidden costs, be aware and go elsewhere!

From the beginning i was given the information and was immensely interested and decided to take the plunge and i have not regretted it. However, towards the end i didn't get the full end result that was stated otherwise, i was told i'd have to get some teeth removed for a full straight result (this wasnt said to me at the beginning or during the 9-10 month process, instead it was shared with me at the end when i couldnt reallt do anything much) so i was slightly dissapointed and left. I however am happy at the result i have achieved even if it isnt to the perfected standard that was portrayed as my teeth were awful and in dire need of TLC haha. The aligners are not noticable to others, people were surprised i even had any in at all. It was quick and easy and at times there was discomfort when swapping aligners but that was due to the shifting of my teeth so i knew it was working, the pain did ease in a few days. Following the completion of my invisalign process i was given 2 weeks worth of teeth whitening products, which i'm saving for a special occassion. All in all, smile stylist and invisalign left me satisfied, i only wish i was informed during the process that my teeth wouldnt be completely straight (without removing teeth etc).

Was conscious about how thin my teeth were, dentist recommended teeth whitening but i was concerned about my teeth becoming transluscent through them becoming even thinner when whitened. Had my whitening done but the results were temporary for a couple of weeks ( didn't drink tea, coffee, curry etc..) and have now gone translucent and awfully sensitive. Was such a waste of £400 as i don't feel the treatment has made my teeth look any better. Also there was never anyone on the reception every time i arrived at smile stylist, literally had to wait for about 20 minutes for someone to come. The photo I have added is my teeth after a month of having my £400 whitening treatment, my teeth are still discoloured and have gone even thinner than before as you can see by the translucent parts of my teeth.

I would definately recommend this dentist. I am currently in the middle of my 6 month smile with fixed white braces on my top teeth. I originally went hoping to have veneers and was disapointed when the dentist told me they wouldn't work for me, he was honest about how they would affect my teeth later on and gave me all my other options instead. I hated the thought of having a brace but after the first couple of weeks they felt ok and even when i have them tightened they don't bother me at all now. The staff are all friendly and helpful, my appts are short and sweet, and i always go in on time if not early. People didnt even notice i had them but granted i tend to hide my mouth which i've always done anyway, hopefully not for too muh longer!

I feel very let down and disappointed by the service I have recently received. I went in for teeth whitening and a brace but ended up only having the whitening treatment done. I had 4 wasted appointments, the information provided was very limited and unclear, the bill escalated by 25% and conversations were denied. All of which are most unprofessional in my opinion. When I asked for the initial quote to be honoured, the dentist recommending that I go elsewhere for my brace. To date, I still have not received an apology. All in all, I feel very disappointed because Smile came recommended to me. Another slightly irritating point - he doesn't run to schedule and I was kept waiting for most appointments.

Improving your smile is an important investment and choosing an appropriate dental practitioner to carry out the treatment for you is equally as important. I conducted a lot of research into various dental practises in the West Midlands region, and none struck me more than Smile Stylist. The staff are really helpful and polite and want what is best for you. The quality of care and efficacy of treatment given to patients is outstanding; albeit the cost of treatment being much cheaper than their counterparts. I sincerely recommend this branch and their chain of practises to everyone who is seeking dental treatment.

Love smile stylist whenever I got in everyone is so friendly and can always have a good catch up and a laugh! Had we through train track braces for 3 months and absolutely transformed my smile and confidence! Now I have the Invisalign which i only have to wear to bed and can't even see it! Any problems I have I am able to pop in and get it fixed without an issue which I am so grateful for! I also have used the teeth whitening which made a dramatic difference within two nights of using it! Thanks guys miss not having to go back as much as I used too now that my teeth are perfect! X X X

Went for an orthodontics consultation to discuss options and was told that the quickest and cheapest option is invisalign costing £4000.00. I stated that I wasn't really intrested in invisalign and she told me that any other option would be more expensive and refused to even show me any other type of brace! I know this is a total lie as invisalign is without a doubt the most expensive option. It looks like this dentist is only intrested in a hard sale rather than the best outcome for their clients. Will not be returning

Do not go to this place at all! I never had any issues with my teeth or gums but wanted them cleaned so I visited the hygienist since that appointmeant my gums have been inflamed and constantly bleed on one tooth my gum is receeding. I rang the clinic a week later and told them the lady over the phone just said keep cleaning them it'll go. I visited another dentist who told me the hygienist hasn't cleaned your teeth proper from the back and has caused damage to your gums!

From being very insecure about my teeth to begin with i always knew i wanted invislyn the process was so easy and the staff at birmingham house of fraser are all very polite and made the process for me so easy. I referred my friend over thats how much i loved the service. The payment plan was very straightforward and would like to thank the whole team @ smile stylist for giving me perfect teeth :D will for sure be recommending you going forward. Thank You Pam Cheema

I've had an Invisalign treatment from this practice a few years ago. I must say, their service is very professional and extremely friendly. The staffs never fail to greet their customers with a smile. The practice is clean to a high standard with a contemporary design which ofcourse made my treatment very welcoming. My entire experience went very smooth and hassle free thanks to these guys. It's a definite recommendation from me.

First class experience from start to finish. I had Enlighten teeth whitening and everyone keeps commenting on how white my teeth look, especially in photos. Kate on reception was really helpful and reassuring because I was so nervous! She told me to use sensodyne and I had no pain or sensitivity at all, so assuming it's because of her top tip. Will definitely be going back; it's a little bit addictive. :)

We were staying in Birmingham for one night and taking a connect flight when our daughter had a v sore tooth. The staff managed to give us an emergency appt, she had her tooth checked and xrayed. Turned out to be nothing but at least we had a peace of mind for the next long flight ahead. The staff was v kind and professional and on top of that didn't charge us for the visit! Would recommend to anyone!

I had dental treatment (not cosmetic) last weekend, I must say I was dreading the experience. However the whole experience was perfect! I feel disappointed with invisalign, I have worn my retainers on my top teeth for 5 years without missing a day and they have moved back. The bottom teeth I wore for 3 years and they are back to there original position .
