This venue and this woman are truly what makes this place a safe and welcoming environment to all athletes. No matter what stages you are in your training journey, Snap Fitness is the perfect fit. The variety of equipment is great, but what is even greater, is that Shannon is always listening to her members' feedback on ways to improve the establishment. This is my first public gym after the pandemic and it's been the best experience I get to repeat 6x a week.

AMAZING GYM, WHERE DREAMS COME TRUE!! This gym is my battlefield since 2017. I have spent over 5000+ hours of training over the years for some of my biggest ventures such as Mt Everest summit, the Sahara desert and the Amazon rainforest ultramarathons. This gym has allowed me to push my limits and become a better person. By far this is the best facility around. From the ownership to the staff, they are the most excellent and knowledgeable. great equipment, friendly and diverse community. It has such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. I highly recommend checking this gym out. THE GAME IS ON!!

This will forever be my favourite gym. I signed up here a few years ago as a newbie in the gym and the atmosphere as well as the staff were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable excelling in my fitness journey. I left Snap to join another gym and a few months later I joined Snap once again. The owner was super pumped to have me back and I'm happy to be back home. The place is super clean and well kept and constantly being upgraded. Whether you're new to the gym or a gym rat yourself, would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

This gym is disgustingly dirty. I have no idea when the last time they had anyone clean the place. Also, I have not seen a manager for the last 2 weeks, and have never seen a trainer or nutritionist in that gym. There has been a hole in the men's changing room for month's, no one to refill toilet paper in the washrooms, the cork floor has been warped (dangerous to walk on) for months, machines broken, etc, etc. I do not recommend this gym to anyone. I had to give it 1 star so I could post but it deserves 0 stars.

The music at this gym is obnoxiously loud to the point where you start getting a headache. It’s so loud that you almost can’t hear your own music and have to turn up the volume on your headset which certainly isn’t good for your own hearing. I might be switching to fit 4 less or Goodlife refinery. I heard from some friends that Goodlife does not blast their music like this gym. If the music volume does not come down this gym can expect me to cancel my membership with them. Thanks to this gym I now have tinnitus!

For better or worse, they've crammed as much equipment and weights as humanly possible for a reasonably small gym. Plenty of equipment, but very little open "studio" space for yoga, martial arts, and other weightless exercises. Staff are friendly and do a good job maintaining the equipment and facility. Unfortunately, there are no lockers and you can get a lot more from other gyms for less than $50/month. As such, it's a solid gym, but only worth the high price if this location is convenient for you.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff have always been helpful at answering any questions I had about the equipment, reaching my goals and have been very welcoming. The gym is amazing! I love the set up, the space and equipment options and the interaction from the staff with members and the community. It’s always clean and easy to access. I've been working out at this gym for years now and I love it! Shannon and the team have done a wonderful job at creating an inviting atmosphere for all people to come and achieve their fitness goals. I have to especially point out the vigilance and dedication they have in making sure they are abiding with social distancing and sanitization of the gym. I feel incredibly safe to get my work out in. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable.

The best Snap Fitness in Winnipeg! I love the changes Shannon has made to this location. I was a member here on-and-off over the last 12 years. I used to go to this exact location when it was a women’s only gym called “Fitness Edge”. Once it was bought out by the original Snap owner, the place quickly went down hill. I returned about a year ago and was amazed to see how great it is now! Well organized, clean, great equipment.

I have been to many gyms around the city over the years and this one is by far my favorite, which is why I've been coming here for the last 4 yrs. Staff are friendly, know their stuff, and keep the place very clean. Lots of equipment and space so it is never too crowded. Shannon's done a great job with expanding the gym, training her staff, and creating a positive gym culture/environment. Top notch team and facility.

This gym is an excellent reason to get off the couch & out the house. The staff are fun and always have new challenges & ideas to throw at you to keep it fun for even an old goat like me. More comfortable relaxed atmosphere than those large industrial sized gyms & I can focus more on me than distractions. Very tidy & organized. Congratulations to management & staff. It’s my happy place.

New ownership has shown significant interest in improving the gym and takes feedback from patrons on new ideas and equipment. New equipment has been added and renovations have been performed. New staff is very friendly. For those of you who have left, this is a significant improvement over the last ownership group.

Great gym! Last year I invested in a personal trainer here and he not only showed me how to perform exercises but he also showed me how to plan my own workouts etc. which I do to this day. Staff are very friendly here and the place is always clean which is a bonus. Highly recommend!

I enjoy the convenience of the gym being accessing 24 hours a day. I have been a member since this franchise opened.I am hopeful that with the new added maintenance fee they will begin to address some of the mounting fixed that are beginning to be more than simply cosmetic.

Stopped in today and wow what changes the new owners have made from fresh carpeting and paint to switching out equipment with plans for new addtions in the near future Staff have so much life what a joy and great experience can't wait to start working out here again

This gym needs allot of work. Smells like a dirty bathroom all over. Equipment is falling apart. They raised prices last year with the promise of new equipment but nothing has changed, its actually gotten worse. Needs a visit from the health inspector.

I have never met such friendly staff ever, let alone at a gym. No matter who is working the desk, I am always greeted as I walk in or as I leave. They are all extremly helpful and knowledgable and have helped me stay motivated to continue showing up.

It's an okay place but wouldn't go back, they wouldn't let me pay every 15th of the month instead they charged me $50 in late fees when I could pay it. Unacceptable.
