I made a booking for my daughter to be vacationed the booking has been made over a week ago, even had a phone call from the clinic and gave all my daughter’s info off our Medicare card, 15 minutes before her appointment got a call to say your daughter is an only child and we are no opening a vial for her as she is an odd number. What a joke I have changed my plans for the hole day for this and they had all week to work on numbers . What’s the bet they have already put it through to Medicare… Discussing

Cannot speak more highly of both the reception and Drs at this surgery. Both are highly accommodating and will always do their best to fit you in, especially if it’s an emergency. They also charge very low rates in comparison to other drs for consultations. Would never go anywhere else. They run a kind and caring surgery, not a money making enterprise like many large medical centres. 5 stars ⭐️

Please never EVER put yourself at risk and go here. The staff are rude, the office is dirty. The doctors have no clue what they are doing and zero respect for their patients. They do not follow the health and safety regulations and practice in an unsafe way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I’ve been going to Snug medical for a few years now and I’ve honestly never been more heard and taken care of. I usually see either Dr. Robinson or Dr. Hamilton. Both of these doctors are absolutely amazing and so kind. I could not recommend this place more.

Nice receptionist lady's and doctor Robert Hamilton is a good nice doctor who understands what your going thru and will help you unlike other doctors

Personally, I would not go to Dr. Robinson because more often than not he has to consult Dr. google during the appointment.

Dr Robinson is fantastic. One of the best around in this day and age, very understanding and patient and a good listener.
