Have used this laundromat for years. Last week I left about $200 worth of clothes in the dryer and returned to find the centre top dryer had pulled the clothing into the casing, rubbing against the INSIDE of the machine parts. This resulted in the entire load being grease covered and TORN!!! Besides the number on the machine which routes to the business that leases out the equipment, there is no direct business line. The machine owners do not give out business details and repeated efforts to get in contact with the business have failed. The number associated with the business on Google has been disconnected. I have no other option but to lodge a complaint with the ACCC, all things considered. In the meantime I urge anyone with laundry needs to visit the venue located on Brunswick St in the Valley, less than 5 minutes away. That venue also has a change machine and a few places within walking distance to check out in case you get bored. After spending so much money here over the years I'm incredibly disappointed. Adam.

I used this laundromat a year ago because it is convenient. A machine gobbled up my money and would not work at that time too. Today, I was charged $12.30 to wash my doona cover but again the machine did not work. Another machine did which charged me $18.30. When I rang the phone number on the first machine to report that it was not working and ask how to get my money back, I was told “they” can’t help me and that I would have to contact the owner. “They” would not tell me who the owner is. There is definitely no obvious sign on the premises indicating who the owner is. This does not seem right. Another user told me that a politician in the area is the owner of the laundromat. I don’t know if this is true, but if so it seems very poor form to say the least. The place is filthy too. Don’t think it has been cleaned since last time - more than a year ago! I will not use this place again! I have left a sign on the unusable machine hopefully to save others from wasting money!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. A machine just stole $16 and won’t start. there is literally no number to call, a woman that comes here by a long time say that apparently the owner lives in Brasil, don’t know if true but still a scam. washing machine often broken or stealing money and the place is filthy.

Found half the washing machines out of order on our visit today. Our queen duvet came out dirtier than how we put in. It was ruined from the grease in the rubber casing and two more wash cycles couldn’t remedy it. Couldn’t find a business contact number anywhere. Would not recommend!

Nothing wrong with the machines and pricing here but I can't understand why there isn't a coin dispensing machine. You either have to ask next door (who aren't too happy about been asked all the time) or trudge 500m down the road to Coles (where they'll happily change it).

Not contactable to report faulty dryer and no way to cancel transaction after pressing start. Dryer was making a horrible noise and clothes were getting caught. Will need to go to another laundromat. Don't want to risk paying for nothing agsin

Machines are CONSISTENTLY BROKEN. WASH WATER NOT DRAINING regularly. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT BUSINESS for emergencies should a live issue. There is no phone number, no website, probably because they are inundated with complaints.

Open 24hrs a day 7 days a week which is soo convenient for those who have poor time management like myself. Limited parking and they do not have a change machine and EFT payments aren't available.

Had a okay wash here. The interior is always full of leaves and flyers on the ground. No coin machine. Heard horror stories about the driers here so I didn't use them.

I wish I read the reviews before putting money into the machine. Machine does not work. No one to contact. Would never use this place again. Avoid.

Perfect those who don't have their own facilities or for emergency washing and drying. And good price. Lots of parking spaces around.

Limited parking on-site, is a bit pricey as well but all in all not a bad place also has tap and pay so that is fantastic.

Busted machines eat coins and the owners strategically dont leave their number anywhere so we can get our money back
