Hi I'm giving this company three stars because I only worked in their laundry for two weeks, and spent the rest of my year working in a hospital delivering linen there. The hospital experience has earned it three stars. As a general rule I hate laundries. The one area I did like at the laundry was the washroom. Not most people's cup of tea. Sorting through dirty laundry including pooey linen....but I didn't mind and was preferable to hanging sheets. I have worked at two laundries in Brisbane and I found Sunfresh more enjoyable. The other Darra laundry I would give one star based on the environment and rude people. Sunfresh pay only the minimum wage but they also offer only permanent part time positions which is preferable to the casual merry go round. Their staff facilities need a lot of improvement. What I am thankful for is from both laundries is a job and the ability to pay bills. Not the easiest job, employers, or environment. But it's a job. If you enjoy process work and don't mind tedium then you may enjoy this. Myself? Not for the long term.

I have worked with this company for over 8 years, they have no respect for the employees, the management system bullying the workers there and they created a lot of fear and rules that you just can see in communist countries, they have no dignity at all. They used my sensitive personal information to cover their dirt in front of Work Cover, I had a meeting with the director of the company and the HR, and they did not show any regret over the case and I did not receive a simple apology, that's why I decided to take this as far as it needs to get my right.

I am giving Sunfresh Linen 5 stars as they have been amazing to deal with. My experience with HR has been nothing but professional and so understanding. This department is so incredibly valuable and they should be recognised for their amazing efforts. Keep up the excellent work guys!
