- Staff are nice and helpful on the phone, but I've never been inside the building, so I can't comment on in-person attitudes. - Appeals claims take excessively long, a lot can happen during the waiting period. - Inaccurate and irrelevant info in claims decision. - They wrongfully reject claim. - The system is terrible. - Their methods of deterring people have worked ─ on the wrong people. - I recommend people exaggerate on their claim by 20% to be on the level of scam artists. That's what I would probably do if I ever applied for my claim again. - What they don't want is what they're creating more of, and what you have to become to compete. - Honesty wont help you, so exagerrate. - I hope this helps people.

Never answer the phone. Take 2 hour lunch breaks and shut whole place down for 2 hours. Website doesn't and hasn't worked for a long long time and it's the most difficult company to get an answer from!
