I chose this florist over others as I appreciated their unique, more carefully designed arrangements. They certainly have that WOW factor I sought, even in person, and they accommodated a special request. I do wish a few things were different. The succulent we received was tiny in comparison to the photo. Also, it really wasn’t ideal that my partner received his arrangement at nearly 4pm-some folks are out of the office by then so do keep that in mind when selecting your florist. Lastly, and this is nit picky but when you spend over a Benjamin for their services, they should consider typing their messages or finding someone with nicer penmanship/handwriting. Overall, I do recommend and would return, baring in mind the above.

My partner’s favorite cat passed away and I came here to request a Sympathy Flower bouquet . I called in the morning and the bouquet was complete by afternoon. When I came to pick it up I was in complete awe of the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever saw. I was trying so hard not to cry from such beauty but needless to say I needed a tissue to dry my eyes. I added a couple candles as well, The artist showed me the perfect ones to compliment the flowers. You can see the passion and love they put into the shop and the work . Fantastic artistry !!! It’s been over a month and the arrangement is still alive ! I will only come here for future arrangements . Thank you Sol Ambiance

Truly an outstanding florist, that I can't help myself from popping in of on walking by!! Especially if I need a biopsy in my day. Simply looking at the things inside cheer me up, regardless of whether I get something: Fresh cut flowers of every variety, green plants, succulent gardens, and contemporary potted orchids. I really don't need to spend much to get myself something special. Whether I just buy three simple red Gerber daisies, or ask help to cobble together a white boquet for my bedroom, it ALWAYS adds value to my home and my heart... and an extra helping of happiness for the great service!. I often remark that they make magic. And they do! I'm a fan.

The website is clear and helpful. I called ahead with a special request regarding delivery and the person with whom I spoke (the owner?) was helpful and reassuring. The delivery person followed my request. I received an email the day of the delivery, with a photo of the actual bouquet arrangement. The recipient of the flowers (for her birthday) raved about how beautiful the bouquet was. (Note that I chose this florist because my daughter had sent me an arrangement from them over a week before, and it too was beautiful, and lasted a long time.)

This is the 2nd time we went to this neighborhood florist because I liked the quality of the bouquet we got on the first time. However, my husband called in advance to order a bouquet in their design, but specifying we would like long stems roses and stargazer Lilies because we have a 14" tall vase (and my husband told them that). However, the roses are not long stems, and the lilies are not stargazers. The bouquet looks hideous in our huge vase. VERY disappointed. I don't think I will order the bouquet from them again.

I can confidently say that I've discovered the hidden gem of flower shops in San Francisco! I found myself in a last-minute bind for a corporate event and decided to give SolAmbiance a call. To my absolute delight, they not only came through but exceeded all expectations. The flower arrangements they provided were nothing short of stunning, leaving everyone in awe. I owe a huge thanks to Oksana and the entire Sol Ambiance team for making our event truly unforgettable with their incredible floral artistry!

I think Sol Ambiance did a great job. Oxana was very responsive to my particular wishes about color, etc. I had to change the delivery date from my original request, and there was no problem with that. The fact that they deliver free in the immediate Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco is a bonus because my daughter, the recipient, lives nearby. My daughter’s comment about the bouquet, in her favorite colors, was “stunning!” Also, their website is very user-friendly, and Oxana answers the phone!

For my daughter’s birthday I ordered a premium bouquet of ‘Sunset Sky’. We were both delighted with the high quality of the flowers & foliage and the beautiful design & colors of the arrangement. A work of art delivered to her door was a welcome surprise, especially during this time of ‘shelter at home’. Flowers arriving at the requested time was greatly appreciated. Thank you Sol Ambiance! Placing and order for flowers in another city hoping that what you see online can convey the love you have for your loved one was nerve racking. I have to say Sol Ambiance far exceeded our expectations. The arrangement was STUNNING and everything we hoped for! Getting a picture of the arrangement delivered was the cherry on top. I live close to Sol Ambiance and they are a stunning florist!! For Valentine's this year I got local delivery of a bouquet from them for my bff and she loved it, saying it was the biggest bouquet she'd ever gotten (even though I only ordered the "standard" size!). I love supporting Sol Ambiance and everything they touch is perfect.

I've been visiting this shop for a few years now and am sad I don't live as closely as I used to. I love this shop - I enjoy making my own bouquets and they always have interesting and unique selections. Staff is always ready to help when needed, but won't hover around you while you enjoy the process of putting something together.

The flowers are pretty much the same as the online photo, and Sol Ambiance sent me a photo of the flowers once they were ready for delivery. Sol Ambiance sent me another email once flowers were delivered. Beautiful flowers and great service.
