Ordered a pair of AM1's. Got them pretty fast, nice! Unfortunately, the QC was bad. The nike logo on the back of the shoe was not aligned well, and the mudgard on the back was much lower than the other shoe. Also the shoe smelled incredibly like glue. After not even a week, Solebox put this shoe on sale for 40 euro less. I find this a pretty poor way of making sales, especially when you just bought it a week ago for full price and the sneaker has just been released. I contacted the service about this, and also about the defects of my shoe, since i do not find both very fair. They replied that they see no defects and they will not offer me a return or my money back because they say i am in another country of where they where shipped, crazy (picked up in germany, i am in the nethterlands)! I will have to fight this out via Paypal buyer's protection. Last time I will order at this nasty sneaker supermarket!

Deze review is op basis van het gaslighting gedrag van, naar het schijnt, de manager Kevin. Terwijl zijn collega mijn probleem met een paar schoenen probeerde op te lossen, begon hij mij de les te lezen en dat gaf hij aan dat mijn toon hem niet aanstond. De toon politie bestaat niet, Kevin. Dat een klant duidelijk aangeeft niet te willen worden afgescheept met een gift card heeft niets met toon te maken. Trouwens, ik was in gesprek met een collega die het overigens goed afhandelde. Solebox zal haar medewerkers klantvriendelijkheid nog eens moeten uitleggen.

Man this shop is off the scale. Very laboratoryesque. The choice of sneakers in such a small space is phenomenal, even sold out consortiums in store. The staff are very helpful and humble as well. If you're into sneakers and in amsterdam it's a must stop shop!!!! The only downside is you can only buy the bape clothing in store and not online, but that's because of bape and not the fault of solebox. Very highly recommended

Minpunten: - Een keer sneakers teruggebracht, geen geld terug maar een voucher. - De voucher kan je niet online gebruiken. - In de winkel hebben ze nooit mijn maat. Ik moest zowat elke week langs gaan om te zien of er iets in mijn maat is.... - Kleding assortiment in de winkel is niet divers (ze hangen aan elk rek gewoon tien dezelfde shirts/sweaters). Pluspunten: - Gelukkig is het personeel wel aardig. - Winkel ziet er nice uit.

Personale molto maleducato,volevo comprare un paio di scarpe e la commessa si è rifiutata di vendermele (era un regalo) poiché ho chiesto il numero 45 e mi ha risposto che poteva solo darmele del mio numero....davvero ridicola ...questo dopo essere stata più di 30 minuti in fila fuori!!Giusto per la cronaca con i soldi vi paghiamo anche il vostro stipendio...

Waardeloze service. Ongeïnteresseerde verkopers. Heb er diverse keren schoenen gekocht dus was echt wel een goede klant.. Maar dat laatst ze mijn zoontje van 12 jaar schoenen maat 44 hebben aangepraat en dat het echt de goede maat was, was de maat vol!!! Draait daar alleen maar om verkoop. Service en aandacht is zeer slecht

Wir sind durch die ganze Stadt gefahren und es war schon um 17.40 Uhr geschlossen. Der Chef war sehr arrogant. Als wir um 19.00 Uhr unsere Fahrräder geholt hatten, saßen die Mitarbeiter vor der Tür und relaxten. Das Geld der Touristen ist wohl nichts wert. Sorry, aber das war keinen Stern wert.

Artikel wurde online bestellt und nachweislich nicht zugestellt. Alle geforderten Dokumente (verbotenerweise sogar eine Kopie des Personalausweises) wurden eingereicht. Wegen der Rückzahlung werde ich Tag für Tag aufs neue vertröstet. Nie wieder würde ich dort etwas bestellen⛔️

Hele leuke hippe winkel vol met merk kleding die je bijna nergens anders kan krijgen. Met een focus op schoenen maar ook hoodies en shirts van onder andere Bape. Als je een dag in Amsterdam gaat shoppen zou ik deze winkel niet missen

Great place for your hyped clothing and sneakers. The staff were really helpful at sorting me out, the general aesthetic of the store is completely unique to your usual clothing stores which itself is something worth checking out

Sehr cooler Laden! Mega cool Eingerichtet, wie ein fancy Labor mit riesen Tafel des Periodensystems! Super Auswahl an Schuhen und Klamotten die online schwer zu finden/bekommen sind. Personal ist entspannt und sehr freundlich!

Laden ist vom Design her super, doch ich war von der Auswahl enttäuscht als ich Ende März drin war. An Klamotten zu 95% nur BAPE und bei den Sneakern war jetzt auch nichts dabei was nicht auch woanders zu bekommen wäre.

Mooie winkel, super collectie en vooral de staff is echt doorslaggevend. De mannen hebben niet alleen kennis en kunde maar een buitengewoon gevoel voor service!! Hartelijk bedankt. Echt heel erg toffe ervaring.

Die arroganten Mitarbeiter haben uns um 17:30 Uhr die Tür vor der Nase zugehauen, obwohl im Internet eine Öffnungszeit bis 18 Uhr angegeben wird. Sehr sehr schwach & unsympathisch!

Houd er rekening mee dat als je iets terugstuurt, je vanuit nl 18,50 verzendkosten betaalt. Dat is het niet waard dus shop ergens anders.

Les vendeurs sont très gentils et le magasin est très joli . On y retrouve plusieurs marques comme : Jordan , Bape , new balance ect ….
