Don't ever order anything from their online shop unless you live within walking distance from one of their physical shops in the Western Cape. They will accept your order and payment very quickly, but never delivers what you have ordered. Turns out they don't stock 80% of the products they sell on their site, they order it from another vendor and will only ship it to you once it had been delivered to them. So the delivery within 3 business days they advertise on their online shop, is totally dependent upon how soon their supplier delivers and they can send out their courier to deliver to you. And don't think they will give you the money back either. No, they will keep it despite never delivering the stuff you paid for. And when you phone them, they sincerely apologise and still don't give your money back. My advice is, don't use their online order service, ever.

I placed an order with Jaydon. He was very professional and went out of his way to accommodate me with finding me the right product. The process was effective and efficient and the service was excellent and professional. The right product was sent and it came fast through courier guy service to my work place. If any issues just phone marketing department and you will be helped. And they beated the prices. I will do an review on product too on YouTube. Thanks you will see me again ordering from you

I placed an order. Sent an email after the stipulated amount of business days to allow for deliverey and after that same amount of days I have not even received an reply to that email. I am starting to worry that this was even a legit order and website? Can anyone tell me if they ordered something online and received it or had any reply via email? Thank you.

Not a lot of parking so you must park far away from the store. No staff members ask if we need help . Walk around the store looking for something and when we found it the price on the website and what they were asking was different. Staff are not helpful and willing to help . Other than that the store is very nice wide selection of products and gadgets

The shop is okay, has a variety of items. Poor service though, my husband is having an item repaired by them, it has been months, each time we go in, the item is either with the person doing the repairs, or they have some sort of story , stating they will call us once our item has arrived. Still waiting for the call!

Bought a faulty product. They said 7-21 days to repair. Its been over 2months. Nobody calls me to let me know. Each time i call they act like they dont know who i am. Wont go back even if the offer me free stuff
