Local Spa with a horrendous design. Relaxation aspect not at all thought out well. Disappointed that the relaxation lounge is basically the thoroughfare to the Steam, Sauna & Jacquzzi. This meant that very loud doors kept opening constantly with clients & also Staff walking through with buckets of water to carry to treatment rooms. Not really acceptable. Area is quite big so a hallway could have been incorporated. Other negative point is the fact that wet area is 3 flights down a freezing stairwell. Seriously, after a Steam & Sauna it's not nice to been frozen out going to relaxation area. I had booked 3pm to 6pm but really felt uncomfortable when a very loud receptionist decided to shout out 'Spa closing in 15 mins'. She did it again 5 mins later. I understand she was proberly keen to get home but didn't appreciate her cattle hearding tactic. It would have been more professional to advise on check-in that the Spa area would be closing at 6pm and that's all grown adults need to be told. I was not the only person to be aggrieved by this. Two other ladies also mentioned in the changing room & one was told she had to be back at reception by 6pm, ridiculous! Positive points were that all areas were very clean and Steam room was a decent size, temperature & humidity. Heated benches were not even warm however. I doubt very much that I will return here especially as I have been advised that Bethnal green & Old street Spa have more to offer.

Where to start, this one is a mixed bag. The thermal Spa basically consists of a hot tub for four, a shower, a sauna and a steam room. The hot tub wasn't very hot. The sauna and steam room were good if you could get a seat. It was super busy and honestly was very male dominated. Not very relaxing as the lads were in groups of 2-4 and talking very loudly. It didn't feel very luxurious or zen. The relaxation room upstairs is actually quite nice, however like I said it was very busy and the whole time I was there, not one of the beds were changed with fresh towels or blankets. A bit grim really as all of the towels on the bed were wet and the blankets damp and used. I managed to find a clean blanket and curled up on the cocoon chair. It saya cold and hot drinks are provided but in reality there was cold water in dispensers and an urn, but no tea bags, so you had a choice of hot or cold water The treatment rooms however were fantastic. Spacious rooms, big comfy massage beds and one of the best massages I've ever had. I would go back for a treatment, but I wouldn't waste money on the spa.

The Spa Experience is fantastic. I booked it through the Better app. After that the staff gave me a robe, a towel, and a pair of flip flops. They have a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi/tub for hydrotherapy. There is even a seating area where you can lay down and relax. They have herbal tea (camomile) and some Juicy fruits available here. I had a nice granny smith apple. The place is clean. The staff are friendly and professional. There are massage services here that you'll have to book separately. The staff here are also friendly. Afterwards I went to the little eating area and had a sandwich. I really enjoyed this place. This is the perfect place to relax and relieve stress. I highly recommend. I will be returning in the near future. ^_^

After desparately trying to find a spa last minute as the one i originally booked cancelled because of the snow, i was reliefed to get a booking at this spa. I was well attended from beginning to end, and had an amazing relaxation massage by Tyra. I felt so good after despite the steam room failed to work due to frozen pipes. But the whole experience was that good that i wasnt too bothered about little minor faults. The customers were lovely too, and it was a perfect time to go as it was off peak time so pretty much had the whole pool.to myself. Well worth going and i highly recommend it. I also got free parking for the duration of my stay.

Absolutely shameful and disgusting customer service from this spa in particular the manager can you believe! I’m a member of all the better facilities and though this one is pretty new and good ,, it’s filthy and that’s such a pity ,, no food stock in the cafe with poor service,, swim changing facilities are absolutely rotten , it’s a no shoe zone and the life guards proudly parade around without covers on ,, the public swim area is tiny for the smaller kids ,, it’s a pity because at the rate it’s being maintained the same will happen to it as did to Finchley lido where the pool is closed until 2020 ,, the problem is that in London there is so little for kids that we are forced into places like this !! A big improvement needed

There is a sauna, a steam room and a Jacuzzi. Also heated seating area. Access to the 25m pool and learner pool is also included in the price. Water and herbal teas are also FOC as well as granny Smith apples. Robe, towel and slippers are provided but you have to leave something as security. I left my freedom pass which was returned at the end. Took me a while to realise the wristband they gave me activates the doors to the spa. The relaxation room is fine but too dark for reading. My only real gripe was that there was no hot water in the showers. Apart from that it was quite good value for money.

  • Karen Melck

Just come back, so firstly they have started to charge to get the spa wristband, which they never mentioned in the email. When I got into the spa part, the robe had no tie part, the jacuzzi wasn't working, no staff around to report it to. There was no water glasses but dirty mugs around, the clock wasn't working so how are you supposed to know when to leave. Wish I'd gone to one of the other venues , when I reported it to the receptionist, she called it in but didn't apologise and the whole place just doesn't seem to care!

  • Char

This was a place my friend ran into, and she said to post a review on behalf of her, since shes disgusted about their behaviour. Apparently they mistreated her and made jokes about her age indirectly, mind you she was only 63 years. We honestly find it absolutely rude to treat your customers like this. She went in for a massage and they gave her dirty cold cloths, when they were supposed to be warm and clean. They are also highly inexperienced and the massagers are pretty expensive for what they offer. Do NOT recommend.

  • Elizabeth Taiwo

Had the hot stone massage and salt scrub treatment. Both treatments were great and left me feeling soft and relaxed at the end. The spa is set within a busy leisure centre but once you’re inside the spa area it’s pretty serene and relaxing. The booking system is a little complex - online bookings only, can’t call or book in person and the call back system on line doesn’t seem to actually work? Other than that, I think it was a pretty good experience for the price.

  • Rowan Gilmore

Just ok. Went for the thermal spa deal. The steam was fine (apart from someone decided to tip half a bottle of olbas oil on the heating element, but that’s not their fault). Sauna was tepid, hydro pool the same. All a bit cramped up, felt crowded. Bit grubby in places. The reception staff didn’t say a word as we checked out, just took our stuff and we left. Worth checking out on a special offer, not worth full price, not worth a special journey.

  • Simone P

Booking in for a treatment is very easy online and the prices are very reasonable for the overall quality of care. I had the 45 minute de stress massage with Jordan and came previously for a hot stone massage with Marcia! I must say it’s one of the best experiences. Fantastic approach and very relaxing. The genuine and sincere customer care and attentiveness is really good. I will be rebooking myself and my Mother.

I have booked for a lady intimate waxing, Charlotte did a great job; it was painless and professionally done. The ambient was relaxing and full of privacy. Charlotte has taken her time to make sure that I leave happy with the result. Plus, I didn't feel the need to rush to get ready. Overall, great customer service since you walk in and out. I will definitely go back and try their spa packages on the next visit.

  • Tina Murphy

Just had a wonderful murad facial at the Better feel good centre Spa Experience The treatment has made my skin look and feel younger I have been told by other people I look radiant. The therapist khad was so knowledgeable about the treatment and tailored it to my needs . The lovely lady on the front desk Helen really made me feel so welcome will defiantly be recommending and returning. Thanks Spa Experience

  • Nick Kenton

I had the please a full Spa Experience on January 28th in Waltham Forest. Whilst the whole complex is large and busy the Spa Hub itself is in a surprisingly private and tranquil setting linked to the main pool and thermal spa areas. My deep hot stone massage and facial was expertly given and the masseuse was a joy ! Professional, experienced and very little chatter while allowing you to truly relax.

  • T M

Terrible customer service from Helen the manager I can’t believe she is allowed to speak to people the way she does, after calling up to complain about the service we received and to tell her we were unhappy, her attitude was appalling as if she didn’t care and was so sarcastic. Awful. Never returning here again after this and such a shame as this place was where we used to go as kids.

  • Sandy Beach

GREAT staff. very welcoming and smiley. I d like to thank the manager and Emma for their kindness and understanding. We arrived late after getting lost and the manager and Emma did all they could to accommodate us and extend our stay. I would 100% recommend . The place is immaculate and very relaxing, although the hydrothermal pool only fits max 4/5 people because it is small.

  • Sonja Ashbury

Had a Mama's massage, the length of the massage was really good it was enough time to really relax. It covered legs, back and shoulders, and a bit of neck and face too. The scrub at the start was great, skin felt so soft afterwards. Was nice to then have a complimentary piece of fruit and some tea in the relaxation room after. All in all very relaxing! Cost £85.

  • Raymond Moffat

A really enjoyed my couple of hours of pampering. I had an excellent massage that really helped my shoulder. I'd happily recommend the whole Spa experience at the Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre, so give yourself a treat and book a Spa session and a massage! Pedicures and Manicures are amongst the many treatments available! what3words location watch.learn.dance

  • Amy Beckenham

Affordable place to go. What you should expect really. But much smaller than we expected, the lighting was quite abrasive. Also there is no music? A few people in there were shouting and disturbing everyone.. Which is not the fault of the venue. Relaxation room was really lovely! But as the corridor to the rest of the place, it wasn't really that relaxing.

  • Apek Iugelas

The complex is quite huge and the swimming pool is good size an is include with your spa pass . But I must say that the spa area is much smaller than the old street branch one , even this one has jacuzzi , well the pressure is extremely low that you don't even feel it . But for the price me and my bf paid is quite good , relaxation area is huge too .

  • ItsRee M

Love the place but at times the hydrotherapy is not pumping strong enough. But otherwise, place is maintained. There was incidence where a group of 4 guys were questioned for his membership it all narrowed down to discrimination - he questioned them why they would query his membership when all his crew had their own wrist bands?!! …

I had 3 bookings cancelled on Sunday 12/12 by Shauna from Waltham Forest. Only received part of my refund(£70). The remaining balance is shown as being refunded in cash! (When paid by debit card) Absolute nightmare to get my money back. Lekesha and Shauna are so unprofessional and rude. I’ve tried calling and emailing them but in vain.

  • Swarup Menon

Amazing SPA experience. I think it would have to be one of the best I've been to with regards to ambience. Perhaps more options on massages etc. At a decent price which will attract more clients. As there is only one jacuzzi and two sauna rooms and a lounge/chill area. Otherwise very beautiful experience. And helpful staff.

  • L IL

This is the only spa I know where you try to relax in the relaxing room but the employers keep on running up and down, tell each other jokes in the half open door... Going in and out every 2 minutes with slamming doors. I honestly gave up and left earlier.. Very disappointing and therefore not worth the money

  • Nicola Harrison

Great spa, you get more than you pay for here. I wasn't expecting much because of the cheap price, but we thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience. Relaxation room was large and spacious, sauna & steam more than adequate, and the "jacuzzi" was good if not steaming hot. Overall a great experience. Will go back.

  • Andrea Kolhatkar-Portalanza

Very nice place. It was clean and wasn’t hot in there (went on a hot day). Keeley was amazing. She treated me so nicely and she carried out the treatment amazingly! I was so happy and relaxed. I’d say she was caring and obviously proud of her work. The prices are great for a spa. 100% recommend.

  • Rosie Webster

Had the most amazing facial with Keeley - I was so relaxed!! The relaxation room is a lovely space. Spa facilities aren't huge and it did get a bit busy by the time I left, but they're a good standard (although the hydro pool could have been warmer!). I'll definitely be visiting again!

  • Natalie Mizuik

Was a great massage and the masseuse was really accommodating when the massage package was different to what I'd booked. Great products and very reasonable. They also give you a voucher for parking so run and grab that for your car before paying via the app - I hadn't realised that.

  • Johanna Greenish

Awful!!! The sauna seats had collapsed, probably because they were built on top of the sauna so what seating that was left was boiling hot to sit on. Really bad layout and lighting. Staff were unhelpful and when we complained to the manager she was rude. Go somewhere else!!!

  • Cécile Cozette

Very nice spa! They provide robes, towels and slippers. It's quite big! The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are all in the same space, so you can easily switch even if you can't walk much. You can also go for a swim and then go back into the spa area. There is a lift as well.

  • Soulma Hosany

Really good value for money! Loved my time here. Was clean and relaxing. Only down side was pool is the main leisure centre pool and was busy. Also you had to swim and do laps and couldn't chill in pool. I think its because it was swim session. Otherwise spa itself lovely.

  • Nik

I visited this Spa yesterday - paid £24 for 2h of Thermal Spa experience. I enjoyed it, the facilities were pretty good - there was complimentary hot and cold drinks & apples in the lounge area, and the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi/lounge area

  • Michael

I remember why I cancelled my membership here now. Sauna/steam spa experience is still a joke, two years later. A friend and I went to have a relaxing experience and had for the majority of time had to watch five builders with their boots

  • Mshell Henry

The treatments are really good. Not great that some people come to the sauna with their oils on their chest etc. However that aside the sauna area is clean and the premises are being maintained. The spa towels do need to be changed people!

  • Tessa Kennedy

I had a wonderfully relaxing de-stress with Marcia today. She was utterly lovely and brilliant and I have come away feeling like I am on a cloud. Really nice, calming atmosphere as well. Thanks Marcia! I will be back!

  • Rachel

I had a de-stress massage there, and Lakeisha was brilliant. Very attentive and a great massage therapist. The place is also lovely, with relaxing music and a nice scent in the air. I absolutely recommend it!

  • Honesty And impartiality (integrity)

To expensive for the conditions offered, staff lacking customer service, I paid £46 (registration fees included) to only used for 2 days, not coming back , I am looking for something that reflects my money.

  • Cristian Ciortan

Waste of money. Was my first time using this facility. Not a great customer experience! no guidance or communication. through the whole facility. Took me a while to find the spa entrance. I Won’t return.

  • Joe Mateocan

very basic. Jacuzzi missing a cap on the bottom and stabbed my foot. very much has the feel off a local pool steam and sauna. not very much a relaxing spa experience. not worth £21. Feel a bit cheated...

  • Tamara Carew

I booked a last minute massage and was greeted by Daniel. He was excellent! I feel super relaxed and my back feels better already. I will sleep well tonight! Looking forward to my next appointment.

  • OLGA BORISOVA

Their website seems to work but when you try to book it doesn't do anything. No phone number, no help. You need to go to the place in person to book an appointment. Terribly and frustrating.

  • Ellen K

Just what the doctor ordered! The staff were super helpful and the facilities conducive to complete relaxation. The pricing is very reasonable and I look forward to visiting again soon

  • Katrina

  • Officially Magic

Great spa but had someone steal my jogging bottoms from the changing room and had to go home in wet trunks :( - spa is lovely though

  • Tom Russell

Small steam & sauna rooms, small jacuzzi. No plunge pool or ice bucket. Felt a bit clinical. Bit expensive for what you get.

  • Stephen Purver

Smart and modern. Nice showers. Nice relaxation room but dim lighting meant I couldn't read. 50/50 mix of men and women.

  • Shelina Khatun
