The Desi bloke who works nights is really rude all the time for no reason but, tonight he crossed the line. Got two coffees and they were both made so badly, tasted like burnt boiling water. I asked for it to be made again and was given so much attitude, he even laughed at me! After begging for my coffee he told me and my friend to go pour our coffees on the street outside, I couldn't believe it. I even asked if this what you ask your customers even in the day time and he says yes. (Clearly did not want to wash the sink behind him) At that stage I had enough and asked for his name to file a complaint and he said NO multiple times and did not give me his name. He then said that I was banned from getting coffes and that he was doing me a favour by giving me a new cup and that he doesn't need to give me his name. Ridiculous!!!

So two weeks ago myself my mam and our friend when in to spar in Donnybrook to get some hot food from the hot counter the lady thay Served is that day I was very rude didn’t listen to what we wanted on our wraps the second time we use the same shop it was the same lady on the hot counter as just horrible to be treated like that the staff Rest of the staff were absolutely amazing happy cheery and take the time to talk to you and ask you how your day was unfortunately after the boat experience we won’t be back years in the shop again sorry... this was the way she gave the food to us iv never felt so so after the way we/I was treated

I went to top up a swirl card and because of the incompetence of the people at the till it didn't went through. Once I went back, the guy at the till was extremely helpful, he contacted the manager, who was the most rude and disrespectful person I ever came across. Thanks to the employee it was finally sorted. Don't go there they are unqualified, they can just sell sausage rolls.

I was just handed my coffee by an employee who was sniffling and rubbing his nose with his hands before handing my coffee cup to me. At the best of times this isn't great but during a pandemic not acceptable. Also no mask or gloves

Always went there to treat myself to cup of latte and pastries, whenever I am working in Co. Dublin. The staffs are readily available to give any assistance needed to feel welcome.

Best chai latte made by Kumar, I work normally night shift in City center, I always came Spar Donnybrook for Coffee . Kumar is very nice …

Been using this Spar for a few years staff are always very courteous... Good coffee/ cakes always available... Store is busy nearly 24/7

Bad coffee.. The staff is untrained.. They make every other coffee same and call it with different name.. Which is pathetic..
