Always filthy. The treadmills could do with a proper clean especially around the cup holders. Treadmills are falling to bits with holes and bits missing. People walk around in flip flops especially around loose weights area. No health and safety at all. The place needs closing down. NOT FIT FOR USE

Poor customer service, they reply after ages. I froze my membership, they still deducted the full amount for the month. They say it is after cut off time than why my membership dashboard shows it as frozen.

Update May 22-new cleaning staff seem to be making a difference finally. The gym needs an upgrade though with the decor etc. The equipment is a bit better.

If you're using the swimming pool this place is pretty good, not bad price and well located. Sauna and steam room are ok, spa pool is barely ever open.
