I'm a regular customer of their Footscray branch since 2019. Hubby gave me a Groupon voucher for me to relax cos I haven't get out of the house since giving birth! so I was really looking forward for this massage / me time. He thought cos they are the same company, so must be the same service standard offered as the Footscray branch that I love. Sadly it was a very different experience (I'm not sure cos it was using a voucher? since I normally pay in store in Footscray?) but the room was bright and cold, my massage was cut short, the lady who massaged me won't shut up, keep talking whole time and upselling vip membership so I cannot close my eyes and relax (I understand that she is lonely as she works by herself and need human interaction, but I'm a paying customer looking to relax), and I dont think she knew how to do hot stone massage or any massage at all, as I'm regularly having massage before my pregnancy so I know which masseuse is good. My voucher also stated that it is for full body massage but she only massaged me on my back and briefly on the back of my lower legs with stone only not hands! Nothing on the upper legs, front of my legs or hands. The foot spa and foot massage also basically 20min+ on cold foot bath and briefly touching my soles, whereas in Footscray I got my lower legs, soles and toes massaged too! and they dont leave the water to be cold over there. VERY DISAPPOINTED and completely different experiences that I usually had in Footscray (paying in store). Definitely will avoid this branch at all cost. I still left with tension everywhere, dont feel good at all! What a waste of my time

Got the deal from groupon yesterday that's really wasted my time,I got one hour massage and half hour facial,the one hour massage there have 45mins on my back only 15mins to "touch" on my front of my legs and arm, and during back massage have out the room multiple times for like 5 mins each time. Asked me if I want hot stone then I said ok 5 mins out the room then come back use the stone but I think she not really know how to do hot stone massage was really useless not feeling released. For the half hour facial she started as use the sponge to wipe my face then use cream to massage on my face already then just put mask on,its totally different than what the deal described on the deal say 1,clean 2,scrub 3,face massage 4,mask. DONT EXPECT WHAT YOU BUYING IS WHAT YOU GET.COS YOU WONT. To the shop owner if you dont want to do groupon deal then dont just make your business bad reputation.

Worst experience ever. Communication between staff and booking service useless. Booked for 730 arrived 720. Called Messaging service they said that someone will be right down. 10mins gone rang up again they said someone will go down. Another 15mins gone 745pm. Rang again. Question why did I have to keep calling 3x just to ask to let me in?? why don't customer have access to a waiting area instead of been left out in the cold for 25mins. Waste my time driving there find parking and then drive back!!! Should also have a explanation on how to access the place!

Very bad service, I booked an appointment, but when I came to shop, the shop haven't opened, they let me waiting outside around 30mins, the massage therapy feeled soory to me, said she can offer me 30 foot spa, but the shop don't want to give me appointmen, they said they try do solve this problem, but no answer, this is the worst massage shop that I have ever been to, 黑店，服务差，还骗人，约好了时间,门都没开让顾客等30分钟，为了安慰顾客假意说给30分钟脚步spa, 结果根本不给你约，还一直说反馈会解决

It is the second time that I come to this spa and both times were great. I had two different therapists they each had their own technique and I was happy with both of them. After my massage I was a bit cold because my therapist put tiger balm on me and the lovely lady at the reception offered me a warm cup of tea. Plus they have a fair price. I will come a third time :)

Today my husband had a massage at Spring Luxury day spa. He works in the plastering industry that has worn his body out. He left there like a new person. The aches and pains he has had for years that he went in with he left without. Absolute magic that made his birthday weekend so much more enjoyable being pain free. So grateful for today's experience.

Booked it for my mom at Mother's day and it was wonderful. Just note that they are in exchange tower which is closed on weekends, they have to come downstairs to pickup. Better to inform of your arrival time before if you are booked for weekend. The staff and owner everyone is very friendly and place is very clean.

The masseuse was very skilled. His approach was not only from the point of view of the massage itself but the connection with the client tailoring the experience to suit the espexific needs of the clienntm i would definitely recommend this places and its masseuses. Thank you!

Lulu provided amazing back massage. I had pain on my lower back which disappeared after the session. She definitely knew the right pressure points. Thanks Lulu. This place is highly recommended for both relaxing and remedial massage.

Would be good to have someone at the reception to pick up the phone and take bookings, especially when you don’t have a website! Purchased a voucher on Groupon but was never able to get through them when called to make a booking.

I had a lovely time there, it was clean and calm, my massage therapist Saran was a lovely lady who helped me relax my tense neck and shoulders. The seeweed face mask was very calming, I almost fell asleep during it!

Absolutely sensational, true professionals. One if the best massages I have ever had. Mir is an expert who knows what he is doing. Truly exceptional - great staff, very friendly and super clean.

It feels good here. If your spine is merely out of alignment, manipulation by a chiropractor may help ease your pain. This can also ease your muscle strain. Certainly I will come back here.

Lacks massage skills, did a hot stone oil massage, doesn’t know how to use hot stones, massage was rough, I go to massage every month, unsatisfactory. Wouldn’t ever go back.

This was amazing. The massage was great pressure and facial so professional and thorough. We went for a birthday and even received a complimentary foot spa. It was devine!

I had a 1 hour full body massage with hot stones,I felt really relaxed and comfortable with the masseuse, he was really friendly and professional, would come again!
