If you need to wash/detail your car in South Austin, go here. I originally was going to go to another car wash nearby but there was a line for the self serve bays so I found this place right down the road and I'm glad I did. It was somewhat busy on a Saturday afternoon but a few bays were open luckily. One of the best things about this place over most others is that they take credit cards in addition to quarters. Before I could even start washing my truck, the nicest/most professional attendant (seriously, he should get a raise!) came over and asked if I needed help and quickly explained a few things. I've never had that happen at any car wash. Vacuums are free with a wash, can't beat that deal! Plus they have shampoo vacuums for a couple quarters. When I went to vacuum, the same attendant came over to see if I was doing alright and explain about the vacuums, which again was a pleasant surprise since most businesses, once they do the initial obligated greeting/helping they don't think they need to interact with you anymore. They keep the place clean too! Also they're open 24 hours so that's also a plus. Just go here and you'll see. I'm gonna start becoming a regular here I think, it's just that good!

Update: I have never been let down by Squeaky Clean. I just signed up for their current promotion: Buy 2 Platinum washes and get 3 free! As the resident car washer of my family, that’s a deal I can’t pass up. I got a pen, dash wipes, a choice of car fresheners, and a cool card that will earn me rewards in the future. I am still a big fan, and their vacuums are always the best in town!! Old review: I’m the resident car washer of my family. I wash my parents’ cars, my husband’s car, and my car. I go only to Squeaky Clean South. Is it the towels they give you to dry your car afterwards? Is it the awesome free air fresheners? Is it the light show the automatic car wash that can silence my rowdy kids in the back? It’s all of those plus the BEST vacuums in town. These things get rid of the 95% of glitter, crumbs, and dog hairs that get deposited in the car. Once you go Squeaky Clean South, you’ll never go anywhere else.

Greed. Seems time are changing. The older guy always creates issues out of nothing. First, be careful who you wrongfully lie to. Telling a customer "that guy doesn't tip" not knowing it was the person's brother you were telling. When in fact I do and did tip! Wth? Which brings up my 2nd point. Today. Older guy on the prowl again always looks mad he's there. Come up to auto wash as we've all done for years "with tip in hand". Then told they (or he) now "charges" $25 to brush the vehicle, which has always been a tipped service. On top of the 14$ platinum wash. Then told "don't complain if it's not clean". What's the purpose of your car wash then? Just bad abrasive behavior from I assume the owner. I know my 14$ won't amount to much when missing but I can't be the only one this guy stops from using this place.

Absolutely what my car needed after a month on a road trip. It looks like you can pay to wash your car yourself or go through the washer. I chose to go through the washer and paid $10 for the third best option. The best one was for $12. The gentleman working the front manually scrubbed and soaped up my car prior to entering the wash, and I asked him to focus on the front where the dead bugs were. Came out of the washer and car was as clean as can be without any scratches. Best of all, the provide free towels to dry your car and free unlimited use of vacuum. The vacuum wasn’t super powerful but picked up most of the stuff off my floors and seats. Wish we had this car wash in San Francisco!! Shout out to the gentleman working the afternoon on 10/21. He was patient and friendly.

Came here out of my way based on the stellar reviews but my experience was extremely underwhelming. I was very confused at the process for the automatic car wash and felt there should have been more printed instructions. Staff was unwelcoming, auto car wash didn’t clean my car very well, the blowers definitely did not dry my car off even though I went through very slowly, and all the “free” vacuums were closed/blocked off - we had to go inside and ask for help with the vacuums since that was one of the main reasons why I came here (free vacuum with car wash). The attendant added quarters to the 75 cent vacuum which I appreciate. However, It worked very poorly. Long story short I will have to spot clean and vacuum again after this car wash fail :(

Great Car Wash! I have been washing my vehicles at this car wash for several years now and I now travel there all the way from from Dripping Springs to wash my truck. You can't beat the prices and Free Vacuums too! Squeaky Clean South has both self serve and a drive through wash bay. The guys that work there are super friendly and very helpful. Tip them and they will brush your vehicle down before entering the full service bay and stay with you to ensure that it is clean. You never need to leave your car. Select the best full service option and no need to dry the car yourself as it has a spot free rinse. I know - my truck is black. I keep my vehicles clean with help from SQUEAKY CLEAN SOUTH!

A great car wash place. Before you go through the automatic car wash, they brush the dirt off your car by hand. You can buy a multi-use, pre-paid card for several car washes, which saves you money, and it does not expire. You vacuum your own car, and can use unlimited vacuum time that is included in your purchase, so it's a great bargain and you don't have to bring change to use the vacuum like at most places. They also loan you micro-fiber drying cloths if you want to dry your car more, and they have wringers to squeeze the water out of your cloths and a sink. The staff is very helpful and nice. I really like this place for my car washes.

I was skeptical about Squeaky Clean car wash because they didn't have a website and I was not sure of the services offered, if the wash was touchless (I was looking for touchless) and if they had vacuums. I was just driving by one day and casually stopped by. I don't know the name of the gentleman who helps as we drive by, but he's very genuine and helpful! The prices are extremely reasonable for a touchless car wash, includes free vacuums, a brush down of the car (by the gentleman) and even microfiber cloths for a wipe down for yourself after the wash. Nice powerful vacuums. Five stars for Squeaky and a forever fan!

This is THE best car wash in Austin! I have been going here for years. It is family owned so it's always great to support local businesses. I always go through the automatic wash and they completely go out of there way... brushing the entire car, cleaning the rims, windows, etc..BEFORE it even starts, then they even continue to clean your car while it is actually in the washing cycle! They offer amazing deals if you purchase their "Squeaky Card" where you can prepay and get washes for free. I prepay 10 washes and get 10 FREE! It's an amazing deal. I highly recommend!!

Awesome car wash. I get the platinum wash drive thru automatic wash. It does an excellent job and won't ever damage a vehicle. It even does undercarriage. The wax mode is really wax. Leaves cars shining. They even offer 2 towels for drying. The attendant / owner Justin is awesome. He will deck scrub vehicle ( if requested ) , wheels and all. He offers it at the entrance of wash. Super friendly , clean facility always. vacuum is free with wash. Good vacuums . All in all a great place to clean car. Nice area as well.

This has to be the best car wash I have ever been to! The service was amazing and the staff was so friendly. As I was entering the automatic two young men started scrubbing my car, and they did a FANTASTIC JOB! I had to go to tell the manager how much I loved the service, and he was so friendly and said he really appreciated my business. Because the prices were so low it's basically impossible not to leave a generous tip. I loved my experience here and will most definitely return and tell everybody I know.

The automatic car wash is rendered useless without the aid of an actual person scrubbing it down as your car passes through. If no one is there, trust your car will not get clean. My biggest complaint, however, is the vacuums. They are horrible and lack any form of suction power. If y’all were to replace your automatic car wash and your vacuums, I would definitely return. They have good customer service for the most part, but if I’m going to spend $10+ on a car wash I better receive a great clean.

I have a vintage car and like to wash it a couple of times a week. This is my 'go-to' car wash and the best one I've found in Austin. They have a new up-graded 'washer' that does a great job. Owner Al and mgr. Justin go out of their way to give you the best possible service. I recommend getting a "Squeaky Clean" debit card as the more you spend the more of a 'deal' it is. Ask about it. Pretty great carwash. To begin with, it's a no touch carwash. These are rare to find. If you are like me and care about small scratches on your car, you'd know how valuable a no touch carwash is. Prices are pretty excellent and definitely a bang for the buck. The staff are friendly and do a pre soak on your car if you want. It has free vacuum and polishing sprays as well. I drive all the way from downtown to south just to wash my car here.

This is my go to car wash in south Austin! I’ve been going here almost 2 years now and it’s a great one stop for everything you need to get done. They give your car a good rinse and scrub before going through the wash tunnel. If you like they also give complimentary towels and air fresheners before the wash along with free vaccums after. If you like washing your vehicle yourself they have self serve high pressure spray bays as well!

I drove all the way over there because they have good reviews at the google. But I am disappointed now. I paid 12$. Nobody gave me a tow. It is my first visit, nobody would like to explain to me the process when I got there. They assumed everyone knows what to do. I did not know how far I drive and when I stop, it was so noisy inside the wash area. I can not hear worker yelling at me. My car window still a lot of water marks on it.

I've been going here for 20 years since I was a kid with my parents. We've never had anything but a good experience with these folks. Recently, they've made several investments in their facilities and its been better than ever to go here. New vacuums, air fresheners, towels, everything. Staff has always been great and puts effort into making sure you get what you came for. I look forward to coming here for as long as it stays.

I really love this car wash. They prices are a steal and the customer service is great. The automated washer is great , but on top of that they offer to hand scrub your car. They loan out towels so you can dry your car and you get free use of the vacuums after your wash. It’s a great compromise between basic automated washers you find at gas stations and pricey hand washes that you can wait up to an hour for.

Best bang for your buck car wash in South Austin. $12 premium machine washes, free air freshener, drying towels, and vacuums! Also, they have a few self-serve wash bays available. Staff is extremely pleasant and hand detail scrub your car while the machine is in action; getting all the minute, grimy areas regular car washes don’t reach. Not to mention, they comp your next wash within a 7 day period. I’m sold!

I can see why all the good reviews. Very pleasant employees. Attendant gives you the option for them to scrub any part of your car that needs extra attention before they wash the rest of your car. They do not use machines to scrub, they do the washing themselves, so be nice and tip good. Also, towels and scents and vacuums available at no charge. Got a great wash, glad I stopped!!!

I used to live by Squeaky Clean for a few years and it would be my go to car wash spot out of convenience. Now I live in Buda and Squeaky Clean is still my go to. I have given other car washes opportunities to steal my business and they don’t compare. It’s especially good when Justin is there working and giving me the service. 5 stars all the way around. Stopped by a squeaky clean South and was greeted by Al. He assisted the automatic car wash in making sure my truck was extra clean all the way around. He had let me barrow a couple michael fiber rags to dry it off completely after the wash. As I was doing that he walked by offered assistance. Great car wash, great experience, I will definitely be coming back.

I love this place! The automatic drive through wash also comes with a human who uses a softer brush for the vehicle. You also get free unlimited vacuuming with the purchase of any wash....drive through or self serve. And they give you absorbent vehicle drying towels to dry the car off with after it’s washed. Very nice guys who work here too.

I was gonna go to whitewater car wash which is farther but I was in a hurry and decided to try out this place. and Wow so much better , the fact that this is a touch free tunnel makes me have peace of mind of unwanted scratches and dents. Fantastic company. The car wash is the best I’ve found. I have a Porsche so contactless is the way I have to go. The customer service is phenomenal and the owner is so welcoming. I keep moving farther away but I will continue making the drive passing multiple car washes on the way.

Disrespectful Owner & the absolute worst customer service. He rudely told customers to leave the vacuum area 20 minutes before closing and didn't even let anybody finish. Felt super rushed. p.s. The paying machine is way nicer than that guy. He should learn a thing or two from her.
