I needed a vehicle that was safe enough, at a value that wouldn't burden our family's budget and, accordingly, had a warranty. Unfortunately, I have been in this country for nearly 3.5 years, and what I have witnessed so far was nothing to impress me due to the low culture of sales, lack of cross-selling, after-sales customer services and customer retention. In other words, extremely poor customer service. I went around the Calgary area dealerships a few times and finally determined on Nissan Stadium. Firstly, because their rating is significantly higher than anyone else, secondly because of the exceptional communication and way of finding the unconscious needs of their customers, the professional and friendly approach, but last but not least - the feeling of not being pressured, considering different options and closing of the sale according to your personal needs. My communication started with Rose Vaz, who took the initiative after I sent my inquiry. Rose is a highly gentle professional who knows how to make you feel like a special one. She even offered to take us from home and drive us to their dealership. Rose is always smiling, friendly and ready to help anyone with inquiries or needs a new car. She is accurate, fast and focused on the requirements of her clients. She is always calm, confident, and knowledgeable about everything you want about your new vehicle. Admirations to the Site Manager - Glen. He was an extremely polite, delicate and warm man who knew how to predispose his guests and demonstrate the corporate advantages of Nissan and his approach to everyone. Admirations also to Maricel and Selena, who were so good at preparing our documents, registration number, not to forget the insurance offered to make the experience and use of our new car even more secure and optimal. Exceptional ladies who know how to make your stay comfortable, always positive and smiling, and ready to do anything for you and your new vehicle. And last but not least, if anyone knows more than anyone about your vehicle - it's Carlton. A fantastic gentleman who is like an encyclopedia! He is always ready to demonstrate to you all your new car's possible functions and qualities - polite, passionate and intelligent. For me, feedback and after-sales service is one of the most critical conditions in any business. 10 star!!! I cannot recommend Stadium and especially Lewis enough! He goes above and beyond every time, shows integrity and true customer service. This is the second Nissan I bought from Lewis, upgrading from a Sentra to a Kicks Premium. I did not even think this would be financially possible, but Lewis found a way! The appraisal of my old car was very fair (better than another dealer) and gave me room for an upgrade. He listens to what I am looking for and respects my budget. No sneaky, hidden fees, no misleading calculations, everything is laid out in writing in a way that is easy to understand and fully transparent. He also does not try to push things on me that I don't want or need. Lewis even thinks of things I forgot to ask about, and which could have cost me a lot of extra money, such as do the tires from my old car fit on the new one. When he did not have the red colour I was looking for, he was resourceful and arranged for a trade with another dealer. In addition, when he found out I recently had knee surgery and can't really move tires around, he and a colleague picked me up at home and loaded the extra set of tires, and after the purchase, followed me home again to put the extra set of tires back into my basement for me! He truly went above and beyond! I have the dream car I did not think was possible, and Lewis made it easy by being thoughtful and helpful. In addition, Maricel in financing is a gem, too. Friendly, welcoming, transparent and attentive. The service department was awesome at explaining all the new features with me. And when I could not get my phone to connect, they made sure to test that this is not car or cable related, but just because my phone was too told, giving me peace of mind it is not a car deficiency. I had bad experiences at some of the other Nissan dealerships in Calgary, so Stadium and Lewis especially really stand out for me and I will only ever buy my cars from them.

Amazing Experience in purchasing our new car at Stadium Nissan. We did not have a timeline to purchase and only had stopped in to peruse the new vehicles with the intent of purchasing sometime later in the year. Even though our timeline was not right away, Rose, was extremely happy to give us plenty of info and answered any questions we had. She would also give us the appropriate space and time to make our decisions and for us to contact her. Never once did we feel pressured for a decision or feel like we were left without any help After talking with Rose and then meeting Jason, we were offered a more than fair value for our Rogue which was done before even laying eyes on our vehicle. Jason was open and honest about the trade in value and never went back on it. Little did we know we would be walking out with a brand new vehicle within 1 month of walking in there with no real plan. We ordered our vehicle, and they quoted us 3 months but it arrived in 2 weeks!!! Working with Selena and the finances was seamless and she was very thorough explaining all of our options for financing and extra protection. Carlton was also very thorough in walking us through the car and everything it could do. I don't have to read the manual now!!! ( usually I do). Open for questions always I serviced my old car here long time back and had stopped when it was being renovated, and now I am more than happy to have my car serviced there again. They pay attention to every detail without trying to oversell you. Their waiting area is also clean and comfortable at all times. Would totally recommend Stadium Nissan to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you!!

I was a little hesitant in visiting Stampede Nissan after a truly horrible experience with Royal Oak Nissan. However, I gave them a try since they are one of the few places that do a full cooling system flush as most places only do a drain and fill. I needed a flush cause my heater core was partially plugged or not functioning well. I figured not all dealers can be as bad as Royal Oak. Well, I am glad I tried them out cause they went out of their way to perform. They kept flushing my system until there was no more bluish color coming out, which was about 4 complete flushes with heater on. They also flushed my heater core a few times separately to make sure it too was clean. They flushed all the blue out cause I supplied them with an Amsoil coolant and their product is Yellow. My many years of experience has proven time and time again Amsoil products are far superior to any other product out there. Now they didn’t finish when they thought they would be finished but they did finish it an hour or so later (not the end of the world). Overall I am very pleased with Adam and his team. They went out of their way to meet and excede my expectations.

John This is the second vehicle purchase in the last 5 years from them and it was a pleasant experience again!!! Easy to deal with sales staff as well as the business office, no high pressure sales push here. I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat and have to friends and family. Thanks to Jason and his crew!!!!!!! I popped in this past Saturday without an appointment for an oil change, my fault no realising they aren't doing drop ins currently. Long story short, they fit me in anyways, and even did a recall job that needs to be scheduled during the week. That is first class customer service!! Thank you Stadium Nissan.

If I could give them more stars I would!!! I recently had Mike as my advisor and Kylie as the technician. They fixed the original problem of my 20 year old Nissian Altima but there was still one thing wrong they worked and tested the car out for a week till it was 100% fixed, they aimed to give me back my car in perfect condition not at only 80%. I appreciate that. They were also kind and as it took them a week to diagnosis and fix all the problems they reflected this in the bill by adding a substantial discount for the inconvenience of not having my car for a week. My husband and I have decided we will keep going to this dealership for our car for smaller maintenance such as oil changes and tire changes and not just for big problems that our general mechanic can't fix. I cannot give this team enough praise as this is actually the second time in 2 years that they have done a wonderful job on my car. I also like that they are respectful and understanding considering my car is old.

I never wrote the review in my life but now I will have to as I want to warn other people. Look for your vehicle somewhere else, as these people here appear to be scammer's that would lie to your face. As we made the official agreement of purchase and put the deposit down we were told to wait for about a week so the car gets cleaned, and for some safety checks. The car also had a damage on the leather seat that was a part of the deal to be fixed in order to finalize our purchase (Adam, seller said it many times). After almost 2 weeks my husband went there to see what is going on, the car was at the other dealership, then brought back there (?!) then seat wasn't fixed and all they wanted was to finalize purchase without us seeing the car and claiming that seat wasn't the part of the deal. Its unclear what kind of other issue with a car they wanted to cover, everything just felt so sketchy and not right. We will look for a car somewhere else and will stay away from this dealership!

Might be the best service I’ve ever had at a dealer, apart from Atlantic Acura. I took a vehicle there for a pre-purchase inspection for my kiddo yesterday and Adam was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond anything I would have expected. There were three warning lights on the dash when I arrived and he immediately dealt with two so only one remained and he didn’t even charge me extra for doing that for the seller. Unfortunately after investing 100$ plus and most of a busy work day we discovered lthat the truck did not have a clean carfax so it was an exercise in futility but the experience with Adam was top notch, regardless. Word to the wise, ask for the carfax info before wasting time and money. Just want to add that since the initial experience I’ve also had the pleasure dealing with Lewis who is absolutely lovely. He will entertain you thanks to his British accent and make your buying experience worthwhile with his genuine personality! Keep up the good work, guys!

I really appreciate Jason and Lewis, these two guys are very patience, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Especially, Jason is very patience to answer me all the questions no matter what kind, helps out all the calculations on the paper, and erases my hesitation every time immediately. Purchase a new vehicle can be very stressful, tough and always worried about how those sales people gonna set a trick on your purchase. However, Jason never let our transaction go to the stage. He offered me the best deal in town and no one sales believes that. I have been several dealerships before I make a deal with Jason. So far, I can recommend This dealership to whoever interested to get a Nissan in this pandemic period. This dealership only has 3 people operated now, but they did more than other dealership does which makes you feel luxurious, being care, and respectful. In general, Jason covered everything with the best offer, I gave him 5 stars because he deserves more than this!

Bought a used 09 Altima here about a month ago. Used cars are always a bit of a gamble, and my example shows the value in trusting a reputable dealer rather than private sales or sketchy car shops focused on predatory loans. There were a few issues with the car that weren’t identified from the trade-in, and required a few visits to the Stadium service department. The team here treated me first class all the way. Adam and team were dedicated to resolve the performance issues, I was provided with a complimentary rental vehicle, all work was provided free of charge (without me having to ask), the communication I received was very specific and in depth, and overall, I met 6-7 staff along the way, and everyone was very friendly, helpful, and never made me feel out of place. I think this purchase, at another dealer (or private sale), could have turned into a nightmare, however, these guys had my back, and ensured this turned into a positive transaction. Thank you.

My car engine had a catastrophic failure so I was thrown into searching for a new used car last minute. I found the suv online and came to stadium Nissan to have a look at it. Immediately I was welcomed and offered coffee and they asked if I wanted to take the suv for a test drive. Then when I got back we chatted about a deal and I also managed to trade my second car for which they offered a very respectable price. Throughout I was very happy with the service provided and ended up driving the new used car purchase away within 4 hours. They were not able to clean the car because I was buying so quick but they offered a free inside clean on my next oil change which was great. I’d also like to add that they are very animal friendly and welcomed our 13 year old pup inside. They also had a friendly resident pup on-site who is the current boss haha.. Thank you for helping me get back on the road so quick and Services provided. Definitely recommend

I had my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder serviced at Stadium Nissan, where we purchased the vehicle, and the Service Team is as exceptional as always! Not only did I receive a Text from Adam moments after dropping my vehicle off, he was diligent in advising me upon completion of service once available, and the team took the time to wash my vehicle prior to picking up from them. And within the time line of the sched'ed service, completed the necessary Recall on the Hood Latch! The Front Desk Payment team reminded me of my Points I could use against the payment of the service (which is truly appreciated). All of the Service Team were so very pleasant and professional to work with, and included a detailed report of items checked, anything to worry about, or keep an eye on for future maintenance. As I know nothing about cars, this was so very much appreciated also! I would highly recommend Stadium Nissan for your Vehicle maintenance.

We factory ordered a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder through Stadium Nissan. Our sales person, Lewis, was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Stadium Nissan was kind enough to lend us a demo vehicle to test drive for two days so that we could be sure the car was the right fit for us. There was a vehicle shortage at the time (January 2023), and only one Nissan dealership in Calgary had the vehicle in the colour and trim that we wanted. We opted to factory order through Stadium instead of buying from the other Nissan dealership who we felt were taking advantage of the market by marking up prices and had aggressive sales people. When an advertisement mistake was made on the Stadium Nissan website, Lewis spoke to the manager, Jason S., and they honored the pricing. Our cargo mat didn't come in by the time we picked up the car, so Lewis offered to do a home delivery. Lewis went above and beyond. Thank you Lewis and Stadium Nissan.

At first we are hesitant to call them due to what happened to us from the other dealership company we talked to. But honestly, this Nissan Stadium were like "God sent" to us. My husband called them and talked to Lewis at first. Then, the following day Maricel helped us 'til the end of the process. She's like our "fairy godmother", she uses her "magic wand" to do everything she can for us to get this specific unit that we really loved. The process was so smooth and fast, thanks to LEWIS, CHRIS, SELENA, CARLTON and our fairy godmother "MARICEL" for such an awesome job. They go beyond expectations! You made my son so happy with our new car (can't complain) All I can hear from him going home was "That's my car Mommy!" After 10 years, and over 300,000 km, I had to say farewell to my extremely trusty and strong Nissan Frontier. It still ran great, rode well and looked good, but the exhaust broke while on a very rough back road in the area that we had traveled many times in the past. It needed to be replaced by another Nissan, that could meet my needs, but not necessarily a truck. I went to Stadium Nissan and met Rose. She is a very nice, respectful knowledgeable lady, with a great personality and a passion for her career and vehicles. I told Rose what I was looking for and what my needs are. Rose listened very well, and showed me what I wanted, a beautiful Pathfinder. I also met Jason the store manager who is absolutely the right person on the right job in my opinion. his honesty, helpfulness and kindness are second to none. Meeting and dealing with these two fine people was a great pleasure. I'll be BACK!

was in the market for a car for my daughter's first car. Had been looking for past month with no luck. Called Stadium to inquire about car on their website. Talked with Liam and he mentioned that vehicle in question was not mechanically safe to sell and pointed me to another one that was for sale. Was way over my budget but decided to have a look and am glad I did. Liam was a pleasure, as he was very easy going and friendly. No pressure tactics as some salespeople are. At end of day ended up with a much better vehicle in the long run all because of Liam's insight and professionalism. He even drove my new purchase to my house so I didn't have to arrange for a extra trip to pick up my own vehicle. Would definitely use him again when I am looking to buy in the future. Would recommend anyone who is contemplating buying a vehicle to start with Liam first before looking elsewhere.

Expert, honest service and advice! So very helpful and accommodating the team at Nissan has been to me over these past 14 years that I have regularly brought my 2008 Nissan Xterra Off Road SUV to them for regular oil changes and for all of my service needs! I would go no where else, that is for sure. Even when I find myself near Okotoks, I will make the drive to this dealership and service shop, specifically, for I know I am in great hands, when I am there! In fact, when I plan to purchase a new vehicle, from them only would I consider it. Even if they happen not to have the vehicle I so wish to purchase, I would put the effort into changing my heart on one that they do offer in place of the one I think I best get. I like maintaining the vehicle I am a steward of, and with this team I can best achieve exactly that!

I have dealt with Stadium Nissan since 1997 when I bought a new Pathfinder - I and am currently on my 4th vehicle from them. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so after the superb and honest service they provided me recently. They have integrity when many dealers do not - they are honest and they are upfront. They stand behind the vehicles they sell you and go above and beyond if you need them after the sale. I know this first hand as the sales team and service department went above what I expected after my recent used vehicle purchase. I have bought new and used from them and seeing the same friendly faces makes things more enjoyable and speaks volumes about how the dealership must be run. Thank you Mike in service for the excellent assistance this past week. Two thumbs up gentlemen!

This dealership doesn't understand what customer lifetime value means. Recently paid a premium to get a transmission sensor, a windshield, and new tires replaced. When I received the car back, my transmission sensor stayed on and was told it must be a different sensor that needs to be replaced. Less than 7 days after the new windshield was put on, I got a chip driving it. This is an easy fix and relatively low cost to the dealership to replace, yet they would rather charge me another $500 to replace something they put in less than a week ago. This does not make good business sense. I would not recommend this dealership. They clearer care more about every penny now, rather than care about their customer lifetime value.

Can't say enough about the team at Stadium. Made the decision to trade up on something brand new, take advantage of a hot market. Took notice of the new Rogue, decided to stop in. Jason is the real deal. Start to finish, very professional and courteous. Explained everything clearly. Selena in finance was amazing. Bubbly and bright, explained everything in detail and graciously answered my hundred questions. Worked with the bank to get my payment where it needed to be. Team member who showed the vehicle and explained all the features was great too (sorry I can't remember your name!). All and all, a very easy car buying experience. You have earned a customer for life Stadium, thank you again!

Adam is amazing!! He goes above and beyond for his service clients. Recently had to get my 2018’s transmission replaced which came as an unwanted and costly shock. Adam completely soothed the transition. His communication with me was top of the line, his kindness and sympathy towards my situation was unmatched. I am so thankful for his support and work as I don’t think I could have done it without him. He supplied me with everything I needed to know regarding timelines and cost. He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and had my needs meet while my car was in the shop for over two weeks. Adam treats each client like family. Big applause to him on this. I was very disappointed in the overall environment of this location. I came in to shop for a new car hoping I would get excellent customer service. But how you treat your employees says a lot about how a company is ran and I was not pleased. I overheard one of the workers speaking to her co worker about not playing a certain genre of music at their location. As a person of colour I found this comment to be quite odd since the co worker she was speaking to was a person of colour too. I will not be shopping here or spending my money here. I thought Calgary was getting better but places like this make me remember how behind businesses are with being all inclusive.

Service department only. Upfront pricing, honest evaluations. Nothing came up I did not expect. I mentioned a new problem that was not on my booking and they did the diagnostics for it, told me the issue, which was a battery from elsewhere, that was under warranty elsewhere. Did not charge me for diagnostic as I was having other work done anyhow, which is EXCELLENT customer service. Adam was funny, polite and kept me informed throughout the process and was not pushy about other work, no typical upsell like some dealerships. I felt respected as a client. Will return when I need even the simplest things.

The technicians who serviced my car were very thorough. I chose to wait at the centre but was provided with multiple options as per my convenience. The lounge area was comfortable. The service was completed in a timely manner. Mike at the front desk and Vincent, the technician, answered all my questions, and when I had some Android Auto issues at the end of the appointment (problem caused due to my phone connection), he made sure to test my car system. He waited till my phone restarted and everything was connected and working well. I'm quite grateful and drove away knowing my car was in good shape.

I have had a lot of issues with Nissan dealerships, but when I went to Stadium Nissan I had a really great experience. They only did the services that I asked them to do and didn't try to convince me to do anything unnecessary. They did give me a quote for recommended maintenance, but were not pushy about it and didn't make me feel pressured to book another appointment. They also cleaned my car before returning it to me. They felt honest, trustworthy, and did a good job. I would definitely recommend coming here for service if you want to get you vehicle serviced at Nissan.

Outstanding customer service! From the ease of booking online for a service appointment, to the quick and friendly check-in, I felt confident leaving my car in their hands. They were able to diagnose a problem that another dealership had obviously missed, and within a few hours, had tested, replicated the issue, resolved it, and re-tested the solution. I had my car back the same day, and all levels of customer and automotive service were top notch! I would highly recommend this Nissan dealership for their service department, and we won't be taking our Rogue anywhere else!

My Daughters old Rouge was written off in a collision. We dropped by Stadium to look at a replacement vehicle. Lewis was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of the situation. He arranged for her to take a vehicle we were interested in for a overnight test drive. After the sale a loaner was provided while the bank details were finalized. My experience with the Nissan Stadium dealership and specifically Quin my sales representative was amazing. This was my first big car purchase and Quin was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and made sure I was very well taken care of. I can’t say enough how fantastic our experience was with the salesman and manager. Just outstanding. They both went WAAAAAAY above and beyond to make things work for my rather poor daughter after she had had a disastrous dishonest and ultimately very expensive interaction with disinterested and I think unethical staff at FISHCREEK NISSAN. I'm rating the service dept only, as I haven't bought a vehicle here. I know nothing about cars, but I've had excellent service here for my little Versa. On multiple occasions I've asked about an issue that I was unsure about. They look into it, and if it doesn't need to be dealt with right away they'll 1) tell me, 2) explain why, and 3) let me know what to watch for in the future. Never felt like they were charging me for useless services. Not giving 5-stars because it's still expensive.

I was impressed on how the staff treat their customers. Rose was awesome and knowledgeable. She even offered us coffee and drinks while we were there. She tried her best to help me the best way she can. Rose and Selena were amazing. They both did their best to help make the whole process quick and easy. I recently bought a Nissan Rogue from Quin at Stadium Nissan. From the moment when I stepped on the lot to look at SUV's, to when I picked up my new Rogue. The service was fantastic. Selina from finance made the purchase simple and easy and was there to answer any questions after the sale. Spoke twice to a lady when i selected the service option and on both occasions she was very curt and cold. Wasn't helpful and didn't have the answers. I said I'd just go to another Nissan location and she coldly said "sounds good"- she couldn't even be bothered. There was a used Kia Sorento we wanted, and Rose, the sales agent, put us on whatsapp and showed us the SUV on video, and answered all our questions. It happened, the CVT transmission on my son's 2016 Rogue conked out after about 115,000 kms. $8,000 dollars to replace it! Even Nissan is unsympathetic. WARNING - don't buy Nissan - they have major mechanical failures usually after the new car warranty runs out. Best to buy a toyota, honda or Ford.
