I went there with my mother and older sister. We don't go here often so we were not sure what to get. When we ordered, they took my name. As we were waiting, they never called my name, but put 2 drinks on the table. We've never been there, so we didn't know how things worked. We waited about 25 mins before getting frustrated. Then realize that those were our 2 drinks. We ordered 3. I asked why didn't anyone say my name? There was no answer. As other people were coming in after us and getting their drinks, my mother asked for hers and the lady at the front said she just hasn't made it yet. Why when we ordered and been waiting. We had to get someone else involved because they didn't check the order and finally made my mother's drink. However, it was incorrect. We had to get her to make the correct drink. The seating area is not really nice and the chairs are not comfortable. We should have used the drive through.

We live way on the other side of town but come to this Starbucks regularly, passing 2 other Starbucks on our way. This location is always so friendly and professional however, tonight, the staff went above and beyond. My daughter and I were having a rough day and figured a cake pop might help. The staff absolutely made our day! Our mood was 100% better and we so needed it! This staff definitely deserves recognition, it's rare to find caring and personable employees like them! Best Starbucks location EVER and we'll always come back!!!

This place has so many compassionate baristas! Just to name a few Steve, Casey, Sarah and Conner!! Long story short, I came in the VERY UPSET visibly, Steve didn't pry, but asked if I was ok.. After telling him why I was so upset, with concern in his eyes, he told me he would pray for a good outcome.. Now everytime I come in to get my regular coffee, he asks how my granddaughter is doing, with all the prayers she is doing awesome!! Not only do they have wonderful coffee, but they also have very compassionate baristas working there!! Thanks to all of you at Irvington plaza Starbucks!!

I didn't receive my full order. People should pay more attention to mobile orders so the customers actually get what they pay for, and not have to go through the pain of having to wait over 30 minutes to talk to an agent through Starbucks website only to tell you there's nothing they can do. It's literally their app? How is there nothing they can do? Extremely dissatisfied and I will not be ordering from this store again. Even doordash does better than this and that speaks VOLUMES.

I placed my order. Cashier didn't ask for my name. 3 people in a group came after me and got there coffee before me. I only had 1 coffee. When I asked why I was skipped. She didn't have a reason. $5.00 for maybe 3oz of coffee and ice. I won't be going back. I also had to ask for cream. I wasn't told it didn't come with it. For someone new to this they weren't very helpful.

Kudos to the poor barista who put up with my ridiculous orders. It was my first time ordering off the "secret menu", and they were very patient (though a little annoyed for obvious reasons). However, the main drink was perfectly made. Kudos to them big time. They even captured the ombre effect perfectly.

Only good for drive through. seating is poor. Not a good place to go to do group work or anything with more than two people. The parking lot is full even with only 3 customers in the building. (lots of parking spaces but all full). Seating could be fixed if the empty area adjoined in the small building was bought and repurposed.

So slow every time I go here... today was my last. I was in the pick up line today for about 25 minutes, 4 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window they didn't have a record of my order and so then I sat there another 4 minutes waiting for mine to be made. The cashier was pleasant and apologetic, that's why I gave them 2⭐s

I had to return my caramel macchiato because she forgot to add the vanilla.... I asked if it had vanilla in it... she said "oh I was thinking about that". Lol And the sitting area was nasty. The floor had trash and dirt everywhere so it wasn't just a busy time. Tables and chairs were unorganized and a mess.

The drive thru was quick. The person did not greet me with welcome. Bad morning? But we can have them. Coffee not filled to top and bland vanilla latte. I will try again another day to give the benefit of doubt.

My drink was sloppily made and messed up. I asked for white chocolate mocha and they gave me regular chocolate totally threw my whole drink off. My friend ordered a vanilla bean frappe with cookie crumbles, the drink was already melted when they gave it to us. Very disappointed in my experience.

For a new store the young people working there are doing a great job. Its unfortunate that management doesnt listen to the young voice of experience to adequately stock the store with food and sweets offerings. This store has been opened for a week and they are very busy, but run out of stuff.

This Starbucks is INCREDIBLE! The customer service is second to none...Shelby stood out more then any restaurant employee I've dealt with. She went out of her way to make my 2 year old daughter happy. We always feel great when coming here. This place is exceptional!
