Every single time I order from this location they always and I mean always get my order perfect. I live two hours from liberty now and any time I’m in the area I have to stop by. I go to other locations that are closer or more convenient and to say there is major inconsistencies with those places would be an understatement. I wish they could be more like this location. Plus, every one who works at this location are so very kind and friendly. Today in particular is my sons 10 year angelversary and I stopped in just to grab my favorite drink and their kindness and a compliment they gave me was much needed today. I just couldn’t go through the rest of my day without thanking them for their greatness and saying how much I deeply appreciate their store entirely. So thank you to all who work here because it truly doesn’t matter what time or day I stop by all of you are amazing each time! It’s just perfect so thank you so much!

So through the drive through it took so long for an order. I ordered 2 Gouda cheese breakfast sandwiches and two breakfast egg sandwiches and a cold brew with vanilla and a blueberry muffin. For wtvr reason I find my food reeking of some girl wiping everything below the belt then warming the foods. Then the drink I had l, reeks and tasted of vaginal fluids within the drink, the girl who opened the window and handed me the food was wiping her hands on her apron and shook her shoulders saying here you go and have a good day I told her thanks you as well she turned quickly and slammed the window shut without a response. And the car behind me did not even budge as I was pulling away wondering what was going on because I guess they noticed something was odd as well.

Go here only if you want to wait forever and have an incompetent barista. At 11:45 am on a Sunday. Huge line growing and growing. They did not take a drive thru order several cars ahead of us for 5 minutes... then finally asked if someone had helped them. Then the barista appeared to be socializing with the car 2 ahead of us for 5 minutes. Barista messed up stars/ money and didn't put sleeve around drink or offer a stopper. She had to call someone to fix stars/points issue. Flower beds are not taken care of and full of trash. This was the longest wait and worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks location. I'm glad its not my local location because I can't imagine what it is like on a weekday morning. UPDATE: they took all my points AND money!!! So I paid twice for one drink.

Went in around 11:00 in the morning on Monday and had to wait for several minutes in front of an empty register while two girls talked behind the counter. Once I did get to order, I had to wait another ten minutes for my latte in an empty store, and when I did get it, it was disappointingly small for the nearly 5 dollars I spent on it. The coffee was…well I’ve had worse before, but this one is certainly on my list of poorly made coffees. In addition, the interior was a mess. I hope that the crew was just recovering from a rush, but given the late hour, I think it’s more an issue with the employees and management. Overall, you can get much better coffee at a cheaper price, better service, and cleaner properties at any other place in the area. I’ll never be back.

Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Cashier got one of my drinks wrong. When I mentioned it, no apologies. They told me they will make me the right drink and I can keep the wrong one, because they have to throw it away anyways. Since they didn’t offer to refund the incorrect drink, which was a specialty latte and charge the correct ice americano, I went up to the cashier and requested that they do so. Cashier wasn’t pleased. Perhaps annoyed because I created more work by asking their mistake to be corrected. Now this is the cherry on top: instead of refunding the difference, they charged the difference extra on my card! Bravo! Never have I experienced this in the countless Starbucks I visited.

My friend passed away a couple months ago and sometimes I get her favorite drink, because Starbucks she enjoyed so much and I have her name put on it. Well on this day I was getting that drink for a friend and I started bawling uncontrollably as I was ordering. I have never met a nicer group of ladies. I was definitely at a breaking point and they comforted me more than I ever knew I needed. They not only said the nicest things to me but also wrote it on the drink I got for myself. Here I was just getting a drink to remember my friend and here they were going way beyond their job to comfort me. I appreciate you all and you will never fully know how much I felt uplifted. For this I am forever grateful. Thank you!

I decided to try online ordering (not through the app) to lessen my wait time. I think the drive thru beats online orders. I’ve had to wait all 3 times I’ve tried online ordering. Today was the final chance. Ordered about 15 minutes in advance and still waited an extra 10 minutes. While getting a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer, they called my name…. After the girl basically told me they were 10 minutes behind. Never once asked my name. The last time, it took 3 tries to get my order right. After wasting 2 cups because they couldn’t just add the missing ingredient, I finally asked for the remaining missing ingredient on the side so it wouldn’t turn into 3 wasted cups.

Dropped the kids off at school and went through the drive thru for a mocha frap for my wife. Got to the window and payed the $6, when i get my card back I was told to pull around front and someone will bring the drink out to me. After 15 minutes of sitting in the front spot. I got angry and stormed inside for a refund. I was told that they got 20 mobile orders at once and they refunded my money. WAKE UP STARBUCKS! Is the priority someones mobile order that isn't even at the restaurant or someone in your drive thru? PLEASE SAY SOMETHING BEFORE PEOPLE PAY IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO HAVE THE DRINK READY AS EXPECTED AT THE WINDOW!

Waited 45 minutes for two hot chocolates. Food was done in 10-15 minutes but was cold by the time we got our drinks. We did a mobile order. My husband had to ask 3 times where he was in the queue and was told 5-10 drinks but it was more like 30 drinks by the time we finally got them. Staff threw away so many drinks down the drain and people were taking drinks that weren’t theirs because they were tired of waiting. Today was the slowest wait we’ve had. This location needs more employees and help.

The wait is always super long and this time when I got to the window I paid using my app, almost immediately after I paid another girl came to the window asking if I had paid already and then asked for my order again instead of just asking the girl who I already spoke to (they were literally right next to each other). I ordered two vanilla sweet cream cold brews and was just given a vanilla iced coffee, no cold foam at all, plus they both have some sort of weird floaties in them. Overall super disappointed with this location.

Ordered online. Showed up 15 min after it should have been ready. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us.... got to the window, and they handed me the 2 drinks but said they were behind on food. It was a cake pop. There's nothing to make - just put it in a bag. Literally waited 4 -5 more minutes to get the cake pop.

Today I ordered two drinks through the drive thru. The guy at the window spilled the persons drink. I got my two drinks and one of them had the drink all over the top of the cup. The drinks were not sweet at all and I ordered one with extra caramel drizzle and did not get that at all. The other drink tasted like cocoa powder dog water and was not good at all. I love starbucks but this was not it today.

Nice Starbucks location. There is lots of light and space to have a coffee with a friend or work. The parking lot and drive through are not the greatest because they're a little cramped and lots of traffic. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. There are so many other Starbucks around the area that you could choose an easier one to get in and out of.

This location tops the other starbucks by far for customer service... the other one has rude help... theyre out of drinks alot, thanks to the lazy people that don't go to work and collect unemployment, and the whole nation being backed up thanks to shutting the country down... so outages are a nationwide problem with more than just starbucks.... their drive thru line moves fast normally unless a picky lady gets in front of you in line, then you're screwed....

The holidays seem to bring out the worst in people. The poor understaffed workers were completely overrun this morning by rude, entitled, and demanding customers. They were clearly working as fast as they could yet people were still downright rude. They continued to bust their butts despite being ridiculed at every turn. Our drinks were great and they still managed to be respectful and maintain their composure. Great job ladies, keep up the good work!

Plan on sitting for at least 10-20 minutes in line. This place is literally the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve been to. Even when other places are more busy, they still manage to take the crown for slowest location. I’ve been in line for 15 minutes so far and there are still 3 people ahead of me. In addition to the extreme wait times, the are always out of something. Literally ALWAYS. Almond milk is like a rarity. They need some serious changes made.

Barista should look at what the customer wants when you order. When it says no foam that means no foam. Also make sure you know what goes on a cinnamon dolce latte. Usually good service and good drinks but not today. Once again your order a $6 to $7 drink and it's not made right because they don't look at what you have ordered. No foam is NO FOAM. Time to find another place to get my drink from.

Do not go inside to order! I waited 45 minutes and had to ask for refund. Staff didn’t seem to care other than a blonde lady at the register. A complete waste of time. FYI, they are mixing online orders with in person orders. You go in order your drink and could have 20 online orders ahead of you. In person order should have priority over online! Filed a complaint directly with Starbucks! And they compensated me for my time.

_____ I met a friend here for coffee, this was my first time in this store since their opening. The store was clean and orderly, all the baristas were festive in their holiday attire, Michael Buble sang about White Christmas. All in all a very pleasant little visit, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and my peppermint latte and would totally meet my friend here again.

My experience was horrible, as my drinks wer e being prepared, once they were completed, the young lady never called my name, it sat on the counter for several minutes, until I decided to go and check. When I got up there, I notice my name, went to ask for a tray for all my drinks, she stated yeah, grabbed the tray and threw the drink tray at me, instead of laying it on the counter. I will not support another Starbucks.

I come here every Wednesday morning to work with a friend. Unfortunately, this location has the most comfortable seating and worst coffee. The drinks they put out are so wildly inconsistent. If I’m paying over $7 for an unmodified menu drink, I expect consistency and for them to be made correctly across locations. I’ve had to ask them to remake a drink three times before giving up.

I was really glad they built a starbucks in this location, however, I have to plan about 30 minutes in line, regardless of what day or time it is. I thought I got lucky once and made it to the window in 10 minutes, and they parked me. This problem with that, was that the parking lot was full and there was nowhere to go. I've started going back to the one on 152 or the one on Antioch because it is almost always faster.

Couldn’t believe it- 5 min till close and they had locked the door already and told me, Thru the window in the drive thru, that they couldn’t sell me a cup?! Not a drink, just a piece of retail and they stated they had all registers pulled and said no can do… not the Starbucks experience I would expect from a corporate store… I’m not the last min drink gal… just wanting a tumbler… shame on you!

This Starbucks has constant issues. Super long drive through during week, mobile ordering does not save time (when it's available), out of products, out of milk and now I go by today and they are completely closed. Seems this owner/franchisee did not do their research on how busy this location would be. We were so excited to get one in the neighborhood, but at this rate it's not worth it.

What is the point of rewards points if you can't use them! I was told I can not redeem my rewards points at this location maybe it was because the girl at the window was in too much of a rush to get me out of there either way this was a horrible experience. I will never come back to this store again! Horrible customer service and to make things worse my coffee wasn't made correctly.

This Starbucks is great. Clean, nice employees, fast. Never a confusion with my orders. I was having a morning, Starbucks was definitely needed. Liberty really has become chalk full of grade A white collar a**holes. I've seen people treat these workers like garbage, ignoring them and refusing to speak. Even under these conditions from the people they're serving, The baristas here have always been so kind, the orders are always on point.

Horrible service. If one wants just a coffee you are now in line with foo foo drinks. Counter folks used to just fill the cup and that was it. Now they put the easiest possible order in line with the $7 drinks. If you just want coffee go to scooters or a place that values a real java drinker.

Waited over 20 minutes after the mobile order time I was given. Lots of people waiting the same amount of time if not longer. When asking the batista if their the second part of their order would be done soon, the reply was "yes, hopefully it'll be soon."

I ask for my coffee to be heated to 180 degrees. You say extra hot. Not quite there folks. The store at Hwy 169 & Barry Rd gets it 180 degrees EVERY TIME. All the other stores could learn from them. I paid over $7 for this after all.
