This place is a disgrace and has two doctors out of four who need to lose their licence...... I ended up in Accident Emergency from one doctor, and would have ended up there or worse with another doctor who gave me a script for something that I cannot take due to having Asthma..... Luckily I checked for myself.. I was given a drug that was listed as a drug I would have a severe reaction to.. It caused seriously nerve problems and had me shaking and twitching unbearably, then when I went back to get something to relieve these side effects, the Doctor refused to help me.. I was then banned from the surgery for getting upset and complaining.. Also this Doctor their broke Confidentiality on several occasions telling my ex partner personal information about me.. I I hurt my back and doctor there gave me high doses of oxycontin, and despite warnings on the medication not to stop taking abruptly, I was cut off cold, and had to go to accident emergency that night with my two small children that I look after as a single child... Disgraceful clinic...

Couldn't get an appointment at my regular doctors, so made an appointment here as my family doctor for years was doctor tree who unfortunately is no longer here !!! I had this new male RUDE doctor who was telling me he can't help me and that I need t0 see a psychologist!!!! As I am about to go into surgery and had the Dandenong hospital instruct me to see a gp to have a script for valium as I am an extremely nervous patient and leading Up to my surgery iv been exp panic attacks, couldn't help me basically questioned me as if I was a lier !!!! And told me to go see my regular doctor, which I did and was scribed medication that was needed !!! Never going back here don't advise anyone t0 even bother with this place !! Like I said before doctor tree who use to be here for years was fantastic!!!! My mother and father as have stopped going here before of the rude male doctor here and now I know why !! Doctors like him need to be reported

i went in this morning because i had horrible pains in the bottom left of my stomach & Dr Sonair Ali Rana felt the area and straight away said that i need to go to hospital, didn’t run any tests, no urine or bloods, so i went to the hospital which is so ridiculous as all these tests that they did at the hospital could’ve done at my local gp but he is just so extremely lazy, it’s not the first time where he has dismissed me with a poor excuse because it really seems like he simply just can’t be bothered doing his job, he also has done the same thing with my mother who suffers from crohn’s disease. I’ve been going to stirling since i was born and my parents have been there for since it opened and never have had as many problems as there is now, if you want to come in i highly recommend seeing Dr Jing Hu, she is an absolutely fantastic Dr, it’s just sad you can’t have multiple doctors like her.

Gone completely down the drain with the new owners and management. The male dr is rude and uneducated when it comes to simple skills like interacting kindly with patients and listening to their needs. Told me before I even discussed my issues that they weren’t a “drug clinic” and they don’t “prescribe drugs” four people I know who go there experienced this too …. Never in my life have I felt so judged without any reason. All of the original doctors are gone, none of the old patients go here anymore. It’s honestly so disappointing. I had been going here since I was 7. After ONE appointment with him, I’d never step foot in there again.. Even if I was in desperate need. Feel sorry for the locals, especially the oldies… Only good thing remaining are the reception staff.

After dealing with a very incompetent Dr at another medical centre, I was referred to this bunch of muppets. They over prescribe, get caught out, then ban you from their centre. Most of the admin staff are polite except one. They accused me of a defamatory act, but, would not back it up with black & white evidence. They advised me I was no longer able to make an appointment, nor, go back to see them. I had to go through Medicare, The Medical Board, etc, only to find out that there never was any "evidence" against me. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone for any of their services. Do your homework, find a Dr that suits you, not that suits them.

Thanks to the Nurse who gave me my covid vaccination on the 27th Sep around 4.05pm 2021. She asked me to count the boxes in a chart and I didn't even know that she gave me the Jab. one of the best medical centers I have been to. Starting from the reception every one is Kind and very professional.I had my 2nd jab today 24th Oct 2021 1.45pm once again 5 stars to the nurse I didn't even feel the jab going in. Also offered me a Lolly because I'm really scared of needles. I couldn't thank enough to the staff at this medical center. Such a good experience

Doctor didn’t really care just wanted to send us to the hospital lucky my partner manage to get an appointment to our regular doctor later on, hospitals are slammed and don’t have time for a patient who just needed a prescription for an ointment! I have no idea what he was doing but we arrived 15mins early, no one was waiting to see him and he still was nearly 30mins late to see us which kind of shocked me, I would never use this doctor again as it was a complete waste of time. The other doctors maybe competent, but he wasn’t

I have been going to this cinic for the past 8 years and could not be happier..All admin staff are amazing they have helped me with my health and had great outcomes. Always get my reminders for certain things and to know that my family are very well respected by all staff there is amazing always asking how my children are and by name just goes to show how family orientated they are and very caring. You guys are amazing keep up the great work as a while team..Dr Hu you are the best doctor we have ever seen.

I have been going to this clinic for few years now. In terms of reception Alex is the best and of all the doctors I have consulted Dr Rana is by far the best! I would say he is the best I have consulted in 13 years. He really cares, he explains everything and gives you the time you need. Above all his communication is not rushed. He probes into the issue with questions and gets to the bottom of the issue. I am glad I consulted him today and I know whom to see next if I need a Doc. Thank You Doctor Rana

We arrived for our appointed vaccines in time and told to sit in the waiting room. 45 minutes later I noticed people walking straight past, getting vaccinated and leaving. My husband enquired what was going on and was told “sorry, you should’ve waited down the hall”. The waiting room was packed, no real social distancing and our entire family was potentially exposed for way longer than necessary. Terrible set up! We weren’t the only ones either

Myself and family all go here, the Dr we see is very good with kids and she has a good caring nature. Investigates things more. Had no issues with her. They also do bulk bill up until 5pm no bilk bill on weekends. Can get blood and urine test at centre and small surgical like stitches etc. Have a physio and a phycologists a few days a week. Staff are pleasant good size waiting area with toys for kids a TV and magazines. Disabled access and parking

I have been a patient for a number of years and have always felt well looked after by Dr Jing Hu, the reception and nursing staff. That is until I met Dr. Rana whose only MO it seems is to go to the Emergency Department, he is a disgrace. Each time I had the misfortune of having to see him he sent me to the hospital. I don’t know if he is lazy or just has no idea but I will never waste my time with him again….I will just go straight to the ED!

We were greatful to get an emergency appointment for my husband but very desapointed when we saw doctor Rana this morning. Very abrupt and rude, specifically the way he treated the young nurses in front of us. He doesn't have people skills to deal with his patients. Will see Doctor Jin Hu anytime but never will see doctor Rana again. I known this clinic for the last 30 years, looks like is going down hill. A doctor doesn't need to be arrogant.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, while the staff and doctors are nice l find the new management are not looking after patient needs. The doctors that were there for many years left and trying to build a repore with the new ones is hard when they don't stay. One minute they are there then gone. At times we are lucky if there are two doctors on staff. Management need to look after all the staff there and lift their game.

We saw Dr Joel Ang for my daughter who had been unwell with a fever. He was very thorough and took the time to get to know myself and my daughter. Asking her questions to keep her calm and having me involved with the process. We got a swift and accurate diagnosis and she was on the mend. I would have no hesitation to see him again. The reception team were also very friendly and prompt.

A serious review needs to occur with Dr Rana, as others have mentioned below he seems to avoid providing insightful diagnoses and send everyone to the ED unnecessarily. Went in for a sprained shoulder and was told I had dislocated it by Dr Rana, went to the ED and the staff were shocked that I was told this. There is a reason Dr Rana’s appointments are always available AVOID

I booked the Pfizer booking for one month ago I got the apoitnment during booking let them already know don't have medicare card they said OK.waiting one month and calling four to five times to make sure they said all good.today when I arrive because of don't have medicare they cannot do vaccine.why waste my time for one month. Really disappointed for this clinic..

Dr Rana is the worst excuse of a doctor. Will always say go the the hospital when it would be a simple script. I have been sick for a week and came for some guidance and was just told to take cold and flu tablets, even after being on them for almost a week. Never ever coming back to this clinic while he is still there. Dismissive and rude with no manner.

wanted appointment for my brother who has moved here from tasmania has alcohol and mental health issues at first given an appointment time for 4 jan only to be told 5 minutes later that doctors cant see him i thought all doctors cant refuse to treat someone ill never go there again they told me to try somewhere else going to a current afair

Dr Nu Wai is amazing!, I had been shuffled through a few different doctors at another clinic with no real plan or outcome, Dr Nu Wai was incredible!! Listened to what I was saying got me the referrals I needed made a plan for me. I am so so thankful I was referred to this clinic. The reception staff were lovely

I had visited Dr. Ali Rana for my infection in right side of the throat and he advised to visit hospital. I requested for referral but he told to visit emergency department. Also, asked if i am really bad with infection to visit hospital. Its gonna take long hours for queue. Hight disappointed

I am a recently new patient to this clinic. I have found Dr. Rana to be thorough, considered and helpful, with prompt referral to a specialist when it was considered prudent. I will continue attending this clinic, I am very happy with the care and attention provided by Dr. Rana.

I had my booster here on February, and they still haven't updated my certificate, I called many times and all i get is we will let the nurse know but nothing happens, i been out of work for a week now because of them. Do yourself a favour and don't get your vaccinations here.

Everyone including the reception staff and GP were really nice and welcoming. Dr Ali listened to my concerns and explained the treatment pathways in a detailed and clear manner. Highly Recommended and this is my new favourite Medical Centre in the South East from now on.

I have been going to Stirling Medical Centre for over 10yrs and I'm happy with dr jing hu and the receptionist are friendly, pleasing and helpful. The only frustrating thing is the wait times can be long sometimes besides that it's a good Medical Centre.

I saw Dr Sonair Ali Rana as my regular GP was unavailable and I can not fault him. He was excellent in treating my 5 month old, I will happily return. The Receptionist was also genuinely friendly, a very good clinic, highly recommended it.

Couldn't get appointment with my regular doctor so it was my first time visiting here and surely my last time. The doctor did not even tried to help me and asked me to book an appointment with my regular doctor to help. Disappointing! :(

The staff are friendly and reception is very food however, the wait time is the worst I have experienced anywhere. At times I have been the only person in the waiting room and I have waited almost an hour!! This needs to improve doctors.

There is always a issue with a clinic phone number. You never seem to get through in one phone call. I am calling during their operating hours yet its giving me after hours services options. Its extremely frustrating.

Walked in with a burn wound and they had no nurse to dress my arm ?!? I don’t understand this medical should just shut down completely useless. The doctor obviously wouldn’t bother dressing my wound either …

I just transferred to this practice and what a wonderful experience I had. All the staff where friendly and helpful and the waiting time was minimal. Very impressed with the service here.

Came here with a clearly obvious infection to a surgical wound to be sent away with no antibiotic and told to contact my surgeon instead. Do not go here if you actually want to get help.

Stirling Medical has been our family doctors clinic for nearly 20 years, the doctors are fantastic and the receptionists are always friendly.
