We happened in by chance, and we are so glad! Ann (sp?) was absolutely delightful, and the books and prints are a treasure. If you're looking to find the exact text to start you on a magical quest, you'll want to stop in. There are books and maps to get you where you need to be, and the guides behind the desk are there to offer their support. I'm only 63% tongue-in-cheek. It felt absolutely magical to just be there, and bringing home a map that was printed just shy of 200 years ago feels nearly impossible, yet here we are.

Wonderful interesting bookshop situated in the George's St Arcade. The owner is very welcoming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You will find interesting old books, collections of diverse subject matters, all at bargain prices. Beloved browsing shop of the discerning Dubliner and tourist in search of a good read, it's got a faithful following if satisfied customers.

Possibly the top bookshop in Dublin for books on Irish history The owner is usually available with helpful advice. One afternoon when I was browsing he recommended several books that I didn’t realise covered my topic of research. Priceless in depth knowledge
