The company I work for is based in Cape Town and we had some items in JHB that we needed to store for a short while. Ryan from Stor-Age Cresta was a great. Since I wasn't physically there everything was done via email. Efficient and great service overall. Not giving 5 stars as there were a few things that myself and my colleague had to follow up on. Other than that I'd definitely recommend this storage unit.

Excellent Service from Zintle and Louise, they made efforts to accommodate and assist to get the most convenient package for our requirements. I am really impressed with Stor-Age's service so far. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They provide all the services we need for moving and storing our belongings, making moving much easier and less stressful. The facility is very secure and clean which gives me peace of mind that our belongings are safe.

Clean, efficient, to the point. Did I mention how clean it is? Stor-age just knows what they're doing. I've been to a few of their branches and they're all solid. None of them look dodgy. Build quality is really good and security is also top notch. Rest assured that your stuff is safe. Definitely recommend it

Great service from The ladies infront! They locked my storage as I forgot to do It! And I didn’t even ask them to Do it!! Great team! Loved the equipment provided to move the furniture in and out of the storage unit!!!! Delivery was a slight hiccup but all is well! I would use storage unit again

Neat and tidy storage facility. It is fully computer controlled, has got cameras in all the all the relevant areas, automated entry and exit. They also sell packing boxes, packing tapes and locks for storing convenience. The only thing that could be improved to have extended open and closing timings.

I have had a truly amazing experience with Stor-age Cresta. My moving in process was smooth and professional; the receptionists are kind and respectful; and I know that the contents of my unit are safe because when I mistakenly didn’t lock my unit properly I was immediately sent an sms alert.

The service was great, the lady Zintle that assisted was very patient and took me to view all the units they have available. I was very impressed with their facilities they are so clean, and the security is also tight love it. I will definitely be storing my stuff with them.

Extremely helpful staff, the storage units are clean and the premises in general are spotless. Lovely big lifts so we were able to access our unit with large furniture pieces easily. Easy access and security is excellent and well controlled.

Delightful experience. 15 min to view and rent the space. Zintle is very professional and response on e-mails gets attended to same day. Storage space is neat and accessible easily with trolleys and elevators. Absolutely recommend.
