I really love it specially the Manager Hana she is amazing person her service with smiley face and treats the customers she has a great management personality I own a business it is hard to find good employees like. Also what really amazing about her every time when I come to the property if she not in the office she cleaned the property or check everyone if they ok I remember one day it was very hot outside she come to me asked me if I need water that is she go out of her way to help

I have been treated so well by the manager Hannah at StorageMart she listened to my needs and she made accommodation and she always keep me posted and she gave me a great great deal what I needed she observed my needs she shared her concerns and I believe she had went above and Beyond her duties she is the best and I always see her working and to make the place look nice with Landscaping and keeping it clean she is a perfect example of having Pride on her job

This is not a safe place to store your belongings. I used this facility while I was moving and within two months of storing my items there was a break in and items were taken from my unit as well as it being ransacked. It turned out that it was another storage unit renter that broke into multiple units. Management was not helpful in reimbursing me for my loss.

I had an excellent experience working with Hannah at the 3401 Broadway Storage Mart! She was extremely helpful and accommodating with my move. To top it off, she was always smiling and willing to go the extra mile! I would recommend Storage Mart (and Hannah) for all your storage needs

I’ve been renting a storage locker from Storage Mart on Broadway for 3 years now - having changed unit sizes multiple times and they’ve made it so easy to quickly make changes to my account as my storage needs have changed. I’ll continue to rent from this place for years to come.

Hannah and Rowan have been incredible. When we had extra charges that we didn't know about, Rowan was able to walk us through and credit us back for unnecessary charges. The team at this location has been incredibly attentive and always available when called with an issue.

Andre was so calm , helpful and professional. He thoroughly explained my options and the payment and check-in process. I went from first call to moving in in less than two hours. Staff at the facility were also friendly and helpful. Really helped me out when in needed it.

The staff at Storage Mart on Broadway are amazing. My favorite is Hannah as she saw me struggling moving my stuff in and found me a flat cart to make it easier! I'm used to other people walking by and ignoring me but she really went above and beyond. 10/10

My dad and I came to storage mart last minute to find quick and easy storage and storage mart came through for us! Rowan was very patient with us and took the time to explain the little details and any questions we had about rent/check-ins/security, etc!

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I’m only upset I can give them more than 5 stars! Property manager even brought me water on day was moving out of unit. Grounds are kept clean and well secure! Would definitely use again without hesitation!

I asked for the largest space because I’m moving from a 3 bedroom house all my stuff couldn’t fit even the customer service representative asked why would they sell you this unit so I had to rent another space on the move day horrible

Called in to inquire about units and got enough information to basically make a decision on the spot. the rep also found discounts and promotions to apply to the unit without me having to request so, which i appreciate very much.

I talked to Missy and she was so kind and helpful and made sure that I was fully aware of everything and she made the process very smooth and easy!! Most definitely would recommend storage mart!!
