I had this storage unit for more than 5 years. My stuff is intact. Excellent quality of climate control and security. I would definitely rent one unit in this storage facility again. EXCELLENT. As to prices, it increased from a low amount to an amount that was excessive even after having been a client for more than 5 years. Besides that, I strongly recommend this Storage Mart location in Brickell. Thanks! P.S.: The pic was taken right after I left the unit. No humidity or water damage. Perfect condition.

Had my stuff here for 6 years while living abroad and everything held up really well. The place is clean, well managed and safe. Great location with parking. It was always easy to get in and out. I had a payment issue once in all those years and it was easily resolved. Pricing increased once or twice per year much like other places. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would definitely use this storage again if needed. Thanks Brad for checking me out so smoothly.

Very easy access to the building, the storages are ready and clean. Instructions at entrance / office to check in are very professional and the lady helping me was very friendly and helped me with a last time change. Service from the lady in the front desk sucks. She ALWAYS mad and have an attitude with customer including myself and a friend who referred me to this storage. If you read this and you don’t like your job just quit ma’am. We pay for a service, questions and whatever we need to be at facility need to be addressed property and in a professional manner.

Eileen was the person who checked me and explained everything to me. She was very professional and informative. The locker was given to me very clean. The building on a whole seems clean, organized. Security is very good. Metal gates to get in, access code needed for entry and elevator. Plenty of cameras everywhere. All in all good place.

I moved my two bedroom apartment recently and the staff was amazing. Eileen was very helpful answering all my questions and helping me with the entire process. Moving can be so stressful and having a good advice and help from Eileen definitely made the difference for an easier move in. Thank you!

Building and staff are great. Parking is limited so you have to plan you visit. Price increases can push your monthly amount much higher than the initial buy in.
