My Brother sadly passed away last year August. His ex wife then gained access to the storage unit and ever since then the unit has been under lockdown. We have provided all the relevant information and even our lawyers advised them they they are assisting us regarding my brother's estate but they just don't want to assist us in gaining access without executors letter. With covid its been a issue to obtain one due to basically no one working or want to working at the masters high court... so now we have a bill sky rocketing they we eventually will need to cough up when we one day receive the executor letter... i have advised them that we are prepared to settle the storage fees to just be able to gain access and get my brother's stuff but they don't want to help or understand at all... I have requested for management to phone me to no success... all i keep getting is the account lady saying they wont assist without an executors letter....

Cost effective, could put up lights in the units but good place for storage.
