Disappointing to the core. Went for hair cut and was asked if i need stylist or senior stylist,I chose senior stylist thinking I would really get a professional cut. But to my disappointment the whole experience sucked. I asked for multiple layer ~butterfly cut, but looks like he doesn't even understand what haircut is. Just using scissor and chopping hair isn't called haircut that even I can do at my home or ask a parlor didi to do same. Client will show you reference and have expectation, and I'm aware that you cannot fulfill it 100% but atleast try to reach it. My haircut looks like it has been just trimmed from long length to short with few fringes. Not professional no senior stylist look given.Also it's my mistake the first time I saw him using scissor I understood its going to be my bad day but still went ahead to be polite. A good barber can easily be spotted with how his hands are with scissor. Lastly I do not understand why almost all salons these days are primarily focused on styling. I'm asking HAIRCUT give me a cut, even before the haircutting finishes they are ready with their straightener/curler/drier to manipulate us that there is a change in look. FOCUS ON CUTTING HAIR! Pathetic horrible and cheating in the name of senior stylist.

Being a dark skinned bride in India can be a nightmare..specially if you are from the North.. but you need artists like Clara to make you shine in your own skin..I always knew I was pretty but as cliche as it might sound I wanted to sweep my groom off his feet! Well.. All thanks to Clara it was a dream come true.. make up and hair was exactly as discussed and the secret is I just followed her suggestions and beleived in her. She suggested the colour palette and the hairstyle.. people seriously.. you can just leave yourself in her able hands and this Lady knows her job WELL! Extremely well! ❤️ The look and the hair stayed all night with all crazy dancing in the party and yup.. I did see that mesmerised look on my hubby's face Being a dancer I have been dressed up by MANY people but trust me all everybody tries to do is make you look bright (=fair ) I somehow had the confidence and trust in Clara that she will make me look even more beautiful and it did pay off..! My mom was extremely happy with the trial itself.. so happy that she wanted Clara to dress her up too and all of you will agree how difficult it is to convince moms around wedding time.. still reading my long review?? Haven't booked an appointment yet?? Ohh God!

I went to this place after a lot of google searches...what i personally wanted was a complete professional guidance and customer friendly service for my pre-bridal skin and hair treatment.within the first meet itself , i was completely stree free regarding my treatments because Clara mam , Cyrus sir and the entire team Leena, shilpa, rekha , and shabnam are so customer friendly guiding the newcomers with so much hospitality as well as professionally.Also the entire team provides u all the information you need for any treatment you are wishing to do by doing all the required testing and examinations.All my queries were answered confidently.It was my first time for hair smoothening ,colouring and highlights , and honestly I dint have much knowledge regading treatments but the team wrked on my hairs with great care and i loved my new look entirely .My hairs turned out so smooth and the colour highlights have literally changed my entire look.All my pre-bridals services were also done smoothly and I felt so much relaxed after the entire service. You will be in experts hand with Clara as your makeup artist and hair stylist for your big day. On the day of my wedding she showed up early smiling with excitement! Her friendly personality and caring nature instantly eased my nerves. When she finished with my make up and hairstyle, I felt so beautiful and everyone loved my look .. It was natural but gorgeous. And I looked like a princess. My bridesmaids makeup was done by Clara too and she was looking absolutely beautiful and flawless. My mother who hardly ever wears make-up was unsure how she would look.... but once it was done, the end result was FANTASTIC! My mom looked beautiful! I had a consultation session with Clara, where she really listened to my vision for the day and went about creating it perfectly and showed what it was going to look like on the wedding day. She did a great job on the trial and an even better job the day of the wedding . I only have great things to say about her. I would highly recommend her for your occasions. I personally plan on using her for any other occasions I would need make-up done.

The reviews are every bit true! Yesterday was my first time visiting Studio23salon for a haircut and it won't be the last! The Ambience is very pleasant and welcoming, both Cyrus and Clara are warm hearted and made me feel comfortable, I was anxious to go short, given that most places mess up the Bob haircut no matter what the claims but Clara is a magician with hair! I bugged her with questions about the length and the cut and the look and the feel and she kindly explained everything as she expertly cut my hair, her suggestions for the cut turned out to be the perfect ones given that it's difficult to visualise your own hair as a layman! The experience was great to say the least! I would definitely recommend Studio23salon to just about everyone! My friends loved the haircut and shared my excitement over healthier and prettier hair compared to the sorry state they were in before the cut. Thank you so much for your service and efforts.

Worst experience....my hair was very long before but I wanted to new look but I don't want spoil my hair so after seeing review on Google I decided to go there...I clearly mentioned that I want shoulder length hair with layered step cut ...the hairstylist started chopping my hair, I asked her again are you going to do step cut, isn't it? She told me don't worry it will look great to you and I blindly believe her after all this was so called no 1 hair Salon at Mira road as per Google. She hasn't experienced advanced hair cutting now I believe even though she doesn't know the basics. After she was done I didn't know what that hair style was, it was like just trimmed from the bottom with no finishing no layered no steps and my hair looks worse than before.... really disappointed... everyone asked me what happened to your hair? which hairstyle is this? why you spoiled you hair like this?

This is a bit late review. My wedding was in May 2022. Clara and team assisted me with the bridal services. They were an awesome team that was present at every stage of the wedding, right from pre wedding preps like facial, hair smoothening till the last event of the wedding I.e. changing into a saree at the reception. Clara had done my bridal makeup and I would say she made me look like a princess. The hairdo was something out of the movies. Till date I’m in love with the hairdo that was done for the wedding. A very cooperative team and Clara was there throughout to explain what type of care I need to do to keep the skin beautiful for the D day. I will always recommend Studio 23 salon for not only the bridal services but for regular services as well. A very fun and peppy salon that gets the services done beyond expectation. Thank you Clara!

I am so glad that my aunt Sandra recommend Clara to do my hair and make up for my engagement. Clara is an absolute legend! I have very scanty hair and a sensitive skin. I explained my situation to her. I was still very nervous how things would work out. But on the D-Day she made my hair look voluminous and great. She plugged in extensions that blended so well with my hair colour and texture and it looked so natural (that i wanted to keep it :p). Also for my skin, I was so hesitant when she was applying the make up, as I never apply any make up. But she transformed me to a completely different person. I looked so different and felt fabulous. Thank you Clara once again! Cannot recommend studio 23 enough. If you haven't been yet, then go there. You won't be disappointed

I found Studio 23 while looking for hair colouring salon who can do bayalage and I couldn't be happier to have found them! I had a wedding to attend in 2 days and requested them for a particular shade which wasn't available, they actually arranged the shade for me in lockdown without any extra charges, Cyrus is such a fab human! I have never been treated so well at a salon, everyone who works here is so polite & professional. At one point, I found the stylist Swati, lost in the hair color that she was doing ... such a happy place, they pampered me with awesome hair, colour and yumm back-to-back coffees!! Big thank you .. my go to place in mira road from now on...their tools, people, ambience everything is perfect!!

My experience with Studio 23 has been a nightmare they are very unprofessional. The staff are not well trained. The technician had recommended this best strapless wax for the upper lip. I took the service and the technician has burnt my upper lip. It has turn worse and now I have to bear 20 times more amount from my pocket for the burnt treatment. When spoken to Ms Clara she stated that it’s not the technicians mistake it’s the wax. You really need to think before you go to such salons cause they can just goof up on the services to earn extra bucks and just put their hands up when asked to bear the amount for the treatment. Just putting up few pictures with some known celebrity doesn’t make studio23 professional.

I visited Studio 23 after researching on parlours online, there were amazing reviews for Studio 23 and I must say they deserve all the praises! Clara and Cyrus are extremely talented and humble people. I got a haircut and colouring done here along with facial service and all of it was top notch!!! I was really happy with my haircut and color. I highly recommend their services which are of excellent quality and you will leave impressed for sure after you experience their services here. Also I must thank their staff Rekha and Shabnam, these girls are super efficient at their work!

I spoke with Clara for my bridal make up just 45 days or lesser before my wedding date I had terrible breakouts on my skin n I needed a fix that suits my skin she not only put me at ease but her entire staff were so involved in making me look and feel beautiful on my D day... I went once a week for my treatments n hair to toe regime following Clara's suggestions n recommendation once a week for 4 weeks. The make up and hair were so great and met my expectations. I have been visiting this place since last 4years as they have been consistent in their quality of service. Clara has the experience, knowledge and patience to deal with the customers. Another thing I appreciate about this place is that they don't keep pestering you for services you are not interested in. And their Manager Cyrus is straight forward when it comes to discussing the pros and cons of a service or alternatives to solve your problem. They maintain good hygiene and are quite open to feedback. The staff here is pretty friendly and warm. Would highly recommend it.

I feel I'm previlleged staying at Hubtown coz I don't need to move a lot for my salon services. I moved in Mumbai in 2017 and since then Studio 23 slon has been my favorite. The staff, cleaniliness, services, their ambiance, their customer dealing everything is just superb. Clara herself is always there for all our queries it seems effortless how these guys make everything go smooth for the customer. This is coming from a loyal happy client. All the best guys!!

Clara from here did the body wax for me, carefully and thorough. She suggested an oil based wax which definitely was effective as my skin feels soft and I hardly had any rash which is usually a lot when i get wax done with regular ones used at most parlors. She is friendly yet professional and the Salon was nice and clean to visit. The rates seemed similar to major salon Brands like VLCC or Enrich so it is a little expensive when compared to local salons.

I wanted to colour my hair in light shade without bleach. At first they told me there is no option except doing bleach or pre-lightening So i was ready for dark shade coz i didnt wanna do bleaching on my hair. But after all procedure they told me about wella product which requires no bleach. They didnt tell me before applying that dark colour. Totally disappointed. Just money minded people. Definitely will not visit again ever in life.
