On January 28, 2020, I went to Studio 50 on Biscayne Blvd to get a procedure done on my hair. Prior to arriving at the salon, I spoke to the receptionist asking her if she could recommend me a hairstylist she told me that Dennis was one of the best ones at the salon. When I arrived at Studio 50 I spoke to the hairstylist Dennis, I told him that I wanted a balayage with a caramel tone to contrast with my natural hair tone instead of that he did another procedure he just dyed my hair from top to bottom blonde and didn't provide the balayage technique that I initially wanted. The results that I saw after the procedure was done was that he bleached my hair blonde and orangish. Before doing the procedure I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I told him that I didn’t want my hair to be blonde I was very specific with him before doing my hair i don't understand why he didn’t do what i asked. I left the salon unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied with the results of my hair. I feel extremely disgusted with the service I received I spoke to the owner Allison about this whole situation and politely request her to refund me the money she seems not to care at all about the experience I received and how I was treated at her salon. Not only do I feel disgusted at this salon because they didn't provide me the service I requested I had to pay again for a balayage service at another salon because Dennis wasn't capable enough to provide the procedure that i wanted and honestly it's ridiculous not to receive the actual service that i requested. this is unacceptable and unbelievable to go through because all of this shows me that they don't know what they are doing and they are not professional at all. I will never return to this place again and i don't recommend it to anyone. Attached you will see the results of the procedure that this horrible salon provided to me I requested a balayage procedure and this is the service I received this is a service not as described and all I want is my MONEY BACK!!

Mi sobrina ayer se presentó en el salón para lavarse y secarse el pelo y pasarse la plancha. Le propusieron un tratamiento a base de placenta para hidratar la hebra capilar porque ella es de pelo rizado cuyo tratamiento fue de un costo de $200 dólares ok. El muchacho que la atendió le explica que ese tratamiento le iba el pelo sedoso , suave y con brillo y nunca fue así , el enjuague del producto fue a medias porque le dijo que cuando le pasara la plancha se fijaba y cerraba las hebras del pelo., cuando terminó aparentemente se veía bien pero no tenía nada de brillo y el pelo se sentía duro . No habíamos caminado una cuadra cuando el pelo se frizzo por completo , estaba duro sin una gota de brillo . Hoy regresa y le lavan la cabeza y le secan el pelo con el cepillo pero HOY SE LO DEJARON PEOR QUE AYER Y ELLA NO QUISO QUE LE PASARAN LA PLANCHA PORQUE EL DAÑO IBA SER IRREVERSIBLE . Ayer el costo fue de $289 dólares más $40 de propina . Fue una falta de respeto y una burla del que la atendió porque cuando llegó hoy le dijo Welcome Miami . El dueño del salón que estaba PRESENTE Y NO HIZO NADA.

My daughter had an appointment last week at 2pm. While on our way we get a call at 1:20pm asking if we can come later because they could not take her at 2pm. We said no because it was her day off and she had other things to do after. We asked to reschedule since we had to make a deposit in case we were late as is there policy. Now we are trying to make another appointment and they have not answered and still have our deposit. First, how could you take a deposit used to reserve a spot and in case anyone is late when you're the one that is late. As a business what kind of professionalism is that? Also, why do you not call back the customer calling to reschedule the appointment you failed to keep or at least answer the phone to refund the deposit you STOLE! Parking is a nightmare, they are unprofessional, and not worth leaving a deposit for. They wont last if they continue to do business like this. Its an over priced tourist trap.

Un absurdo de caro y lo peor es que no me dejaron como quería. Pedí unos rayos y me hicieron todo el cabello súper rubio. Me cobraron más de $ 500.- dlls., después para hacerme unos rayos oscuros me cobraron más de $ 400.- dlls. Vi personas reclamando del precio. Uno entra pensando que va pagar “x” cantidad y al pedir la cuenta se asusta. Tienes que pedir agua o café, porque no te ofrecen. No hay lugar para estacionar. Definitivamente existen lugares con excelentes profesionales y con precios más accesibles.

HORRIBLE!! I went to get my eyebrows done and one I got Them sitting up like how are you suppose to cut and fix my eye brows in that angle…. The worker left hella wax and hairs that they still didn’t take off!! ALSO HELLA OVERCHARGE like I usually pay $15-20 max and it’s $26 here like for $26 my eyebrows should have gold on them at that point

La mejor atención que puedes recibir en un salón la consigues en Studio 50 Salon. Martha es la mejor haciendo las uñas. 100% recomendado. El personal es mega profesional y todos son súper simpáticos. Si quieres quedar bella, relajada y feliz tienen que ir a Studio 50 Salón

After 3 years without getting a pedicure, I decided to visit Studio 50 Salon in Miami, the experience was 100% gratifying; excellent service, good prices, I recommend Martha with her eyes closed, her feet will appreciate it! I'll be back in a month for the same service!

Worst place you can go for coloration or keratin treatment. They are very ready to over charge but when it comes to doing the job that reflects the price, don’t get your hopes too high. You will probably feel more worse leaving that salon than when you entered.

The worst experience I’ve had in a hair dresser. The staff was not wearing mask, even one of the sneezed twice and was whistling and speaking loud. UNACCEPTABLE. First and last time! Hope it helps.

Language barrier is insurmountable. They will not understand basic instructions in English. I came in for roots, they dyed my highlights. They’re also 20% more than most places in the neighborhood
