Would've given 0 if i had the option! The staff here is absolutely slow. And guess what, they lie openly. I wanted to get an RD account closed, so they asked me to first transfer the account from my home branch to this branch (closest to where I'm living). After getting all the documents signed and filling them, these guys misplaced it, not once, not twice, THRICE!! And the sheet audacity of the lady sitting on the counter to blatantly lie, "that your home branch has still not sent the signed documents" is appalling! Be sure, if you're visiting this branch, you are going to waste a ton of time! Not just time, but you'll be facing blatant lies!!!!

HSR Layout Post Office is now on 31st Main Road behind NIFT college. It's a pretty old structure in BSNL premises. General rush hour 10AM to 1PM. I have visited a couple of times during this period, but its not as crowded as it used to be in BDA complex (old location). I'm sure footfall will increase as everyone in the area gets familiar about the change in location. Timings: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 3 PM Saturdays : 9 AM to 1 PM Sundays: Holidays (Offcourse closed on public holidays too)

This post office always looks understaffed. There is only 1 SB counter and it is always having a queue of minimum 10 people. The waiting time on average is 45 minutes to make a simple passbook entry or deposit money. There are many senior citizens who have to wait in the long queue to get their work done. It will be much more efficient and time-saving if they have one more counter for SB process. Hope someone notices this and takes action.

Inadequate office space to handle the customers. Common que for general public, sr. citizens & physically challenged. Had visited recently to HSR Layout PO along with my wife. She being a polio affected person can't stand for long. General public did not allow priority & even PO do not set any priority. With this after waitijng for 30 min. we have to return without any work done.

It is not different from any other post office or any other bureaucratic service. Just wanted to bring to viewers notice that inspite of UPI and online payments being promoted by government, they would take cash only citing numerous reasons.

Every single person in that post office is so hesitant to work. They just don't want to assist or answer queries. If you keep asking, they'll answer painfully like they're giving a part of their liver. Useless post office.

Always there will be long queue. One counter for everything. If you come here for any task, you have to wait for atleast 1 hour for your turn.
