Last time I am ever going to this location! The dumb female worker was going to sell me contaminated meat after telling me that's its been sitting in the microwave and reheated 3 times; while still sitting in the microwave and she saw nothing wrong with that! That is negligence or ignorance; whichever one best suit to where its ok to poison people! Between the incompetence level in the workplace, let alone the integrity of their work; mainly speaking about the female workers. When it is all females, you are going to wait for awhile. They like to blab, walk around the line; unorganized(have to go to the "back" to get more ingredients during lunch time).Other times have an employee cleaning in the front and in the back with a line of people and only 1.5 people helping their customers. When there is a male employee, not only I got my food in a timely manner, but he focused on his job. Whereas the females are just talking amongst themselves or someone else loitering. Do you get the point? I am sure some of you will not, because all you will see is that I do not like females. If that is all you got from this, then you are retard. Why, because you lack the intelligence of comprehending the English language. With that said; the last recent visit which was today, I wanted a meatball sub. Why is the meatballs in a different container just sitting in the microwave. Oh, what did you say female worker; how many times have you reheated the meatballs sitting in the microwave? Two, or no THREE TIMES. OH THAT IS OK! I LEFT IMMEDIATELY!! DUMB female worker waering a yellow bandana was going to sell me contaminated meat! DO ANY OF THESE WORKERS HAVE FOOD HANDLERS CARDS??? PEOPLE; Niceness from a person does NOT constitute they know what the hell they are doing! You are working at SUBWAY. You make sandwhiches. Not saying there is anything wrong with that. My argument is, why is something easy, you can complicate the hell out of it? I went to the other location on the N/W corner of 32nd St and Thomas. Not only it was worth my extra time to leave this Subway to drive over to this other location, but the service alone is night and day. If that does not speak volume, then our society is lost with basic intelligence call common sense! AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE! OR THEY WILL GIVE YOU ONE!

Ordered one foot long with a large drink and two kids meals. The lady who made the sandwiches made them very sloppy. When it came to ringing me up she kept entering in the kids meals and charging for the add ons separately. When I explained the deal to her she kept saying she didn’t know and that she was just tired. She rang me up four times and I got charged extra drinks that I did not receive. Also I did not get the toys that are to come with the meal. The days before I got three foot longs, large drink, and two kids meal only spend 26 dollars. (A different subway, they were very professional) I got less than half that and spent over 30 dollars. Very frustrating.

We are new to this area so this was our 1st visit to our local subway...we were impressed by the looks inside its large and appeared to be clean. The gentleman making the sandwiches was brand new, we could tell by how bad he was messing up the order but he was apologetic and friendly. I pointed out that his supervisor should be assisting and training him and not texting over in the corner. She heard me say this and loudly and argumentativly stated she was filling out an application not texting. I told her she should help her struggling employee and she just kept arguing....HORRIBLE customer service here. We walked out and will NEVER go back.

Got there at 6pm and service was terrible. One of the employees was in the bathroom getting high and the other was arguing with a customer about being understaffed. Instead of finishing our sandwich she was playing security. When the employee finally decided to come out of the bathroom to help with the line he was terribly slow and was not retaining any information. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had this happen before. I was charged twice ! Stop hiring potheads/druggies and start drug testing your crew for a better team. So dissatisfied. Will be going somewhere else.

Employee who made my meal threw vegetables and smashed tomatoes together. Sandwich looked awful. I had just gotten there and she hustled me to gwt my sandwich picked and said not to get many vegetables because it would not fit. Even though day before a nice employee was able to make sandwich with vegetables. Employee spoke to me and degraded me in front of everyone for my choices. I spoke with manager at register and he looked at me with a "I don't know what to do and eff the customer " look. He just shrugged his shoulders. What God awful customer service these people have. I will never go to this place again. Stay away please!

Ordered by cellphone app to save time, we sat in the parking lot to give them ample time to make the food and they just started making the sandwiches when we walked in, we were in the parking lot for 5 minutes before going in and only 1 person went in before us, why wait until we walk in to start making sandwiches. We had to wait for the customer in front of us to get our sandwiches made. Then this location was out of whole grain bread for one of the sandwiches so they put it on italian. So if your going to wait until we arrive to put us behind the people who just walked in why order ahead?

Everyone I come in there is an issue. Unfortunately working I’m limited to time on my breaks. I come at 8 AM when the hours are 7 AM, and an employee decides to stroll in at 8:15 with a half smoke cigarette in his hand and throws it on the ground as if three customers aren’t literally seeing all of this. I decide to comeback at 11AM and the store is completely out of tuna as if they didn’t open three hours ago. It’s honestly ridiculous. As much as I love to have subway so close, I’m going to continue to drive to the next subway in the area. Because this one is a joke.

So around 2:48pm I arrived at this subway and at 3:04pm the guy tells me he will not take care of me because he was leaving at 3pm . I asked him why didn't he tell me he was not going to take care of my order soonest I walk into the restaurant. He had no response and care for it. I understand that everyone works till the schedule time but the subway hours clearly says that the store closes at 2am -.- so I don't understand this lack of customer service. I am regular 3 times week here this store just lost my bussiness. !!!

Wow I ordered food from uber eats and the driver calls me and informed me that the employee won't even check to see if there was an order and that the employee is extremely rude. I try to call and am hung up on twice. This is what I call a complete fail in customer service I do not recommend this subway to anyone. There are many other subways avaliable in the area. I will be visiting your store personally simply to speak with the store manager. I am appalled at this disregard for your customers. Do not eat here.

worst experience of my life i walk in and there are literally 4 employees standing in front of me not one acknowledged me i stood there for 6 minutes and 42 seconds to be exact there a now 3 people standing in line behind me and some one finally decides to ask me what I'd lik to eat i almost walked out my opinion they need to get therevact together athey at least could have acknowledged that i was there and told ne it was going to be just a bit my visit here was very frustrating to say the least

I have done several catering orders totaling hundreds of dollars for breakfasts and lunches around the valley. The customer service that I get from Amy and her staff is second to none. One luncheon I was doing was in Gilbert and Mercy Gilbert hospital. Im sure I passed 25 Subways on the way but I only shop at this location for their EXCELLENT customer service Amy and her team provide, not to mention my orders are FRESH! Thank you tons Amy and team for all you do!

Very dirty inside. The glass case was filthy on the inside. I went when this location opened and most of the food was from the previous day. Only a few of the vegetables were freshly refilled. I took 3 bites of my sandwich and on the 3rd bite I spit it out. The bacon tasted fishy. I trashed the rest of my sandwich. It left me disgusted and angry. I would absolutely not recommend this location. I should have just left when I saw all the issues.

Ordered a salad with guacamole on it. Salad was so chopped it looked like dog food. I thru it away. Ordered a sub also with guacamole. I ate it, but the guacamole was HORRIBLE! There was only one person and several people in line. My friend and I sat down and ate in store. There was a loud annoying sound,someone said it was refrigeration unit. It was VERY annoying. Store appeared clean, didn't visit restrooms.

Fast, organized, courteous and professional! I work at a nearby hospital and had limited time to pick up a large order for our team. Ayah and Rebecca were awesome! These two got the order together as a team. We all enjoyed our correctly ordered yummy sandwiches. I know you two won’t be sandwich artists forever. Whatever you become in the future- you will be amazing!

My son and i went to this Subway-store 39477 at 12:36am. The two ladies working there greeted us as we came in. This store was fully stocked with everything needed to complete our subs. The last one i went too, didn't have any white subs. The way the ladies made our subs, was perfect. They looked as good as they tasted. I think we have found a new Subway to go to.

So I had ordered my food and the employees were not so very happy to have any customers there right then at the time we were there, the young gentleman had major attitude problems but they did finish up both subs that I had ordered and they had made them correctly at least and the restaurant was decent enough for customers but MAJOR PROBLEM no bathroom

Great food, great service. Just don't work for any of Kevin Meyer's stores, his checks bounce. Ask the Subway workers and the daycare workers next door (he owns that as well) Someone from corporate or the labor board should investigate his illegal business practices. The slowest service, no sense of urgency. The worst customer service, the staff just want you to leave the whole time. They will not take anyone's orders inside unless there's no to go orders. 8 different people walked out while waiting on them to make online orders. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to any other subway.

Called ahead to see if they had soup. The girl working picked up right away and said yes. I came in shortly after and she took good care of me. Ordered the soup and a turkey sandwich. She made it right away and was very sweet. The restaurant was also clean and well stocked with veggies. I will definitely be coming back.

This location was within my neighborhood, so I frequented it regularly. Since you pick your own ingredients, I was always checking for freshness. Very rarely have I seen either the meat or produce past its prime. The employees were always friendly and the tables clean.
