Ordered three sandwiches on the app for pickup. Was looking forward to trying the new Great Garlic Sandwich. Guess what, no cheese, oil or vinegar, and no Garlic Aioli sauce. Terrible service store was closed more than an hour before actual closing time. The 2 female workers were standing behind counter. Chairs were picked up. Lights were off and i tried getting their attention, but they looked then turned away. She then started to use hand gestures while turned away.

Toaster was off 10 mins before closing... they just look at you as they say this. Not friendly. Had a bad experience last time with the two women working there. They really need to hire better people. And better management obviously.

Just left this subway and it was the most enjoyable interaction ive had at any subway. The food was 10/10, the employees were top tier and so kind. Arielle and Gregory were the best and most friendly subway staff by far.

Just close this place down. They close early constantly while laughing at customers trying to open a locked door. It's very clear the employees don't want to be there and it has affected the quality of service and food.

They close at 9pm but turn the toaster off at 7:50pm so you can’t get anything hot. They are also almost always out of half of the ingredients.
