I walked into your store an straight away, your staff member Danielle, yelled out "hi, can you put a mask on", aggressively and wasn't polite about it. I responded with "how about you say hello before attack me about a mask, its called being polite" Danielle then sighs and gets smart with me, saying "i did say hi" I explained i have a medical exemption, would you like to see it? Shes like, nah don't worry, walks away and could not even apologise for he aggression and accusations. WHY BLOODY ASK THEN!? I then explained to your manager on duty, that i get abused and treated like I'm a virus and not a person and i dont deserve to be treated like this. He didnt respond and did nothing to pull Danielle back, it came across that he condoned her behaviour. Ive been told that this unhappy girl is like this to everyone, and that she is abusive and intimates staff and clients, she clearly isnt a good fit to work with people and isn't too happy being there. I have been a regular for some time, but now i don't feel comfortable to come into your albion store, thinking ill be walking into an argument.

Albion Subway is not just another Subway. We are all part of a big breakfast/lunchtime food family. My order is always perfect. I get (most days) a footlong leg ham with old english cheese, lettuce, onion, capsicum, and carrot, 6 cookies, and a V. It's always mouth-watering. I can walk in there, and they know I want "the usual". I love that kind of service. It shows they care. It is busy at meal times, but still worth it. They have some outside seating, and inside is just immaculate.

Seriously, I cannot believe the good reviews this place has. I have never experienced such deplorable customer service. Greeted with a "back in 5 minutes" sign on the door. Then subjected to an extremely rude person throwing things around and complaining about how busy she was and that nobody was coming to help until noon. Is that supposed to be the customer's fault? Hey lady, do it without the attitude or don't do it at all. Subway, if this is your standard of employee or franchisee, you'd better go back to the drawing board. This is one very, very unhappy customer. As far as I'm concerned, your sub just SANK!

Walked in to subway... as a physical, live customer and was very excited to experience my typical meatball experience. Little back story I am Australian so I often say g'day, especially when I know that I am gonna get fed some great meatballs. SO there I was walking in, said G'day to the staff sheila(pink haired lady)... she looked at me, silent and then proceeded to work on her ubereats order. I was ignored for over a minute. Absolutely disgusted by her customer service skills, I actually left the store. Was so upset :( didn't even get my meatballs cause I had hurt feelings

The customer service is very bad this is on one lady I don’t know her name but if I knew I would have mentioned, today at 8:15 am had been here for breakfast I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with salad the lady who was serving at the counter did not add the adequate salad which I requested for and she reluctantly refused to add the salad, I request the concerned authorities to take care of this issue or else this would become a bad reputation for sub way, it is the mistake of the employee. I request the company to kindly to take immediate action against This issue

Passive aggressive, public humiliating customer services. Blamed on customers for not telling her about scanning membership even though it was her job (as a manager) to check with customers as she said it was annoying to cancel the whole transaction and redo it.

Pretty much the same as most subways, friendly staff. One observation though, they had a girl on the till with 1" finger nail extensions. She was having trouble operating it and even more trying to handle my change. Could only imagine what difficulties she would have making the food quickly. I don't think it is discrimination if this is called out as not a fitting feature in an employee.

Only white or Multigrain breads available and very little of. Hardly had no food selection of salads and such. And no money in till. The 3 women there didn't have much customer experience one had a messy pony tail flying every where. So feel for some one who got some of her hair in their meal. Over all not happy and will not be returning to subways.

This outlet is my go to place for breakfast on my way to work and sometimes lunch as well. Friendly well trained staff and the outlet is always clean. I eat Subway a lot and this outlet is one of the better ones.

Have been to this store two days in a row for a work function. Tried both days to ring order through first but no answer even after several attempts and was told by person when I arrived there I was busy!!!!!. Need more staff!!!! Woman behind the counter extremely rude and not helpful. Never ever go there again

Was a great buzz today, little busy but there were 3 girls working & did a great job. My Sub was nicely toasted and got all the salads I like. The cookies are soft and cooked perfectly. Always every cookie available and full. My fav Subway to visit. Thanks again

One of the best Subways I've been too, and I've been to a few! Staff are amazing, always happy and smiling and it just lifts your mood! The small seated area outside is always clean and tidy.

Fast, fresh food. However menu is reducing in tuna is n longer available. Swiss cheese is no longer available. But they are trying some other options but pizza type subs are not healthy and not what subway started out as

Great!! The one at Hamilton literally sucks so we go here now. This one so much cleaner, more efficient and just better service overall. Also when you ask for extra, they really give you extra!

This is the best subway I know. I will drive out of my way to go to it. The salads are always fresh and service is always prompt. You can tell that they have a sense of pride in there work.

Only one person working and she kept on taking and making Uber eats orders and just left me standing there. I’ll drive the 20 minutes and go somewhere else before going back to this store.

Appears to be a running theme in most outlets... the main menu screen is blank..no idea what they will charge. 3rd store ive been to now and all the same....coincidence i think not!

This is my usual subway and I love it everytime!! Danielle often makes my sub, its always perfect and she's great to have a chat with! Love this subway and wont go anywhere else !!

It's a small shop with limited seating. But they pump out the sandwiches during peak times. Get here early around peak times to avoid waiting in queues that run out the door.

Stock standard subway, everything is usually fine, but nothing is notable. food quality is average, staff are reasonably nice, place is fairly clean.

Beautiful aroma as soon as u come through the door, everything fresh, well staffed , so fast efficient service ....what a fantastic business....
