Absolutely disgusting service. My pregnant partner when to this store, she ordered her chicken bacon ranch and a wrap. Ordered no salad but carrot and heaps of pickles. The attendant put six on the sub and wrap, she asked for more, he then said a typical sub only has six pickles but typical sub has a lot of other salad also then put another couple on. Then went on to say if he put anymore on the shop would shut down let you can get up too nine different salad options. But couldn't throw a few more on, that only asked for carrot. Wasnt even going to heat the meat on the wrap. Joke of a service never visit this store. He will count out the four strings of lettuce, the two olives and one piece of onion.

I don't usually give reviews but I had a great sub and best experience at this business today. Great customer service, freshest ingredients and I mean fresh and presentation was impeccible. Clean store, happy & friendly welcoming staff. Credit to the staff and store owner. Best Subway and I have been to and believe me I have been to many as I travel with work daily. Well done keep up the great work. Do yourself a favour and pop in to this Subway you won't be disappointed. Cheers Kris.

If I could give no star I would right now. Today I purchased a wrap and I asked for double meat (and paid for it) along with adding bacon (another extra cost). I would hate to see what the portion size would be for normal meat. Was not worth the extra $$ that I had to pay. Absolutely ridiculous, when I purchase the exact same from other subway's and you actually get the extra meat. Also asked for the grated cheese and got literally 8 strands of cheese. There was more wrap than anything else!!!

Subway at corinda is always an amazing experience. The boss always creates great friendly conversations and one of the staff in particular, she always knows my order before I even order. I haven’t had subway in years but once a week I go here. Highly recommend.

The worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Young boy started making my sub incorrectly and the teenage manager who was In a bad mood corrected the situation by throwing the meat back into any container and then under filling my sub. What’s lacking in this store is decent training standards from the managers and that the juniors left with too much responsibility during the after school rush. Won’t be back

Waste of time, go somewhere else. Sitting here watching some dark curly haired young fella wearing the hat with all his curls in his eyes! making one sub every 10 minutes. no gusto, no smile, customers asking him to repeat himself. Tried to go in and get a sub on my way somewhere; behold this guy is just struggling and causing a line-up for poorly made skinty subs.

Worst subway ever, ordered for delivery and only half the order showed up and it was wrong, tried to call to say hey you seem to have forgotten half my order, just goes through to voicemail. Go to the store and the staff are rude and don’t give a damn…I had issues once before with this store and thought would give them another chance, won’t make that mistake again…avoid this store at all costs.

Yesterday I went into the store and was greeted instantly by the owner Brian, I was delighted to see one of the young girls out the front cleaning the glass and also having a conversation with another customer, Brian made my steak sub and was arguably the nicest sub Ive had, I will be returning in no time!

One of the best Subway stores I've been to. I have been going here for years and have never been unhappy. Great fresh subs, wonderful staff and quick, clean service. Tonight my partner and I were served by a big blonde lad with braces, his subs were delicious and his customer service was top shelf! I wish I had got his name, but keep up the great work guys

Subway was ordered on the app. Wasn’t cooked to order and was cold and soggy on collection (despite arriving before the due time). These sandwich artists need to go back to art school… also, a “mix” of cookies shouldn’t be the same ones. That’s not a “mix”!

The staff are great - very friendly and probably trying their best - but the store is clearly understaffed. Massive line of people with only one person making food. The manager was in store and greeted me when I came in but didn’t seem to be doing anything in regard to the line, just stood around and watched the staff member work.

Do not support this business. The staff and and manager are completely ignorant and not mindful of the words that come out of their mouths. I’ve heard the manager say the n word multiple times. The store cleanliness is horrible and the young kids put to work are working under inadequate conditions.

Ordered Uber eats tonight and as usual they don’t have meatball ( 3rd time this week) I got the problem fixed by getting another topping but when it got to my house the 3 subs I ordered all fell out the wrapping as it’s wasn’t wrapped well, paid $47 for sloppy subs Not happy, Would recommend going to another subway

Nasty experience, staff very unprofessional with a group of teenage high school students still in their school uniforms behind the counter swearing, gossiping, making their own food, taking drinks from the fridge and using the fridge as their own personal air conditioner WITH CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE.

If you enjoy chicken fillet avoid this place, they use toaster to heat chicken as they got rid of microwaves, by the time you get to your car its cold, multiple times they give you warm drinks, had to ask for cold ones, bread not fresh most of time. Go 5 min down the road to Rocklea, much better!!

The employee that served me didn't listen to what I wanted I didn't want olives on my sandwich, and she still put the olives on and when I said that I didn't want olives she said well I already put them on, and if she didn't hear what I said she could have asked me to repeat myself.

7.07 pm your female staff look stressed out due to her co worker talking with his friends and ignoring the orders. He slapped his friends hands and I did not want to pay him making me a sub at all. Definatley look into this. Unfair teamwork clearly

Lovely girl served the other day, great service. I don't know her name but she has brown hair and a pony tail, deserve a raise! Felt bad for her because her manager (who was on his phone) did nothing to help. But she persevered! Great service, would come again.

I got the worst pizza melt Subway today. I ordered and received many Subs from Subway for a long time, but I was satisfied with them all. but the sub made by the female staff today put in too little salad. When I said you needed to add more

I'm sure the staff are lovely, but I was missing spinach and the buffalo sauce for my chicken that I ordered, as well as the 12pk of cookies with my order. It seems the quality of the fast food experience is rapidly dealing every year.

Salads are old and gross and staff are young and obviously don't have any experience/training in customers service.

Waited 20mins to be served, wasn't busy. 3 staff members, only 1 making food. Rubbish customer service.

It's good and tasty and not too long of a wait went here for lunch every day when I was working here.
