This was my first appointment in April 2022 with Summit Dental after many many years with another Dentist, I’m so happy that I switched! Both of my now grown children 22 and 24 have been coming here for over 12 years and I have always been pleased with the care and service they were given. My Dentist retired and he had some of my old fillings replaced that probably didn’t need too. So they ended up requiring crowns and even those crowns I’m not happy with. Now having it visited first hand I can honestly say why didn’t I switch sooner? I actually have always liked going to the Dentist, that might sound odd to some. But I always thought what a Dentist goes through -how sometimes afflicted “pain” on others might take a toll, when you have to freeze, give a filing, pull a tooth or replace a filling even for example. What has to be done to keep our gums, teeth and oral care healthy, but the Dentist might now always get the praise they need. In fact, most do not like say “hey, can’t wait to see the Dentist“. Well you might change your mind if you try Summit. Very grateful I am now seeing Dr. Hubbard and his staff. They are so kind, helpful, cheerful and explain thoroughly what procedures are needed or happening. The ladies at the front desk greet you with huge smiles and are so accommodating. Thank you!!

The staff are friendly, professional and very attentive from the moment you walk in the door. I am always taken in quickly and feel very well taken care of. The staff are thorough with cleaning and their exams are explained well. There is free parking and I have always found a spot close to the door. There is an elevator or stairs that takes you directly to their front lobby. The front desk staff have set up external bookings with other providers and make you feel like it’s all taken care of; like a personal concierge. They will work with you and your insurance and make appointments according to when you have coverage. I trust the Dentist and feel comfortable with his knowledge and experience. I would absolutely recommend Summit Dental to other families.

As someone who suffers severe dental anxiety, and has put off going in even for a cleaning, I have to say Summit Dental feels safe and sound. They staff are all absolutely amazing and explain every step of what to expect. I have a long process ahead of me with several appointments, which they have said they will help me break into phases so that I don't experience burn-out, whether that be physically, mentally or financially. I LOVE to see a dental office that puts their patients mental health at the top of their priorities.Dr. Kelly, Ashley and Marissa (hopefully I got those names and their spellings right!) were all a pleasure to meet and work with. Thankyou so much, dare I say my appointment was actually kind of fun?!

Our family sees Dr. Hubbard at Summit Dental, we love his team, we find all of them helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and flexible. We especially appreciate how good all of them are with kids. My kids have had to have several teeth pulled, yet Dr. Hubbard ensured that they were comfortable and took his time with the extractions to make the experience as pleasant as possible. We also appreciate how everyone will work with our particular needs and will adjust their methods so that we are comfortable with whatever procedure is being performed. Absolute rockstars. When I first started going here, I had never been to the dentist except for once in my life, and I was terrified. The doctor at the time was super compassionate, and when she left I was sad. Fortunately, Dr Hubbard is just as amazing, and so are the staff. I usually see Simone, and she clearly goes the extra effort to make things as comfortable as they can be. Nicole et al. at the desk are fantastic communicators and make sure that my appointments are booked and that my insurance is billed before I am. If you have fear, or just need a good dental team, these people can highly recommended!

I have been going to Dr. CUTOWETZ for 20 years , and in all that time I have been treated with respect and been educated by the entire team. I have always been presented with options, go forward plans and absolutes when necessary. When it is beyond Dr. Cutowetz's scope he never hesitates to refer to surgeons with absolute expertise that had been able to resolve much deeper dental issues,, all without any ego and all with the client in mind. The front staff is beyond the best person's to deal with and have been there from the start, which allows them to ensure your needs are met.

I have been seeing John for approximately 20 years, he is an incredibly kind professional and has never let me down. Nicole is stellar, one of the most wonderful admin professionals I have ever met, super efficient and friendly. I never have to bother to request a specific hygienist as they are all great at what they do. Val is particularly lovely, but I'll be honest I'm terrible with names and could list/recognize many staff who have had to endure the unfortunate privilege of tidying up my chompers. Dr. Hubbard and staff his staff truly care! Everyone is so professional and personable. You don't have to worry about a thing, they have everything covered. I’ve been going to this same dentist sense I can remember !! All I can say is they never disappoint / never let you down and above all, are always looking out for your best health needs. Everybody I’ve meant there is always welcoming with open arms and always have a smile….. it’s A GREAT FEELING !! There’s no better feeling than going to a dentist you trust and are comfortable with. Dr. Hubbard and the team at Summit are the Best! I have been going there for 15 plus years and they are like family. The front desk ladies (I’m so sorry ladies I forget your names) were so lovely right when I arrived, and made me feel comfortable. I’m nervous as soon as I step into an actual dentist office, not even sitting in the chair yet. So this was a nice way to ease me in. I've been a patient of Dr. Hubbard since I was a child (around 8 years old) and I still come to see him to this day (I'm 32 for reference). I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The team is always very friendly and flexible to work with your schedule and preferences. My wife and daughter both generally hate going to the dentist, but Dr Chotowetz, Darlene, and the team are so friendly and just so good at what they do, that they've won over my entire family! We've been going to them for over 20 years now, and never had a problem.

I've had dental issues my whole life, but these guys make me willing to deal with them. They're very informative, and they do a good job keeping you calm and distracted (as much as possible at a dentist). Easily the least painful dental experiences I've had, and they explain everything that's going on so you don't feel left out of your own treatment.

Let’s just say that even though I’ve moved further north from his southwest office, I still go out of my way to keep appointments with them! Excellent & professional service at all times. The hygienist was on time for my appointment ( as usual) and did a great job of my cleaning. Things moved seamlessly between the hygienist, the dental assistant and x-rays and Seeing Dr. Hubbard.
