Summit took on the job of repairing and restoring my house's aging roof and water-holding guttering. They were collaborative on how to approach it, guiding my clueless self through important decisions and issues as we went. The finished product looks fantastic, but more importantly I no longer have sky-water in bits of my house that aren't supposed to have any water at all in them. You can tell a good trades team by the quality of the finished product when everything goes right; but you can tell a great team by what they do when things go wrong - despite COVID-19, unseasonal rain, trades shortage, Summit got the job done well. When there were hiccups (as you always get on these older houses), they didn't leave me with a fresh set of problems - they went out of their way to make sure everything was finished up properly and that I was happy with the outcome. Bec at the office, the roofers, the roof plumbers, they were just all fantastic. And so is my roof, guttering and back deck. And the sky-water goes around my house now instead of inside it - hi five!

I engaged Summit Roofing ~1.5 years ago to recap and paint my roof a new colour. I selected them due to their high google reviews. After the job was completed, I wasn't entirely convinced that 2 coats had been applied as there were some fine areas on the tiles you could see the original tile colour but dismissed it (the capping was done really well) Since this installation I have found around a dozen broken (mostly intact) roof tiles precariously balanced inside the roof cavity many along the eaves (pure laziness and dangerous!) I wasn't 100% sure it was Summit Roofing until recently when I found a number of roof tiles that had been painted my new roof colour (my roof was originally a different colour and had never been painted before) This was a really disappointing discovery. I'm not sure if they sub-contracted this out or something else given all of their high google reviews, but if it happens once it'll probably happen again. Make sure you check inside your roof if you get roof tiles replaced

Calls and emails not followed up, had to repeatedly follow up while watching a leak get worse causing damage internally along the way. After a week of toil as well as a recent storm I was polity fobbed off to a known associate company meaning I get the start the whole process again. Quoting Sharon, "our insurance contracts come first and we're obligated to respond to those cases first, especially so since recent storms" ... I say fair enough excepting the fact that I had made contact well before this excuse was a feasible out for Summit Roofing. First contact made by me 23/08/20, conclusion thanks to me following up 31/08/20 Thanks guys! Update: They've suggested I contact a company known to them by the standard of work they perform only for me to learn they don't do the type of work required (in this case a roof assessment). Lets's get a slow going for Summit shall we.

We have a very difficult roof to work on, with a steep pitch and high gables. It's also an older home, with tiles which need to be carefully handled. As a result, we've had a lot of difficulty over the years finding a roofing company prepared to do the repairs & restoration work that we required. Therefore, it's been an absolute delight to find and then deal with Summit Roofing. From the first visit, through quoting and then of course the extensive work itself, we've found the whole team not only very professional, but also genuinely excited to work on a "non-standard" job like ours. Their attention to detail and the on-site cleaning work they did really stood out. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Six out of 5 Stars! What amazing service. I wanted the roof painted but discovered insulation was missing but didn't know how much. From 'we don't do that' to 'yes we can, don't worry, we'll sort it out! - and they did. Now we have a wonderfully reburbished roof, the new solar panels are on and Summit came back the next day to touch up after the solar people had gone. What service! The other thing that really impressed me was their concern about the safety of their employees, having known someone whose nephew died falling off a roof I didn't want people walking on the roof without safety gear. Can't say enough, use them!

What a great experience dealing with such professional people for a change!! I was so frustrated with unprofessional tradies who made appointments and never turned up or returned calls. Their communication throughout the process by email, phone and text was amazing. They really know how to treat customers and were happy to work in with my schedule. My elderly mother recently had her roof completely upgraded. Bec makes all of the arrangements from the quotation to completion of the works by the guys. We were always kept up to date with the progress of the works and they guys would be on site as per arrangements and confirmations. The end result was that Mum's roof now looks brand new! The Summit team got involved in replacing gutters on my old weatherboard house. Summit did a great job. It was a significant project fixing leeks, roof cleaning, pointing, ridges etc, guttering, aluminium facias and a lot more, Considerate, understanding and great chaps on the job. Re-seal of roof was handled very efficiently by Ben, and the two leaks fixed (so far, no recurrence of dripping water). The only thing Summit didn't do was arrange better weather to quicken the project! (to wet, too windy, or too cold). Very happy with quality of workmanship so far.

Rob worked systematically and tirelessly cleaning the roof for nearly six hours on a day over 30 degrees. The roof was thoroughly cleaned and he washed down the fascias and walls and paths to finish off the job.
